Large car park, lots of good shops. The only disadvantage is that there is no public transport and it is not very convenient to get there on foot. There is an Asda superstore here selling groceries plus non-food ranges such as toys, electricals and George clothing. Marks & Spencer have a modern store with a full clothing, home and food offer. There is also a Matalan clothing and home store. B&M have recently opened in the former Homebase shop unit. The B&M store has food & drink ranges, health & beauty products, toys and homewares.

Always an excellent place to visit. Outdoor visit only - no indoor access apart from the toilets and the shop. There are plenty of places to grab a drink and lots of space to picnic. Be aware that some of the paths still maintain a one way route.

Massive Asda, M&S, Starbucks, Matalan, BnM from what I recall a hardware store too, can't think what it was but a few good shops that are well ran. Plenty of parking also!

M&S The store itself is fine, they have a large selection of goods. Most of the staff are friendly and attentive however one member did ruin my experience by being utterly rude. It seems to be that if you are dressed posh in branded clothing or merely look upper class you get spoken to as a decent human being. But if you don't look conventionally upper class you will be spoken to like an inferior being. I was told that I don't need a bag, which I wanted so I asked for and paid for. I was also looked at with such disgust when I approached the counter to pay for my goods that my younger sibling became upset and wanted to leave immediately. The closing of the sale resulted in the bag being slammed down on the counter and shoved towards me whilst the staff member held her hands back as if I'd infect her with leprosy if we touched the same bag. Normally I overlook these situations as we are all human but the person that was served right before me by the same staff member was spoken to like royalty receiving smiles and deep conversation.

Good retail park near Newcastle under Lyme. Ample parking space. This has a full time operational fuel station and Supermarket. Easy to reach there without any traffic. Very close to A500 and easily accessible from Stoke.

Not too busy so managed to visit dunelm and M and S. A few bargains still to be had and got 2 decent duvet sets so a good trip.

Love the stores but they really did not think a about the flow of traffic coming in and out. The times I have headed up there but ended up coming back due to the queues.

Good retail park. However, the traffic to get on and off is absolutely horrendous and it's getting worse all the time. Cars are queueing onto the A500 to get into there which is already a notorious road for traffic at the best of times. They need to sort something to make better access to the park

Wolstanton Retail Park was a nice experience. The park offers a range of shops and amenities, providing a pleasant environment for shopping. Whether you're looking for clothing, electronics, or dining options, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and I had a pleasant time exploring the stores. I would recommend it for a relaxed and convenient shopping experience.

It was ok. Lots of staff standing around chatting. We spent an hour looking at sofas weighing them up and while we didn't ask for help, I thought somebody would have nipped over to say hello and If they could help us.

Excellent shopping centre The M&S must be one of the largest stores in the country it's over 2 floors and very well stocked.

Terrible. UKPC patrol the car park and they make shopping a nightmare. Shame on the owners of Wolstanton Retail Park for employing a company like this. Why? It's not as if people can park and go elsewhere - there is nothing in walking distance. And shame on the shops ASDA B&M MATALAN DUNELM M&S for allowing this robbery to go on ! This site won't let you post zero stars that's why it's 1 star.

Whilst the other shops may be better Dunelm is very understaffed. Been twice recently and no staff in curtain department upstairs. Not good

A good selection of shops but had to mark it down due to queue every time to get on its carpark. The road system just can’t cope with the traffic.

Nice staff and good coffee but a bit on the busy side!

Great to have a leisurely look around the stores. Stopped off for a spot of lunch at M&S, which never dissapoints. Suddenly my sister said to me, since when has it only been a maximum of 4 hours parking at Woolstanton. So if you really want to take your time & stop for lunch, remember the time you arrive as you don't want to receive a fine!

Awesome, staff are quick and seem pretty happy, there is pleanty of parking on the business park, has drive through and wheelchair accessible.

The key thing here is the parking. Free parking, away from the city center of excessive parking charges. The choice of shops is really good, and with Festival Park not far away, it is easy to park, shop, eat and enjoy a day out around these shopping centers.

Love this place...specially the Asda and M&S outlets. Ample parking. However be careful if you are taking the bus here. If you plan an evening journey, might turn to be tricky if using public transport as some buses don't pass this route after a certain time. The Starbucks also is a nice treat

Plenty of parking and a good choice of shops. Able to get most things you need from Asda, M&S (with a big food hall and a café), Dunelm (with a café), Matalan and B&M. There is also a Starbucks with a drive through if you are in a rush but need a caffeine fix!

Can't complain tbh. Shops are all easily accessible, car parking isn't complicated either. Good range of shops. One star reduction because the speed bumps are nasty and Asda shuts most of the car park off at night.

Great shops and plenty of parking, good access off A500. only issue is there's only one road to get onto the site and it is always gridlocked. There needs to be another access road to elevate traffic jams on and offvthe site

The main reason why I go here is for M&S , parking is okaaaaaay but it seems most people don’t know how bends work ( they seem to drive on the opposite side , it’s bizzare) I suppose it’s due to the excitement of having a Starbucks drive through…

I mainly use M and S for my dads food shopping. They have a good range of ready meals for older people. The clothing section is good for kids too. Staff are always friendly and helpful..

Asda has a QR CODE Scan and return service. 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Print your label and a post box adjacent to the scanner. Impressive way to return items.

There is a good selection of shops, the m&s is brilliant and there is a large B&M for example. There is also plenty of parking but the Starbucks really backs things up causing havock with trying to get off the retail park if you are down that end. I don't think they fully thought through the positioning of the drive through.

I sort of like thos place, but it needs refreshing. Same old same old I'd the impression it gives. Free carpark, expensive food. I can't put a finger on it but I rarely spend much money there. I used to when I first started using it but not so much lately. One of the issues is that it is very heavily "female based" so I tend to find myself standing around a lot whilst Mrs is window shopping. Very, very few of the stores do more than give a passing nod to men's shopping requirements.

Great shops here. Ample parking. Petrol cheap. (Asda)

Very busy centre, which has ample parking. There is a variety of shops inclusong B&M, Dunelm, Marks & Spencer and Matalan. If you want a drink you can nip into Starbucks and there is the option to go ASDA for your shopping and there is a petrol station. The only negative is the exit can get busy so delays your departure

Good size retail park with a range of stores. Good place if you have time on your hands and money to match.

Free parking and lots of decent shops to visit. Plenty of child friendly spots close to M&S as well.

  • 2/5 Dave C. 1 year ago on Google
Avoid this place as much as possible as access can be a nightmare with only one road in and out, controlled by a roundabout. Good selection of stores with a large asda, matalan, home bargains, dunelm mill and marks and Spencer plus a Starbucks.

Went on Sunday. Got there early to avoid the rush. Plenty of free parking. Went to Asda, b and m and Matalan. Found staff very helpful and polite.

Lovely marks x Spencer here, but be aware you are only allowed 4 hours on car park

  • 5/5 Millie B. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of parking, decent shops, fuel available, also cafe's and drinks available

  • 4/5 Emily K. 10 months ago on Google
The retail park itself is generally good, except the fact that the queue to get onto the parking is always busy, the aisles are almost too narrow to the entrances to allow for cars to be on both sides on the road with the placement of the barriers for when the parking is closed. And as there’s no 1 way system you often find getting back off difficult with the speeds of other drivers travelling from ASDA and the top end of the car park. Otherwise once in the shops there’s enough variety of stores to keep you busy in prep to rejoin the traffic queues on exit

Who doesn't love a B&M visit. You go for water detergent and come out with two bags full of bits you don't really need. I love popping into my local store.

During our visit to Wolstanton Retail Park, we decided to make a quick stop at the Starbucks drive-thru. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience and efficiency of our experience. The drive-thru at Wolstanton Retail Park Starbucks was well-organized and clearly marked, making it easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile as we approached the order point. They were attentive, ensuring our order was taken accurately and promptly. The quality of the beverages we ordered were excellent. Our coffees were prepared to perfection, and the taste was delightful. The baristas demonstrated their expertise by providing us with exactly what we had requested. The hot drinks were served at the right temperature, and the presentation was neat and appealing. Moreover, the overall speed of service was impressive. Despite a steady flow of customers, we didn't experience any significant delays. The wait time was minimal, and we were able to get our drinks and continue our journey without feeling rushed. The location of the Starbucks drive-thru within Wolstanton Retail Park is convenient, especially for those who are on the go or have limited time. It's a great option for grabbing a quick and satisfying beverage without the need to leave the comfort of your vehicle.

Lovely retail park with a good range of shops to have a nosey about in, have a choice of 4 places to grab a bite to eat or a quick coffee in, only downside to this retail park is the queues to get on and off during busy periods. I visited on a weekday around 10am and wasn't too busy at all.
