These classes are so much fun with great music! They move fast through a series of ever changing stations so you never get bored. Lit herself is an inspiration bc she has so much light and energy!

Been training with Lital for 5 months now. I tried a different trainer before I found her and it was a horrible experience so I went in unsure of what to expect. Thank goodness Lital changed my perspective of what a trainer should be! She's professional, supportive, pushes me to give my all, and spends time to educate me on form and nutrition.
