Breakfast/ Brunch is my favourite meal of the day. I can eat pancakes and eggs anytime. Jacks is always a good experience. Portions are hefty and service is friendly. I usually call ahead to see how long the wait is. They are busy. A good sign thé food is good and fresh! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed

The food was amazing. I got the strawberry waffle and the Nutella banana french toast to share with my boyfriend, and the waffle was 10/10 amazing!!! MMM it's so hard to find a good waffle. The French toast was super fluffy and delicious, the Nutella was just a bit much for me LOL but it was still made amazingly. I do not enjoy french toast at restaurants because it's always stale or too dry or eggy or weird... But jacks pancake factory actually made it amazing. I would love to try it next time with the strawberries. The bacon was pretty standard and the breakfast potatoes were okay, but I probably wouldn't order them again but they were still good. We just like crispy potatoes and these were like, real potato slices. Our server was super nice and personable. The restaurant was clean also. One critique? The booth seat had this weird bumped out area at the top of the seat so it made it uncomfortable to sit and I couldn't lean on it properly because it stuck out too far lol. But that's not anyone's fault. Anyways thanks for amazing food.

I'm still coming here 3 years later and never have had my food messed up once. Also, my server is Nikki - she's an absolute angel and works so hard to make her customers happy,honestly. Best server in the entire place if you get her treat her well she deserves all the love and shes taken care of me for 3+ years while here. She's had my order memorized for years. It's definitely worth the visit. This is my second review after a couple of years. Nikki, Thank you for all that you do, and you're 3/4 of the reason I come back besides the good food. If she ever left, I'd probably stop coming because this place would not be the same without her. All the love to you... You're such a 💎 and you deserve all the best tips for all your hard work. You are what makes Jacks - Jacks. One love everyone and I hope you enjoy your meals.

Excellent restaurant, they do everything perfectly. Food is fresh and delicious, service is very professional and friendly, portions are quite large. I WILL BE BACK 😀

OMG! The Nutella banana pancakes were to die for. Plus, adding the syrup made it go over the top. Great place to celebrate a birthday breakfast. Waffles were perfect with a bit of a crunch. Fruit was fresh. Great service.

Great food, prices are well priced and portions are large, like 16 dollars for a big burger and fries, other places are closer to about 23-25 now and they are these tall but super skinny burgers. The wraps are big as F. Great service. Wish places had more alternatives from the single use plastics though.

Came by for a quick lunch while waiting for the car to be serviced. The food was delicious and the portion size was very good. Good service and clean place. Will come by again to try more food on the menu for sure! Edit: been back at least 5 more times since then and the service and food are great every single time!

Definitely a must visit if you can! The food is delicious and the overall atmosphere was so cozy! The only downside is that it does get super duper busy so I'd recommend coming earlier in the day, or coming if you are ok with waiting for a bit during peak hours. I got the junior lumberjack which filled me up very well and for a great price of $11.99! It came with eggs, toast, a sausage, a bacon, fries, and a pancake.

If there were 10 stars I would give it. Waited a bit to be seated, which is a sign of the high demand, but it was worth it. Delicious breakfast. Yummy! Variety in the menu, fresh and well prepared. Friendly staff. Go to Jack's Pancake Factory...the BEST breakfast in town! A must for any tourists and travellers and Note to Jack, we will definitely be back!

This was one of our favourite breakfast/ lunch places. We dined once to twice a month here. The last few times the service and quality has gone down hill, we gave it a few “ chances “ as after multiple wonderful service anyone can have a off day. However it doesn’t appear to be improving. We won’t be back.

Yay! We can finally enjoy some patio meals. Jack’s does not disappoint, portions are big and food is always tasty. This is our favourite breakfast spot in Barrie! 🤩 Staff is very kind and friendly. Hubby and son got the Blueberry Cheesecake Pancakes and I got the Southwest Steak Skillet with my eggs on the side. We are already planning our next visit. Excellent place, the ratings didn't disappoint. The portions were generous and the waitress was very helpful. The order didn't take long at all to arrive and it tasted delicious. We were too filled to try the pancakes, but we know where to come back for a serving or two...

This place was an excellent pick for my family and to eat at. My son ate the huge Double chocolate with strawberry dish, my wife had the Apple strudel waffle dish and I had Jack's skillet. All 3 were excellent. The place has about15 types of pancakes. The servers were super friendly and prompt with the service. We agreed that we must go back.

Nicole, our server, was very helpful in suggesting delicious items, the servers offered coffee and water refills very regularly and were all friendly! But make sure you are hungry before you enter as the portions are huge and cheap!! The strawberry cheesecake pancakes are fabulous as had the cinnamon apple strudel pancakes that my husband had!!

Portions are huge. Food came out fast and it was nice and hot. Service was great. Would return. Had chocolate chip pancakes, blueberry pancakes and "Factory" omelette.

The staff at Jack's are 2nd only to the terrific food they serve! Great value, good times and a terrific (but busy) spot for breakfast classics. The past couple yrs have been difficult for any small business, let alone the restaurant industry- the owner and her staff have been beyond accommodating and have handled so many obstacles gracefully. I personally appreciate how accommodating they've been to me as I'm unable to wear face covering. Looking forward to many more waffles & Nutella Sunday mornings :)

Great food, tons to choose from and it’s all big portions. Always very friendly service from Yvonne. Everything is delicious here except the decaf coffee which could do with a rebrand.

1st off our server Nicole, was wonderful! She was very pleasant, great smile, cheerful!! The best service I have come across in a long time! We got coffee to start, the coffee was good and hot, we ordered and our wait for food was short, (The FOOD) very generous portions, looked great, everything was cooked perfectly, tasted great, we had other servers come by multiple times to do coffee refills, the service and food was excellent and this is our new go to breakfast place!! Oh my wife asked for extra Jam, check out the bowl!!! lol awesome!

Jack is a breakfast genius! The sausages have the perfect crisp and the pancakes… sweet Lord are they fluffy and ever so yummy! The service is so on point. All the staff work as a team and the coffee doesn’t stop. Thank you to you all! Absolutely no doubt this is my new breakie spot!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I put a 5 star but it's a solid 4.5 Very welcoming when I entered with my family! Fantastic and friendly service! Food was delicious! Would definitely recommend and would go back. I see why is rated so high! I ordered eggs Benedict. I wanted my eggs medium but came out hard. Crayons with maze or something would be good for kids!

Always amazing service and food! Price is decent and competitive to other chains but we love that this is a family owned business. The staff is always exceptional. All adds to a homey feel. This one is one of our favourite breakfast places because of this and has continued to recommend to family and friends in and out of town.
