How
do
I
even
begin?
Walked
in
for
an
“SNS
manicure”
at
6:00
on
a
Friday
evening.
Sat
down
to
remove
my
previous
SNS
and
proceeded
to
soak
for
ONE
HOUR
with
no
one
checking
on
me.
Finally
sat
to
get
the
SNS
done,
and
the
job
was
awful.
The
technician
was
on
the
phone
the
entire
time
and
wasn’t
paying
attention
to
detail.
She
did
no
cuticle
work
after
I
had
said
that
I
wanted
a
manicure.
She
did
not
file
my
nails
for
length
before
beginning
the
dipping
process.
She
dipped
3
times
and
did
not
remove
the
excess
product.
She
wanted
me
to
remove
my
hands
from
the
UV
drying
machine
before
it
was
complete.
The
color
is
marbled
instead
of
being
solid.
Being
unhappy
with
my
nails,
I
politely
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
told
her
I
was
unhappy
and
explained
why.
I
then
asked
if
there
was
any
way
I
could
receive
a
discount
or
pay
the
price
to
get
the
dip
removed.
She
said
no,
and
blamed
the
manufacturer
for
the
uneven
color,
and
blamed
me
for
not
saying
that
I
wanted
a
manicure,
and
that
I
cannot
receive
a
service
and
not
pay.
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
the
nails
did
not
look
“that
bad”
to
which
I
replied
that
they
weren’t
her
nails
and
that
I
was
unhappy.
I
paid
the
discounted
price,
left
no
tip,
and
here
I
am
in
the
parking
lot
leaving
my
first
Google
review.
