Always wanted to try this place, but never waljed in until now. I'm kicking myself for not having done it sooner. Its a little.cozy place with a unique vibe. Set up in an old house, the dining rooms are set up in what was the homes living and dining rooms. Very cozy. The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff. The food was excellent. My omelet was.perfect and the sausage gravy was really flavorful. Pancakes were light and fluffy. The bacon was done expertly. I strongly recommend that you try this place out. I will be returning often.

This place is fantastic. Everything is spot on. Scramble Platter is my favorite. Thanks for the wheelchair accommodations. Support the local!

Staff were fantastic! Very attentive and sweet. We went there round noon on Saturday. I ordered egg benedicts and my husband ordered peach crepes. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

The food is bland and entirely unseasoned, most likely to encourage guests to season their plates at the table in an effort to avoid anyone complaining their food is “too salty” or something similar. There isn’t anything on the menu that is particularly special, the menu lacks personality. It’s a very basic, inoffensive breakfast menu for anyone looking for something they could easily make at home but would rather not do the dishes. The location itself could be charming- it’s located in one of the old houses off the square, but unfortunately the space isn’t very well used. We were in a very small back room, which wouldn’t be an issue normally, but that particular dining area also doubled as a storage space for weird knock-knacks and stacks of unused wall art and old coffee cups that were clearly not in use but hadn’t been tossed out or sold. The dining space said in so many words what the menu said: this is a bland place with bland food. It wasn’t a “bad” experience, but for the fact that we were expecting a restaurant in the square to have more to say for itself. This is the type of restaurant you don’t remember because it was so unbelievably and remarkably “okay” that the experience is like a soft-serve ice cream machine at a low-budget buffet. The wait staff were friendly enough, though the “customer service voice” the wait staff used was stale and impersonal. Waiting tables is hard, and it’s even more difficult when you have to serve uninspired food that you can’t sell with genuine endorsement. I feel sorry for the waitresses. If you ever find yourself walking in the square and you get hungry but don’t want to remember what you ate or where you ate it, this is the perfect spot for you. PS- to the guy who wrote the review saying the shrimp and grits was “good”, you’re a liar and you should feel bad about yourself.

Christy's Cafe is a hidden gem in the heart of Newnan, Georgia. This cozy cafe serves up delicious breakfast and lunch fare, all made with fresh, local ingredients. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast like pancakes or waffles, or a more creative dish like the breakfast burrito, you're sure to find something to your liking. For lunch, Christy's Cafe offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, and burgers. The burgers are particularly good, and are made with fresh, never-frozen beef. In addition to the delicious food, Christy's Cafe also has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cafe is decorated in a casual, country style, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Christy's Cafe is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal with friends or family. Here are some of the dishes that I recommend: Breakfast: The breakfast burrito is a hearty and satisfying dish, made with scrambled eggs, cheese, beans, and your choice of meat. The pancakes are light and fluffy, and the waffles are crisp and golden brown. Lunch: The burgers are the star of the lunch menu, and they're made with fresh, never-frozen beef. The Philly cheesesteak is also a popular choice, and is made with thinly sliced steak, cheese, and onions on a hoagie roll. Overall, Christy's Cafe is a great place to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal. The food is fresh and made with care, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Christy's Cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Newnan, Georgia.

Excellent food and good service. Visited from PA and enjoyed the biscuits and gravy which was new to us. Seems like a place locals enjoy.

Christy's is set in an old Southern home so the atmosphere is lovely. I got the small Biscuit Scramble, small grits and coffee. My husband got the French toast breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon. The small Biscuit Scramble was delicious with crispy fried hash browns, sausage gravy and cheese pulled stop a soft, delicious biscuit. I enjoyed every bite. My husband French toast breakfast was good, but nothing special. Two things were disappointing: the coffee was terribly strong and almost burnt tasting and smelling, and they don't serve the food with real butter, just a butter flavored spread. With duck great atmosphere and menu, it was disappointing that they had sub part coffee and butter.

I ordered the Mom's Omelet. My wife has the Bowl of Grits w/cheese. We ordered a side of Bacon which was cooked to perfection. The coffee is is great. The service was excellent. It stated getting busy around 9am, but that didn't deter the staff.

I had a build your own omelet About half the omelet actually had bacon The hash browns were very undercooked. There was literally oil under the hash browns. The of 4 us would recommend never to eat there. I heard good things about the restaurant from some people. It didn't come close to serving edible food
