Ha decaído mucho su servicio, el smart spa no funciona, quitaron los módulos con toallitas y desinfectante, los baños son horribles, igual ya quitaron el papel de baño, la verdad ya venido el servicio de más a menos. Y si pone uno una queja en su servicio a clientes pues no dan respuesta, ni tienen tiempo aproximado de resolucion.

It's always clean and at the times I've been there there aren't so many people. The instructors are not personalized (you can pay for those) but they have been able to guide me well.

Está atascadísimo, no sé porque siguen vendiendo membresías si ya ni cabemos. Fila de 15 minutos o más por aparato y salones de clases donde no cabe ni un alfiler.

Gente con poca higiene, que no saben que están en un lugar público y dejan todo fuera de lugar, es recomendable por lo barato pero al final si buscas un lugar con poca afluencia no es para ti.

Please do something about the people who are not educated and leave their things without a lock 🔓 during rush hours one has to open 10 to 20 lockers to find one available because of stupid people who do not bring their lock and the towel dispensers removed them and during the week they don't even provide you with a towel to clean, which according to their supplier has not been supplied.

The cleanliness gives a lot to talk about, the floor is very dirty, they pretend to clean but they don't!

Es amplio, tiene la mayoría de los aparatos que maneja esta red de gym. Personal amable pero solo te hablan si tu los buscas. En otros smart ellos se acercan.
