I am happy to see kmart in our local area. This saves time from driving all the way to Werribee Plaza as well as saves the struggle of finding parking there. This is a big kmart (almost same size as the one in Werribee plaza), well stocked, good variety of the products. The new and large parking in Manor Lakes shopping centre makes it easy to find parking. Manor lakes shopping centre is relatively small, so there isn't too much walk inside the shopping centre to get to Kmart. The staff is great, very polite, humble, professional and helpful. The store is well maintained from cleaning perspective.

My experience with Kmart staff was to bad today. I went manor lakes kmart to return 2 umbrellas which I bought 2 days earlier,one of them was already broken, the quality was too cheap. Instead of looking for customers needs the staff have been investigating like I have done something wrong to ask them to give me refund. They make me feel embarrassed as I used them and then return it back. I haven’t even kept the receipt because it wasn’t my attention to return it back but I had the transaction history from my bank. The manager was not interested to see my bank transaction as she has been more interested to blame me as I broke that umbrella or used it. She was threatening me about she is going to check the cameras, she doesn’t have sense to talk to customer. So now I am requesting to the management to check cameras and find out and stop blaming the genuine customers.

I bought a pair of kids pants, but had to exchange them the next day because they were a very small size 10. I still had the tag (not attached to the product) and the receipt & took them back to the Manor Lakes store to exchange or refund them. I was told by the customer service person that we couldn't bring them back without the tag attached to the product. We asked to speak to a Manager, who came out and told us (quite rudely) that it is in Kmarts policy that we had to have the tag actually attached to the product for an exchange or refund. This is not written in the policy notices in the store. We said we could just get a tagging gun or some tape and attach the tags ourselves, and the Manager said (rudely again) that if we wanted to do that we should 'go for it' and walked away. So we went and attached the tag and took them back. The customer service person accused us of going and swapping the pants with another pair, which we DID NOT, she then rolled her eyes and refunded the money. You need to teach your staff the policies of the store, and how to treat customers respectfully.

Located in a small shopping center is usually occupied by manor Lakes residents. One of the best investment made here. Store is quite big and you can find anything that is available at other kmart stores.

At around 3:40pm on Wednesday August 30th, 2023, there were no customers at either the regular cashier or the self-checkout cashier. As a result, I approached a young woman who was covering her head stationed at the cashier and requested assistance. Instead of providing a helpful response, she grumpily retorted, "I CAN'T DO THIS," and continued to stand around idly. It seemed as if she was averse to any action, resembling a bump on a log. Her behavior could be considered an example of wage theft. In this particular store, is the use of self-checkout mandatory for all customers? I have never encountered a situation like this at any cashier in any shop before. While I would understand if she were preoccupied with tasks, her demeanor indicated otherwise—just standing around without any apparent purpose. Kmart Manor Lake is my preferred store due to the generally friendly and excellent service provided by most of the staff. However, this employee stands out negatively, displaying rudeness and a lack of proficiency in delivering standard customer service. I would like to address this worker: "Don't undermine the efforts of your colleagues and manager with your lazy work attitude. Did you treat male customers the same way? I know you assumed I am a quiet female customer who wouldn't voice any complaints. Don't alter your attitude based on the individual and take the opportunity to learn what customer service truly means."

Incompetent, lack of care towards customers and orders, poor communication and service. Save yourself time and a headache and just go to Big W.

This is a huge Kmart store located in a new shopping centre. It had a huge variety of items all priced quite reasonably. The staff we dealt with were very polite.

I purchased online and selected the time for click and collect at 4:40pm . I exactly went on time but staff told me the order is not ready, I seriously disappointed as I was already late for my work. And they still suggesting me to come on next day and don’t have respect and value for someone else time and travel cost. I asked for refund and changed my daily shopping priority from KMART to BIGW. Never come again. I know it doesn’t make sense because it has already build the brand and that’s why they are very careless about customer service. If this things keep on happening then many business has already died even the big brand so KMART can also be vanish very soon.

Worst service I have ever received. I asked an older lady at service desk to assist me with putting some items through as I had hurt my shoulder and she snapped at me and told me I need to leave. I wasn’t being rude at all. Very uncalled for, I did not deserve to be treated like that. It has never been an issue for me to put items through at service desk especially since I struggle doing it myself and you only have the self serves available. I should add that there were no customers around and it wasn’t busy. I think there needs to be training on how to treat customers with kindness because I was already having a bad day and this has made it so much worse.

PLEASE PUT TROLLEYS IN YOUR SHOP. Those tiny plastic wheeley baskets are good for nothing. Surely you understand that people buy large items and in large quantities. How is someone suppose to pick up large items and carry them around? It’s such a shame that a well maintained, neat and fully stocked store gets a 1 star rating for something so simple to maintain.

Excellent service. I was just served, 3:00pm by a young lady at the Customer Care counter I had to return a Himalayan Diffuser which stopped working. She was lovely and helpful and kept apologising for the product practically falling apart. I got an immediate refund but it was her professional attitude and her thoughtfulness that impressed me. I didn't get her name :(

I'm sorry to say, but on recent visit I couldn't believe how messy this store was. Clothes on the floor, book section was crazy messed up and I couldn't believe the number of empty cages left in store. You guys need to look at the Leopold store which is always amazing.

Beware when buying gift cards from Kmart . I bought a Roblox gift card with a code that doesn’t work. Contacted Roblox and they said code was invalid or it had been used . Went back to Kmart and they refused to refund or replace with another card . Their response was they are not responsible for any faulty gift cards . Spoke to the store manager and she wasn’t helpful at all . Total SCAM from a Big Retailer.

Always so well stocked, tidy and well maintained. Will always be shopping at this Kmart from now on

I normally don't write reviews on here but I wanted to appreciate the lovely young man at the self-serve machines today. Despite it being a busy Christmas Eve, he helped me scan my items. God bless him.

Today I went to manor lakes kmart to return the mug paint set, I took 32 pieces and 2 were broken, I checked after coming to parking, and I thought I should return it later as I was in hurry, today I went to return them, but the staff at service desk were so RUDE and saying that I broke the pieces and taped with the normal tape, kmart tape is round tape and the tape for the return items looks like normal tape, but all the 30 pieces which I have at home has normal tape, this is completely false statement, they were talking like I was lying to them, I'm not that kind of person, so disappointed with KMART Manor lakes, I used to love kmart, I do so much shopping from kmart. But now I'm very much disappointed. Please when anyone wants to return something just say we don't have returns on this item instead saying depressing words to customers.

Staff at the service where we get returns and refunds they are very rude and no professionalism.. I was waiting to be served and the lady standing infront of me talking politely to the staff and the staff told her don’t yell.. I was surprised how rude and disrespectful they treat customers.. Good medium sized Kmart with ample stock on most items, however not a variety of books or sunglasses. Try BigW in Pacific Werribee or BigW Central Square in Altona Meadows to find a larger range of books, but I was lucky enough to find some sunglasses that looked like Ray Ban Aviator Sunglasses for $10. Alex the retail assistant was professional and helped me find the sunglasses by describing where to find sunglasses instead of saying "there" or pointing to a spot that some people would still not look at properly because of unhelpful staff. But Alex, great work and good luck for your future. Overall a standard Kmart that is slightly smaller than the average Metropolitan Kmart stores, yet larger than Kmart in Maryborough Vic and Kmart KHub.

I came in to return 2x hairdye I found out I could not use due to darker hair, didn't have receipt. Was accused of stealing $11 hair dye & they "checked the cameras" Then I was told I could not return them as they are cosmetics (packets unopened) just shocking customer service overall, discretion advised.

Usually stocked well as much of crowd diverts to the plaza one and it gets saved from overcrowding.. Though there's urgent need to more staff.. Bedding section needs a ramp up.. Closing hours are too early.. should be extended up until 11pm at least especially for weekends.. One big turn off is no trollies ever available to shoppers.. giving five star just because of good level of stock..

Had a bad and bitter experience with a woman named Ro here. She seems to be hell bent on making peoples lives as miserable as hers. I’m not sure what’s happening for her at home or who instilled racism in her DNA but Kmart would be made aware that she is extremely rude, disgruntled, racist and lazy who doesn’t want to help anyone out. This is the 2nd occasion she doesn’t want to put anything on hold or help others.

The young girl in the Christmas section (sorry didn’t get your name) on 6 October was extremely helpful. When she was unable to find what I was looking for she directed me to the correct department area. So refreshing from the usual “if it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it” from so many other stores.

Great store and staff. Great customer service at the checkout area. Was there last Monday night and wasn't too busy so great to shop. Pretty well stocked store for what i needed. Staff member at the self serve was so helpful and friendly. All round great shopping experience.

First day back after 4 months of lockdown. The place was truly an awe to behold. If you had asked me what if I get emotional and giddy going to kmart a few years ago. I would be telling you to go get your head checked. But today marked a changed in the right direction and only hope it continues to get back to normal. Staff were friendly and everything was stocked. 5/5 will go again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. I ordered two available items here and it took 30 days to be delivered (I live 45min away). One of the items was broken as well. They accepted to refund me for that item hence the two stars.

I normally LOVE Kmart, like I'd love there if I could; but this was truly disappointing. The shelves were so bare and there wasn't a staff member in sight. I understand that we've all come out of lockdown and gone a bit shopping crazy but, this was sad. Where is all the stock??

Best place to buy all your groceries. You wont find a lot of brand outlets but when it comes to everyday stuff.. i like this better than any other place i have been.

Very disappointed in customer service at this store. I absolutely love Kmart, however my experience at this store was the opposite of what I've experienced at other Kmart stores. I organised a click and collect for a swing set. The website allowed me to purchase the item and organise a pickup time of 6PM. Upon arrival Kmart staff member Thalia advised me that the item I am picking up is a bulky item and pickup was only available up until 5PM. I explained that the website allowed me to purchase and organise a pickup time for the item and there was no notice in relation to pickup time restrictions for bulky items. Thalia was very unprofessional, said that it was not possible to pick up what I've purchased turned around and walked away without giving me an explanation as to why I was able to organise the pickup on the website, travel to the store just to be turned away at the door. I would think that the least a professional staff member of Kmart could do is take my feedback seriously and assure me that she'll be informing management of this situation to ensure other shoppers don't suffer the same faith and travel to the store just to be told they have to come back another time and that their trip was a total waste of their time. This was my worst Kmart store experience ever! You'd think that retail would be more eager to get the business but apparently not! While I'll be still shopping at other Kmart stores I will boycott the Manor Lakes store and will tell my friends and family about my experience. As far as the overall Kmart online shopping experience goes, it'd be great if this type experience could be avoided for other shoppers and a notice on the website be implemented to advise shoppers not to organise pickups for bulky items after 5pm.

Great store with easy parking and lovely staff every time we have visited.
