Good Car parking in adjacent road. Friendly local pub vibe staff excellent good food knowledge and welcoming. Gammon delicious, scampi also and meat pie lovely. Fires for winter and TV at bar end for sport etc. Worth a visit for pub grub or a relaxing drink.

Hi was here with 1 of my best mates, having a long overdue catch-up. Service from waitress, waiter, was absolutely top class. Could not fault it at all, couldn't do enough for us. They came over a few times, too ask if all was OK. Not a complaint from myself and mate, all good in the hood. Food was absolutely delicious, I ordered the Chicken Feast mmm, and mate the Burger 🍔 😋 👌and chicken wings. I also got the apple crumble and cinnamon dessert. Oh my goodness 😍. Beaut. Will definitely recommend this place 2 my friends and Family in Belfast. The place to go, to enjoy good food, good chat and great atmosphere 👍 👌. When the bill came, I was surprised in a good way mind lol. Cos I truly was expecting it too be higher, especially coming from Belfast. Very reasonable indeed, cos I was paying for meals and mate the drinks. 😃😀. Soz the tip wasn't great, but mate had no change n I had just the shrapnel left in my purse. Normally my local for when it comes to having dinner and a drink, but took the whole family here for Christmas dinner yesterday. The standards really dropped. We pre booked our food, there was no complaints on the starters. However no one enjoyed Thier main meal that much, I got my normal scampi and chips which is normally 5 star here. However on this occasion it was worth 2 star (if even). Family said to me even the veg could of been cooked longer . We all feel the food was prepped way to early and possibly sitting in the heat for way to long making it dry and bland. For upping the price over Xmas you should keep with normal standards. Waitress who served us was fast and efficient, credit to her!

First time eating in the Parlour today. Both meals were superb, the roast beef was delicious as was the turkey and ham, staff were great too. You won't be disappointed.

Great Service, Very Friendly Staff only fault Lasagne was cover cooked a bit tough in parts, and garlic cubes tasteless, bar that we enjoyed or afternoon.

Booked specifically to enjoy the advertised live music, (asked at time of booking) only to discover there was none! The meal was fabulous but as an evening out for my husband's birthday it was disappointing not to have a complete experience

Staff were pleasant and welcoming.😊 Service was very good😊, food was good. Probably wouldn't choose to eat in the bar should I visit again as it was difficult to have a conversation with my friend as customers at the bar were very loud and when they knocked a pint and a bar stool over it was a bit unsettling. ☹

The Parlour Bar & Restaurant, Newtonards. Nice well kept bar serving tasty well priced food with decent menu options. The serving staff on the night were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Would go back again next time in Newtonards.

I took a friend for a birthday treat, top marks to the staff, we were seated as soon as we entered, placing our menu's they didn't hover, we made our choices. the quality of the food was second to none and the portions were generous, also catered for drivers with a choice of alcohol free drinks.
