Nice place to stretch your legs when you don't have much time. Very smooth paths for pushchairs and wheelchairs etc. Plenty of grass area's for chatting / picnicking. Lovely birdsong this time of year. Car parking can be limited at weekend due to hospital staff parking.

Nice park. Which is well maintained. Brook sometimes smells. Wonder if this is because the car wash dumps their dirty water in there. There are rough sleepers near Martec at the moment which makes the place look uninviting. Sometimes there is rubbish the other side of the Brook and this side seems a little neglected at times though I was happy to see that new trees have been planted recently, also there is an orchard at the top.

This park is situated on the A34 Dual Carriageway right opposite the areas main hospital. A quiet large(ish) Park. Good for walking dogs. Kids cycling. Sports being played. A stream runs through the park and one day I saw a flash of colour and spotted a Kingfisher. Newcastle Town FC is on the park. Along with Newcastle Cricket and Rugby. One of my favourite places to kill a hour.

Generally a nice place to walk the dog although I am getting really annoyed with some people there who believe that it's alright to discard glass bottles. 3 times in the last 24 months my dog has injured himself that badly there, that it has required veterinary attention. Please people find a bin, you may not care until it happens to you or someone or something that you care about, but please spare a thought for others using the facility and in general. My dog cut his foot again here last Sunday, can people please stop throwing glass around it always ends up somewhere, if you don't recycle it please put it in a bin.

Haven't been in years, took the kids (age 4 & 6) today for a picnic and let them play on the park, they loved it, lots of children with family & dogs on leads, really clean too.

Lovely green spaces and wooded areas to walk. Binoculars allow excellent views of the flora and fauna.

It's an okay park with rugby pitches, small five a side football goals, and swing areas for kids. It's close by Newcastle Town Fc and has plenty of parking available. It is better to go during the day as there is a high volume of weed smokers in the evening. It also has various exercise machines alongside your dailey walk.

I go there every day and can spend 2..3..maybe 4 hour down there with my dog and my lady of course. But I will definitely not be going there when they introduce the pay and display machine it's my dog bonnie I feel sorry for she love it down there ..I think it will put a lot of people off ..there's a lot of people who have retired and go there with there dogs and meat up and like me spend more than 2 hours down there..so why should dog walkers have to pay ?????

Nice walk or bike ride, when finished the walk, costa or morrisons cafe ideal for a warm drink and snack/dinner.

Good little park to kill an hour, probably a bit of room for one or 2 more activities for kids on the playground. Zipwire needs fixing.

I enjoy the park as do the dogs and now the car park has been tarmacked it has gone up in the world. All sorts for the kids and teens alike with play area. We go here often now to relax and enjoy ourselves with the dogs and grandkids.

Lovely to walk your dog. Plus it has one of those outdoor gyms. My only complaint is the low number of bins for rubbish and dog poo. They are at the entrances and on the car park thats it

A nice park which is good for a quick walk around. A good path for kids to go round on scooters.
