Donuts are hard and dry. Was given wrong donut filling. Coolatta was yellow to much vanilla. Inside was dirty.

Nice little Dunkin Donuts at eagle dr in Covington GA. The service is amicable and the time to serve is fast. Dunkin’ is always a good place to stop for a freshly brewed coffee, fresh donuts or a sandwich.

Sadly, I went into this location and was asked to move out of the way for another customer when I was already at the front of the line. Also, they had me outside waiting 20 minutes for my order. When I went inside, they tried to belittle me asking me where is my receipt? They never gave me one being very obnoxious and rude, no professionalism no manager there on duty. They said she was outside smoking while the store was extra busy. I would never recommend this location to any one.

I ordered a side of bacon. Every single piece was burnt to a crisp. It’s not like I asked for a steak to go. I mean, bacon is what they do. They just don’t do it well.

I would not recommend ordering from this store if you actually want what you pay for. They have NEVER gotten my order right. Today we order three glazed donuts, and three vanilla frosted with sprinkles. We received 3 donuts with no glaze or frosting at all, two vanilla frosted donuts (no sprinkles), and some disgusting orange frosted donut.

The young lady who gave me my coffee, was very nice had great customer service, and made me feel welcome, but the young lady who was on the speaker who just said Dunkin! And I said, thank you like three times. She was just pull around so rude so rude so rude and I have to do this because it will keep me from feeling angry. Every time I have to encounter service like this in Covington I love Dunkin’ Donuts and 90% of the people who work there are awesome but whoever is on the speaker does not have to be so rude or does not have to work with the public. Dunkin in the morning the line is long, but the line moves quickly. Sometimes they don't put enough sugar in the coffee. They didn't have coconut milk 😔 😪

My husband ordered a latte, but received a black coffee. I took the coffee back into the store and the nice young man replaced it with the latte with no problems.
