To
be
honest,
I
was
a
little
intimidated
by
the
thought
of
working
with
a
trainer
at
first,
but
I
did
it
anyway
because
I
had
goals
but
wasn't
sure
how
to
meet
them.
I
first
started
working
with
Cameron
in
August
2022
and
from
the
very
beginning,
he
was
extremely
friendly
and
kind
and
put
me
at
ease
right
away.
My
initial
goal
was
to
become
stronger
overall
and
he
took
this
very
seriously.
He
had
so
much
knowledge
and
shared
everything
he
knew,
from
nutrition
tips
to
effective
workouts,
and
even
down
to
his
favorite
protein
powder!
As
I
became
more
comfortable
with
my
workouts,
my
goals
started
to
evolve.
As
soon
as
I
let
Cam
know,
he
shifted
gears
right
away
to
accommodate
these
new
goals
in
the
best
way
possible.
He
was
very
flexible
and
adapted
easily
to
my
needs
and
restrictions.
Overall,
Cameron
is
extremely
empathetic
and
knowledgeable,
and
he
truly
cares
for
individual
clients.
