First time coming into the new Tim Hortons, was a very good experience. The seating area was in very good condition, whilst my friends and i were there the staff were constantly cleaning the tables and brushing the floor. Their toilet facilities were just the same, clean and well kept, this was definitely pleasing to see. The staff were lovely to talk to, they were helpful and patient whilst we were choosing the meals we wanted, they also offered us further help when we were confused and answered our questions honestly. The service was fast and efficient from all staff we got served by. Our food was up to standards and we enjoyed their new burgers! We even got offered free donuts of our choice!

Recently visited that store of Tim Hortons and it was an amazing visit. Despite the bad reviews it was a great and memorable visit for me. The store is well maintained and cleaned because of the staff as they are cleaning it on a regular basis even though the washroom was clean and hygienic. I was a little confused with the menu items and what to order but the staff was so helpful in selecting the best of it. 5 star for everything (staff behavior, cleanliness, taste, service, environment). Overall best store of Tim Hortons to visit.

I am always so impressed by this Tim Hortons, to the extent that I come weekly now. Always clean, always a good atmosphere and the staff are exceptional. The staff are so friendly and I think they recognise I come in often so now will go the extra mile to make sure I’m happy. They are so polite and professional. Really enjoy this place!

Food was very good, both of us enjoyed, people are so lovely, especially Lingkesh!

Breakfast is great! The lunch food is actually pretty average, crispy chicken sandwich is only comparable to a rustlers microwave burger. Cheese melts are nice and the drinks are good in my opinion but it depends on what kind of coffee you prefer. I haven't tried the donuts yet but if I do I'll edit this. Worth a visit to make up your own mind

Sat in last week, and have to say the staff were brilliant. Witnessed one member of staff helping two elderly women clean up their trays, then helping them with the door. About 10 minutes later saw the same member of staff open the door for a lady, not the sort of service you would expect but very nice to see!

I have had a few genuinely love experiences in this store. I had a lovely experience in store with Courtney, Courtney greeted me with a big smile and her readiness to help, she was so so kind to me in store, helped me choose the food I loved which was made to an amazing standard, to ensuring I had everything I needed. Courtney was very easy to talk to and unbelievably helpful. I had ordered the cheeseburger and a cooler which was so so good! She also recommended me Timbits I hadn’t tried yet and I loved them! Genuinely so so happy with this service. I was also round tonight in the drive thru where I had the lovely experience of having Rammit help me with my order. He understood how I wanted my order and helped me to ensure it was correct. He was so kind and helpful. Rammit was very welcoming at the order station and at the window once again welcoming me with a big smile Rammit was so lovely to talk to and ensured I got my order the exact way I wanted it! I had the hotdog, timbits and a cooler and it fresh, hot and incredible! Thank you so much to both of these guys and I will definitely be back if this service continues. Both lovely kind and incredible employees. Highly recommend this place.

This was the most wonderful establishment I have ever eaten in. Every staff member greeted me with a happy face and I was even offered a free donut! Brilliant place I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. My friend with servers dietary issues was even able to get coconut milk in her latte which she thoroughly enjoyed :)

In Newtownards staff so so slow should go to McDonald's to be trained they are running about like headless chickens. Coffee very good and donut delicious. All you need to do os either get more staff or train them better.

Great food and great service tonight in Tim Hortons. Nice to have a spot to be able to get a late night snack/coffee. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing food, had the Chicken Tenders and Lattice Fries, amazing! Tried the caramel s'mores donut also, very very amazing too. Nice range of coolers also. Very quiet also! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

My favourite place to go. Nitin and his team have created a warm welcome for all their customers. A great space to work, meet friends and just chill 😎. Yo feel like you are amongst family.

The first visit surprised me layout a bit like a fast food chain. Order via screen and wait for your number to appear hey presto beverage served. Tbh enjoyed the experience roomy and clean (unlike other chains) service efficient.

Nice Tim's to sit in and eat. However, on a sunny day you need to find one of the few table and chairs in the shade as there are no blinds.

Quiet, but that was probably the weather. Very quick service and polite, asked if I needed a glass for the coke, which I did. Decaf latte, ham and cheese sandwich and choc donut, ended up getting two, gorb! Drive thru was busy, but didn't impact on service. Food brought to table as I'd forgotten to wait for it. Must go back on a Sunday great offer on for cheap meals, offer on Saturday was 10 timbits for 2.50, bargain

Met mates to catch up with the news for a coffee Interesting menu. It seems it is based on fried and sweet foods with nothing in the middle. Offers are on every day. Kids meals free when you buy a fried breakfast on a Friday. They are giving stuff out and it's got to costing them. Their gp,s must be rock bottom . I pity the manager.
