After hearing about Damasci through a friend I went to check them out. All I can say is that Sam helped me out big-time on my hunt for my proposal ring. From start to finish he was patient with me since I was very indecisive. It took me about 2 months of going back and forth before I was solid on an idea and not once throughout that whole time frame did he get annoyed with me or stop helping me with advice. He worked within my budget not trying to oversell me. Their location is very accessible and he has a large selection of designs. I went with a custom design and his work speaks for itself. Everything is made in house so he oversees everything. Also he promised me 30 days to create the ring but he finished with 21 days which was a big help. All I can say is he's a very humble individual that's not pushy to make a sale and I would highly recommend him.

I had my wife’s engagement ring created here (I shipped them the diamond from the U.S., but I think they could have gotten me a better deal on the stone). The result was so awesome, when it came time to do the wedding band, I wasn’t going anywhere else. We have brought the rings in to be cleaned at jewelers in the U.S., and their reaction when they view it under a jeweler’s loop is always, “Wow, this is really good work.”

Damasci exceeded my expectations for wedding rings in every way! I went to Damasci for an engagement ring, and even though I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for at the start, Sam worked with me to design a beautiful custom ring which, in the end, was the perfect ring for me and my soon-to-be-fiancée. Cannot recommend this place enough. We went to a different jeweler at first to make my custom ring but after multiple readjustments over a few months it still wasn't right. Sam was very helpful from the get go. He was very welcoming and took his time to explain us about the 4C’s of diamonds and showed us examples demonstrating the same. He worked within our budget and customized the ring as per our budget and choices and produced an amazingly well crafted product. He constantly updated us through the process by sending us renders and asking for additional feedback for changes or design. He was very easy to communicate with via texts and emails at all times. I went to Damasci to see Sam based on a referral to have an alternative engagement ring made. He really came through for me! My combination of indecisiveness and pickiness couldn't be more annoying, but Sam was accommodating, patient and committed the whole way through. Across many visits, he went through several rounds of sourcing gemstones to help me compare, narrow down and make me feel confident about my decision. He even let me work in a few last minute sizable changes on a pretty tight deadline, which he pulled off flawlessly! Sam was very easy to work with. He was honest through and through. He would steer me away from overpaying instead of up-selling me, and was straight up about everything he showed me. He was never pushy and always worked towards the budget and what I wanted. He was easy to reach by walk-in, phone call, text, and email, and also helped with being discreet so my significant other wouldn't find out. Even though the location and closing time was a bit tough for me to get to from where I was coming from after work, Sam would always stick around later until we were done or even wait for me if I was running late. It was worth it all in the end as the ring had remarkable craftsmanship and turned out stunning! But more importantly, my partner couldn’t imagine it looking any better! I would not hesitate to recommend Sam/Damasci to friends and family.
