WARNING DO NOT GO HERE FOR A DAYS SHOPPING.. Feeling Completely scammed by this place. Went for an Sunday afternoon shopping with the family. Went to the various stores like Curry's and B&Q, looked around and bought some items. After this the kids were hungry so we all went to McDonald's for some food. We ended by buying our weeks food from lidl. Just been fined £100 for parking as we took too long to spend our money in their retail park. Parking advertised as free is really £100 if you are there for more than a couple of hours.

It has the shops that's listed ,no complaints about the staff. But the carpark is the dirtiest I've see in all my life, litter everywhere.

I think the business' at the site are good but the operation of the retail park itself is disappointing. As others have said, the signs for free parking are clearly displayed but the fine print that is not so visible puts limits on this whereby you get a "fine" if you go over the time limit. Layout of the car park is poor, there is often significant congestion getting and and out of the car park. Parking bays are also very narrow so people hitting other cars with their doors seems to be commonplace here.

I would stay clear of this retail park. Had a 4 hour shopping trip including lunch and was thanked with a £100 pound parking ticket in the post. They say it should only be 3 hours

Crazy traffic. Really badly laid out parking. Very bad road surface. Lines on road for parking are barely visible. Dust bins overflowing and the place just seemed filthy. Shops were ok but the carpark and surrounding paths need work.

Units and shops are great, nice selection! However the getting in and out of the parking puts you off (spent 30 mins shopping and 45mins trying to get out) whoever thought one entrance and exit is enough is an idiot.....as per usual with Newry & Mourne council

Love it, when I go there I go to get LOADS from both Home Bargains and B&M bargains, then before leaving hit McDonald's across from shops and then all the deals in Fiveways Supermarket across the street when on the way home. Can get almost every single thing in one fell swoop for the house from one area!

Would be handy for B&Q close to the A1 when travelling past, however the single entrance and exit mean it's not worth it during busy times. Traffic management (traffic light controlled exit) would make a massive improvement. Poor planning to have a retail park this size with one single entry/exit off a busy road.

A small shopping park with food,DIY,technology and pet and car stores. Entrance and exit very crowded and slow an extra entrance exit is needed as the entrance is on to a main road with a lot of traffic.

Good shops, lots of parking but a nightmare to get in or out of due to bottle neck entrance/exit. Queue for McDonalds drive through backs the traffic out onto the main road at busy periods. Council needs to create another entrance/exit

Shopping park is excellent the car park or more to the point getting out of the car park is atrocious and it does make you think twice about shopping here .. the exit should have been built onto the five ways roundabout to give you a fighting chance. Ten times worse now because you have five ways garage and spar exiting directly opposite . Time for a total rethink on traffic management .

best place to buy material when every building supplier in town is closed.

Plenty of good shops in one spot. The carpark exit is a nightmare in all but the quietest of times though.

Was in Mc Donalds... we had 2 children myself and my sister....Never again...the place was rotten dirty... 3 big bags of rubbish lying inside the main door, bins stuffed with more rubbish, tables not clean and costumer service was absolutely terrible... there is none... 🤔 The food was cold had to leave mine back ...🙄 I recomend to stay away or take your own cloth and wipe down the tables while your waiting on your cold food....👍

Retail park is great and wide range of shops. What is annoying is the solution for getting to Mcdonalds that messes everything completely and creates traffic jams in anyway busy spot
