Can't really go wrong, decent food and something for everyone and a good price. Was very impressed with the roast beef..went large and was almost defeated! Bit hotter maybe but pretty good. Staff were ok.

Went for brunch with my mother, setting is spacious and exudes a warm vibe. There was plenty of sunlight due to many windows. Staff were accommodating and friendly, bringing our meal with a smile on their face and shortly asking us if everything is okay, which is something we really appreciate because it really does brighten our day

Wednesday curry day, my wife and I had the big curry and they were very nice, and the price was good as well, Really enjoyed them. The onion bhajis are amazing.

The drop in rating is purely down to the car park. We were there when it was dark and the car park has no lightening at all. Pitch black. Dangerous getting back to your car, not knowing who is around you, and not being able to see the ground. Really needs to be improved.

Ordered a Full Monty Mixed Grill, when it arrived I was astounded at the size of the steak, it was miniscule, not eve as big as one of the onion rings. When I complained about the size of the steak I was told that it was my fault that it was so small because I had requested that the steak be cooked "well done " and that it had shrunk when being cooked. Will definitely not be back.

I used my clubcard vouchers bargain two course meal for two people. The staff were efficient in serving at the bar. The sizzling steaks with sauce and sides of your choice. Food was perfect and the millionaires cheesecake was so nice. Good service and a good menu.

Go here every so often. Went on my Son's 18th Birthday for his first pint. He loves the huge desert. We also had cheesy chips but they were awful. Under cooked, not worth the money and not enough cheese at all. Staff were very plesant.

The Mexican Pasta Salad with Salmon was great. Salmon cooked to perfection, skin nice and crunchy. Also had a bit of the fish and chips from the son, fish was again excellent. Kids loved the brownies, so sadly didn't get to try them!

I visited Cherry tree recently and the menu has been greatly improved on. Service was quick, food was cheap but nicely prepared and tasty, the 2 bottles of beer for £6 is an amazing money saving deal. It's a nice place to go. I will visit again soon.

Calm, relaxing & a delicious meal. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Ordered via Greene King app, and food/drinks came out quickly and was hot! Popped in as staying locally for a few days. But highly recommend. Thank you! 😁

Tried the epic festive feasts menu today and we were not disappointed. Fantastic choice of food and beautifully prepared. Pigs in blankets starter is brilliant quality. The whole meal was a perfect example of value for money. Assistant manager ( Patrick ) was happy to help with all of our needs. 5 stars

Went on a weekday lunchtime and it was reasonably busy. Unfortunately they had run out of some of the items we wanted but its not the end of the world. Plenty of other things to order. Approximately 30 min wait for the food but not too bad considering how busy it was.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the pub was very clean unfortunately that does not include the Ladies toilets none of the toilets had seats fitted and all the cubicles had a lot of graffiti in them a shame because the rest of the pub was well decorated the food was great and plenty of it meaning we will be going back again especially if the Ladies toilets are sorted out.

Been a few times now and tried a few things. The first time we visited my sizzling steak was missing onions, mushrooms and peppers. Never said anything as the staff were busy. Food was lovely on all occasions and the staff make you feel very welcome.

The only stars I can give are for the atmosphere only as it is a really nice place. Oh, and maybe the drink! I liked the new Schweppes watermelon soda. That's it. But if I could I would give 0 stars really. I had my life's most awful veggie lasagne. You couldn't taste anything except of the tomato sauce. Very sour sauce, uncooked pasta, probably some frozen vegetables, no white cream or any cheese on the top. I appreciate that it was supposed to be a vegan meal, but I was expecting some vegan replacement of the bechamel sauce and the cheese. So to sum up, it was just awful. When I asked for some cheese on the top to make it at least edible I received a very rude response about an extra charge and I was left there by the young lady never bringing me the cheese. I tried my friend's chips so at least I don't stay hungry and it was completely tasteless. Never coming back there.

Went for lunch with my daughter after a hospital visit. The service was excellent, the prices are fair to most places' but the portion sizes are bigger, so it's definitely value for money. We went on Thursday and got the meal deal and got a pudding for free, which I'm sad to say I couldn't eat it all. Highly recommend.

Don't bother with the Jerk Chicken. Especially if you can't eat beans. I did question why there were so many beans in what was meant to be rice .... there aren't any in the photo on the menu that would suggest that would be the case. And when I questioned it, I was told it's pre mixed.... and to let him know if there's anything else there's a problem with that he could do something about 🤔🫣. It was not good.

Staff are friendly but the Sunday Roast wasn't great. The mash tasted like instant mash and the roasters tasted like frozen ones. But it's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Cheesecake was lovely

A busy pub with plenty of food options as well as a variety of special offers on a regular cycle. The food was lovely and served relatively promptly. I've knocked off two stars, one for the being no hand soap in either if the bathrooms we used and my wife also said the ladies had no toilet roll. And the second star was lost because one of the desserts we ordered didn't arrive at the table until we chased it up, and that was only after everyone else had finished their desserts.

Had rump steak with hot..hot sauce. Steak medium cooked to perfection..sauce.hot...hot..as requested..would love to go back,but tomorrow I'm off to London and Sunday back to Malta.

Wonderful pub and restaurant. My dog Daisy was welcomed into the bar area with a cool bowl of water. She enjoyed helping me eat a Cajun Chicken salad roll and chips. Good range of ales available. I used to be a Nurse at City General Hospital, as was, now the Royal Stoke, so it was a bit of a trip back in time for me. The staff may have changed, but this is still a fine pub with great food. Try it for yourselves some time soon

Popped in for a meal yesterday but had most of the tables reserved but the staff where very accommodating and and sat myself and my girlfriend in a booth, the food was amazing and very well priced, we will return and i would recomend to any couple or family who are looking for a good meal with a lovely environment!
