To be completely honest, I'm no gym rat and understand people love this place, but for a more casual gym-goer this place felt far too cramped to me. The machines are packed so close together that it's difficult to walk through without interrupting someone else's workout and I felt practically elbow to elbow with other people. The staff is friendly and it's kept clean, it is just far too little space for the amount of people and equipment they pack in there.

At first I was excited but when you actually use the gym it lacks in many aspects. Equipment is very old and too close together. Basement doesn’t have alot of lighting and it feels like a dungeon. No place to stretch and cardio equipment is old we’re i was on a stair master and it was making sounds. Also my first time there and I thought it would be free but no it was $15 which was not worth it. Do not recommend!

I have been trying to cancel since covid. They don't accept phone calls, answer the phone, acknowledge emails and ever return a call. I have lost $100s. When I went in person one day there was no staff present. I guess if they don't ever acknowledge you, you can't cancel. Very poor business management.

This gym is a legitimate weight-lifters paradise. If you like free weights and racks then you will not be disappointed.

Best gym in Sussex county by far. The staff is always professional and the owners are always doing things to improve the gym. They opened a second location, which is another amazing gym in Ledgewood NJ. You can’t beat the price for what you get from this gym. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

The best gym I’ve ever been to, hands down. It’s so unique to itself and the variety of equipment and machines are insane. Anthony and Janessa are awesome and super friendly. They worked really hard in making the place what it is, and it shows! It’s a hardcore bodybuilding gym in the basement with a more casual atmosphere on the first floor. There’s no other place like it! I highly recommend 💪🏼

I've been a member for 3 years now and love this place. Anthony, the owner, his wife, Janessa are both awesome and the staff is excellent! I would highly recommend this gym but I don't want it to get too crowded!!

I love alpha fitness!!! The classes are great, all the employees are so helpful and polite. You don't walk in and feel uncomfortable about being there, everyone is so welcoming and truly want to help you reach your goal. I'm so happy I started going here instead of anywhere else in my area. Definitely a 5 star experience every time I walk in the door. 💪🙂

Alpha is by far the Best Gym around! The equipment is awesome and there is plenty of it for all types of training. They offer classes of all levels if intensity and they are awesome as well. The Owners and staff are very professional and always helpful! If you join you will not be disappointed in becoming part of the Alpha Family!!! Thank you Anthony, Janessa and the entire Alpha Team!

Sometimes it gets very crowded but there are always machines, which is the best.
