Not a bad place to be seen, however I've never been taken to the back on time. They're always at least 30-45 mins behind every time. They need to strive to accommodate their patients and their time. What's the point of an appointment? Other than that, always been pleased with them.

I give them a rating of three. Isn’t the staff, it’s due to the fact it’s dirty. The rooms have dust on the machine the floors look like they haven’t been mopped in a very long time. The bathroom back in the examine room is very very filthy, isn’t much sanitary going on or being done. The rooms don’t look like they are bleached down or even sanitized between patients at all! The waiting area need to be mopped and disinfected as well. A lot of sick people come in and out of there and would be nice to know you’re being seen in a clean well maintain building.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the wait time was minimal. I made an appointment online and the process was really easy. The facility was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone in need of medical attention. Also special mention to Daniel,NP - he answered all 100 of my son’s questions!

This clinic is one of the best clinics I have ever gone to. GREAT providers, GREAT back room healthcare team, and GREAT front desk personnel. I will always consider this clinic first for my urgent care needs. Thanks to the staff for making me have such an excellent visit and making sure my problems were important. 10/10. ✨

Everything was great except for after making an appointment I still had to wait around a hour before seeing the doctor. The staff were wonderful but if you give people the option of an appointment it shouldn’t take 45 minutes between getting vitals and seeing the doc. However, it could’ve been how late the appointment was. Either way. Also, on my follow up phone call a different doc told me my results and contradicted what the first doc told me I should do. We came to a conclusion but it was confusing.

This was my second time using the clinic, the first time was with my grandson who had strep throat. I was equally impressed on this visit with the quality of care received in a very timely manner. The attention to delivering top notch care was evident from the time I entered the facility to the follow-up texts to check on me in the days after my visit. I highly recommend this facility and excellent staff to anyone needing to visit an urgent care facility. Thanks to everyone for a job well done!

Very good experience- The receptionist was excellent in moving my appointment up- It was easy to schedule online. Both the technician and nurse practitioner were excellent. She diagnosed my problem and ordered a shot- It was a much better experience than visiting the ER or trying to get an appointment with the GP.

Great experience! Friendly! Casual atmosphere, but very professional staff. Will definitely go back if my dr. isn’t available. Thank you!
