With Costa right across the road I decided to give a local independent coffee shop some of my business. The coffee was really nice and tasty but the prices are very high. Advice to management, if you really want to compete with a chain like Costa and have more regulars then lower your prices. Over £3 for a flat white is crazy! And between £4 and £6 for things like overnight oats and bagels is too much. Surely you would gain more of a following if you were cheaper than the Costa across the road but as it stands you aren't offering an appealing alternative.

Used to be good service but today there were flies on baked goods, no sandwiches and minimal choice for lunch items. Didn’t offer to heat up food. Generally disorganised staff.

The service was very friendly. The carrot cake was good but the New York bagel wasn't anything special. For an independent cafe, the bagel was a disappointment. For the cost, it should have been high quality and not minimum amounts of filling.

Found this quite by accident when Costa was closed (opposite). Now I head here first. Has to be the best coffee shop around. Staff are always polite, smiley and helpful. The flat whites are excellent, as too are the cakes and tarts 🤤 - the cinnamon buns are the bees knees, not the usual mass produced rubbish, these are clearly made with pride! Outdoor seating available to watch the shoppers amble by and plenty of indoor seats too. Limited parking available roadside or public car park around the corner, within 300 yds. Wheelchair and buggy friendly.

Coffee has a really weird taste .. quite nasty infact, also was embarrassed at the till as I tried to pay in cash...I realise most people pay by card theses days however, I personally prefer to pay in cash ...I thought sterling was legal tender in the UK, I was told to pay next time .. I wont be going back !!

Love Out of Office in Newport Pagnell . The staff are so polite. Love the little tables out the front and the coffee is much nicer than Costas

Each and everyone of the staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome, fantastic coffee (even the decafs!) and amazing treats. Love both takeaways and to drink in.

A beautiful start to the day, the friendliest staff, tasty food and coffee. Plus calming, easy going music with big windows letting the sunshine in. Bliss. I couldn't recommend enough, thank you for a lovely morning

Wanting breakfast to go I spotted a Costa, parked up, walked back and this place caught my eye instead. Almond croissant top quality and the small but perfectly done cappuccino was seriously exquisite. It genuinely cheered me up that I chose this place. Prices decent considering the excellent quality, just over £6 which is a fiver less than the hotel offered which I didn’t get because who wants their body weight in cooked breakfast just to make the cost worthwhile (well, probably me on a leisurely start day with a nap afterwards but this wasn’t that day). Highly recommend, shame I didn’t have time to sit in. Nice decor and china too, from what I saw.

Great little independent coffee shop with a small but good quality menu. Vegan and vegetarian friendly with delicious choices for a light lunch or afternoon tea. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.
