Very
disappointed
in
customer
service
at
this
store.
I
absolutely
love
Kmart,
however
my
experience
at
this
store
was
the
opposite
of
what
I've
experienced
at
other
Kmart
stores.
I
organised
a
click
and
collect
for
a
swing
set.
The
website
allowed
me
to
purchase
the
item
and
organise
a
pickup
time
of
6PM.
Upon
arrival
Kmart
staff
member
Thalia
advised
me
that
the
item
I
am
picking
up
is
a
bulky
item
and
pickup
was
only
available
up
until
5PM.
I
explained
that
the
website
allowed
me
to
purchase
and
organise
a
pickup
time
for
the
item
and
there
was
no
notice
in
relation
to
pickup
time
restrictions
for
bulky
items.
Thalia
was
very
unprofessional,
said
that
it
was
not
possible
to
pick
up
what
I've
purchased
turned
around
and
walked
away
without
giving
me
an
explanation
as
to
why
I
was
able
to
organise
the
pickup
on
the
website,
travel
to
the
store
just
to
be
turned
away
at
the
door.
I
would
think
that
the
least
a
professional
staff
member
of
Kmart
could
do
is
take
my
feedback
seriously
and
assure
me
that
she'll
be
informing
management
of
this
situation
to
ensure
other
shoppers
don't
suffer
the
same
faith
and
travel
to
the
store
just
to
be
told
they
have
to
come
back
another
time
and
that
their
trip
was
a
total
waste
of
their
time.
This
was
my
worst
Kmart
store
experience
ever!
You'd
think
that
retail
would
be
more
eager
to
get
the
business
but
apparently
not!
While
I'll
be
still
shopping
at
other
Kmart
stores
I
will
boycott
the
Manor
Lakes
store
and
will
tell
my
friends
and
family
about
my
experience.
As
far
as
the
overall
Kmart
online
shopping
experience
goes,
it'd
be
great
if
this
type
experience
could
be
avoided
for
other
shoppers
and
a
notice
on
the
website
be
implemented
to
advise
shoppers
not
to
organise
pickups
for
bulky
items
after
5pm.
