I’ve been to Eden many times over the last couple of years and tried a variety of treatments. Can’t recommend it enough - I leave feeling relaxed, healed and ready to face life again. A much needed establishment is the midst of life’s stresses.

I got a deep tissue massage here recently and I must say it was absolutely fantastic. As a middle aged runner, my muscles can get quite stiff and this massage really helped my shoulders, back and legs. Niamh clearly knows what she is doing. Just bought some vouchers for Christmas present and can't wait to get back. Highly recommend !
