This
was
my
first
experience
with
Massage
envy.
My
husband
purchased
a
gift
card
through
a
promotion
they
were
running
for
Mother’s
Day.
It
took
almost
s
month
to
get
an
appointment
due
to
staffing.
I
was
ok
with
that,
due
to
staffing
issues
everywhere.
Upon
my
arrival
I
was
told
that
the
facial
portion
of
my
visit
would
need
to
be
rescheduled.
The
person
called
out.
So
that
part
was
rescheduled
for
the
next
day.
The
problem
came
in
at
the
end
of
my
visit.
I
was
asked
to
pay
for
the
service
which
was
already
paid
by
my
husband
through
gift
card.
The
person
at
the
front
desk
was
nice
but
seemed
to
have
no
clue
as
to
how
the
promotion
worked
.
My
husband
calls
and
speaks
to
Sara,
the
manager
about
this
incident,
in
hopes
it
would
be
resolved
and
the
next
day(
my
facial)
would
go
smoothly.
She
assured
it
was
taken
care
of.
It
wasn’t
and
the
young
lady
at
the
counter
demanded
payment.
She
was
rude,
unprofessional
and
hands
down
one
of
the
nastiest
people
I
have
encountered
in
a
long
time.
The
only
reason
I
gave
this
location
two
stars
is
because
the
masseuse
and
the
esthetician
(
Haley
)
were
absolutely
wonderful
and
if
not
for
the
horrible
way
I
was
treated
by
customer
service
and
management,
I
would
have
possibly
started
a
membership.
Needless
to
say
I
would
never
return
to
a
massage
envy
or
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
