Super clean rooms. Nice staff. Sheets, blankets, and towels are super soft and comfortable. Close to so many things. Fun activities and many places around to eat or get delivered. Very quiet area and super safe. Housekeeping is great, very clean and rooms are well taken care of. Small fridges and microwave. Theres single serving coffee pots in the bigger rooms with coffee. The beds are comfortable and there's free WIFI and cable. Couldn't ask for a better deal. Prices are pretty low

We loved this place, spacious room, very clean, but if you stay longer than one day you are responsible for taking your own trash to the dumpster and if you want clean towels you have to put your dirty ones in a bag and leave them on the door and they'll give you clean ones in a bag

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this adorable motel. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The brand new updated bathroom was sparkling clean. Maryann, the owner, was so warm, welcoming and friendly! Not to mention, the pool with comfy outdoor furniture, the grill and horseshoe pit make it feel like a home away from home. We would highly recommend a stay at the Newport Motel!

I would not recommend staying here the new owners have done nothing.they Not even from this country. Black mold on ceiling told owner was very rude to me when I told him would not stay here if it was the last place on Earth

We just stayed one night to attend a family event the next day. Rooms are extremely spacious, tidy, and modernized (decor, outlets in furniture, sizeable mini fridge, etc.). It was also quiet, which can be a rarity at motels! Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was there were a few spots that needed updating (crumbled sheetrock around outlet, draws wouldn't close easily, bathroom fan clicks when on, etc) but none of these things would impede me from coming back! The price is a steal and staff is very friendly! Will return in a heartbeat.

Really solid place. Everything you would expect in a Motel. All the basics. Friendly Staff. Clean too. We will be back. Highly Recommend.

Ended up staying at the Newport Motel after my family and I got rained out camping at nearby Pillsbury State Park. The park staff recommended it and we are so glad they did! The motel staff were extremely friendly and the room looked recently renovated. Had a wonderful stay in a clean and dry modern room! We were able to still enjoy a bit of a "camping" experience as we used the picnic table and grill out front. Really comfortable beds. Quite pleased with our stay as the motel was a wonderful place!

I haven't checked out yet but so far the owner has been amazing. She is very down to earth an very honest an the room was very very clean an nice. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The motel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and polite. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean large room. Office was suppose to close at 8pm, went there at 7:30pm already closed.

Located near MT Sunspee and Lake Sunspee . It's a quiet location
