Very sloppy and rushed ….The lady that is at the station to the right did not follow the assignment ! my nails was Terrible my nails was rushed not neat at all she did not use enough acrylic super really thin and they chipped turn yellow in 3 days my pinky nails one is longer then the other I do not recommend !!!! And I say that because I asked her to fix them and it went in one ear out the other very dissatisfied and I was charged 100.00 !!!!

How do I even begin? Walked in for an “SNS manicure” at 6:00 on a Friday evening. Sat down to remove my previous SNS and proceeded to soak for ONE HOUR with no one checking on me. Finally sat to get the SNS done, and the job was awful. The technician was on the phone the entire time and wasn’t paying attention to detail. She did no cuticle work after I had said that I wanted a manicure. She did not file my nails for length before beginning the dipping process. She dipped 3 times and did not remove the excess product. She wanted me to remove my hands from the UV drying machine before it was complete. The color is marbled instead of being solid. Being unhappy with my nails, I politely asked to speak to the manager and told her I was unhappy and explained why. I then asked if there was any way I could receive a discount or pay the price to get the dip removed. She said no, and blamed the manufacturer for the uneven color, and blamed me for not saying that I wanted a manicure, and that I cannot receive a service and not pay. She proceeded to tell me that the nails did not look “that bad” to which I replied that they weren’t her nails and that I was unhappy. I paid the discounted price, left no tip, and here I am in the parking lot leaving my first Google review. Please check out the “finished” product photos.

They’re always in such a hurry that the quality is very poor. I keep going back because they’re quick but unfortunately that means they will leave you with terrible nails unless you say something. Often times you can’t tell how bad they are until you’re done. They’ve also started requesting cash which is CRAZY because nobody Carrie’s cash anymore. After my most recent nail app in April 2022 I will NOT be back. I payed way too much for terrible awful nails. Didn’t even get enough color to make my tips not see through! There’s also a “grain” on my nails as it was not filed down properly. From afar they look nice. But that’s it.

First time customer and for a basic solid color (sns dip) is fine but I asked for green tips on some nails and their completely uneven and just look messy. Most likely I’m not going back. Too pricey for what I got.I expect better. Nails x is way better.

Walked in, behind two ladies..was asked what I wanted..was told someone would be with me..not a long wait. In comes a white soccer mom with a kid. Received immediate service. They decided to take this pair ahead of me..why? Well. I’m Black.

The owner was very rude to me after I told her the polish on my big toe was not smooth. I have gotten the sheliac. She tried to tell me that I didn't have my feet flat when the uv light and the I lifted my toes.. she then got real smart and nasty and I told her she needed to calm down and show me some respect. I have been to nice to her and she usually takes care of me. I don't know what was her problem today but I'm told her I will never coming back and I will let's my friends and family know that. I did not tip her because of the disrespect and poor customer service.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I go to get an SNS manicure every 3-4 weeks. Every time I go there is little to no wait, they complete the manicure in less than an hour, the prices are great, and they do a good job.

My nails looked amazing, she was very meticulous, & took her time. She got me in quickly & was super sweet. The salon was beautiful & very peaceful. 🩷
