Never been so disappointed. Took my daughter and her friend for a treat. Wanted a polish as this was cheaper and it was more within my budget. The lady rudiculed my choice telling me the polish would only last one day in front of other customers and the 2 girls. Felt obliged to go for shellac. They were rude, rushed and intimidating. My niece was nervous as she was having them done for the first time and she kept shouting at her to relax even wgen I explained the situation. The end result was not terrible bit certainly not brilliant. The people spoke to each other across their customers in Chinese which was very rude. I would never recommend and will never return.

1st time trying this place. The staff are Chinese and they don’t appear to know much English and are certainly not conversationalists. I can see why some people might say they are rude as they are a bit abrupt and not a smile in sight but I think its more a language barrier. They both appear to work flat out, never taking a break and work quickly to avoid the queue waiting too long. There are loads of colours to choose from, the guy did my nails and although he never said one word he did a pretty decent job and I’m happy with my nails. A fluffy, chatty, pamper experience it is not but if you hate the usual small talk and prefer fast and quiet this is the place

nails have no shape and were done in a hurry. they look terrible and are different lengths etc. the guy was very rough and my nails are quite sore and were sensitive when getting acrylics. they look rubbish and are very untidy. never going back, such a waste of £38!!

Service was appalling!! Girl was on her phone the whole time her attitude was stinking!! She stopped several times to take and make calls was going between me and other customer to do nails the manager seen her do all this and done nothing . When I asked her to do an extra coat and she seen I wasn't happy with her she started speaking under her breath in own language to her boss. It made me feel so uncomfortable and felt done out of my money as the nails were below standard,after she realised I was upset when she was applying coat she never dipped brush into pot and just ran brush over nail, beause they are just wanting to get through as many people as they can she had my nails under light for about 10secs each time. I would NEVER go to this salon again you can get far better for less anywhere else! Absoulout scandalous!!!!

I went there for the first time. The lady was very rude and the guy didn't know how to do a simple manicure. He damaged my nails. I didn't feel comfortable at all. Besides they ask for cash! I DON'T recommend this place

Worst nails I have ever had. Looks like a child has painted them. Horrible attitude. Bumpy gels, horrible shape. Avoid at all cost. Tried to say wasn’t happy got ignored and they moved on to next customer.

Love my nails, 4th time going here. Staff are quick and quiet but I'd rather that than wait in a long queue. Others have said they didn't speak English but both staff have spoken to me in English.

Holiday nails done on 5th June and still okay today 22nd June
