😐 Booked 3g pitch for 2hrs for a mental health charity game at £120 and told they wouldn't even have staff to open the changing rooms for us even when they advertise the pitches as available 7 days a week online. Surely, that should include teams having their own secure changing rooms beside pitches.... People often mention staff, changing, good, facilities, friendly, play, rooms, area, centre, pool,

In spite of the number of times I have brought to your attention in regards to the cleanliness of the male changing rooms and the general area even around the showers, sauna etc. The area is always very dirty abd very rarely looks its been cleaned. Also soap dispenser are always empty.

The facilities are excellent. There’s a huge range of classes. The place is spotless. They’ve also got the best staff working there. So friendly and helpful. I’m not surprised they won an award.

Today I took my little girl and her friend to the soft play area. The soft play area was lovely and they enjoyed playing. The only reason I gave it a 3 star review is because they advertise the playtime to be between 10:00 and 11:30 but closed at 11:00. The girls were so disappointed. Why advertise it to be 1 hour and 30 minutes play if it's not the case?

Mid tier gym with all the facilities you need. Can meet some headers in the place but sometimes it’s entertaining. Staff get on like cops and honestly the showers/changing room needs a refurb. Place is dirty and non sanitary.

A great Family facility. The staff are caring and take time to help and explain everything at your pace. Very clean and tidy changing rooms hygiene is a priority. Gym equipment is a plenty with good space to move around and maintain safety.

Equipment always available, no sign of repairs needed so far, which is rare for a gym this size, nice atmosphere at all times Spa is excellent quality. Huge amount of facilities on offer. Staff on hand if you need them, changing areas well serviced. Check out the family deal, brilliant value.

Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Low staff turnover, I've seen the same faces over the past 15 years of frequenting the centre, which tells me the staff are happy in their jobs. I love the wide range of activities available, the level of cleanliness and the upkeep of equipment.

Clean, tidy, friendly gym with plenty of free weights and equipment for your workouts with the added benefit of a relaxing spa after your workout included in the unbelievable price. Also has classes and courts covering most activities 💪🏼

The pool is nice wasn't too busy when I went to do lengths, this was 8am though. Kids pool is a decent size. My kid loves the softplay and it's a good size too with a good toddler section. Not been to the gym yet but had a look and it looks big with decent amount of machines.

Went for steam and sauna but steam room wasn't working. Receptionist was very nice and offered half price but I was after steam room. Went to grove leisure centre down on shore road instead.

There a re lots of people who may be very conscious of there age, ability, fitness levels or whatever and are reluctant to get involved in going to a gym .....but this is more. There are a range of activities and lots to do whatever level or age. I'm near 70 and have recently joined. My goal is to run 5K in under 30 minutes.....not world beating and I'm not going to win any medals. I've lost a stone in weight, I sleep better and more importantly I can get back into my 34 inch trousers. The people are so friendly and the staff are more than willing to help and encourage. Give it a go...whats to lose.

Love it! Lots of facilities available, including a Sauna, kids play area, swimming pool etc

Good centre and good facilities. Only thing I would say is, the pram/wheelchair lift to the soft play wasn't working and the lady on the soft play desk was on an ego trip, no friendly at all

It's actually good value for £25 a month you get access to the Gym, the spa, fitness classes and Swimming pool. I have been to other gyms and you don't get that value out of it also the equipment here seems to be more up to date compared to Pure Gym..

Great time at soft play at times there were slightly too many children in there as summer scheme were there but when they went it was great grandchildren loved it and no time limits on how long you can be there which was fantastic as they never want to leave after 90 mins.

They tell lies that the sauna area is busy and fully booked out but yet you walk on down without listening to find that it is empty

Superb facilities, but the best thing about this place is the helpful friendly staff who are polite and patient and go out of their way to help.

Large open gym, good selection of weights and aerobic machines. Plenty of space outside the leisure center for runs, dog walking. New skate park recently opened

Very good leisure centre, the place is spotless clean, swimming pools are a good temperature for the kids, plenty of changing rooms and family changing rooms and loads of onsite parking. Gym is a decent sizes with the the equipment you'd expect. There's a fun zone but wasn't open when I was there.

I would highly recommend the Valley leisure centre for up to all ages, not only do they offer a huge range of classes to suit everyone, the instructors and members of staff are very friendly and helpful.
