We accidentally broke a vase while taking a group photo (team building). The waiter came in and said "I don't know what's funny" in the most rude and hostile way possible. Nobody was really laughing about it or making fun of the situation, the people involved were actually a bit embarrassed. We offered to pay immediately, to which he said "Of course you will pay, I'll let the manager know". He remained unpleasant throughout. Food quality was below average.

Great hotel to stay in. Spacious rooms and amazing and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again :)

We’re travelers and choose this hotel for the good reviews and because was close to the motorway. Although is close by you don’t hear anything at all. Yes its highly recommend it…!!! The people working there was very friendly and very helpful….!!! When I’ll pass by Nîs again I would not think anywhere else to stay either than the Iseo Lux Hotel…!!! Highly recommended..!!!

The hotel is great for traveling as it's very close to the highways (in direction Macedonia/Hungary and Bulgaria). The room was very well designed, well maintained and very clean. We went to the restaurant in the evening. The food was great and we felt welcome. Jelena (the waitress at the restaurant) was super friendly. Thank you, Jelena!

Nice and clean hotel close the highway. Quite and after long trip is good to have a long sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We were on transit travel to turkey and stopped in serbia in Nis. Everything was 5* Fast communication, the room was very spacious (3 bed room) , the staff was friendly and interested that you have a nice stay. we only didnt find information about the breakfast (it starts at 7 o clock in the morning) the buffet was good and the drinks also. All in all it was a great experience. Its our fourth time that we stay in Nis and this will be our place to go in the future.

Great position for travellers close to highway, overall clean hotel with restaurant Restaurant was not the best with regards to price, cleanliness etc. comparing the price for dinner. Rooms had some issues here and there, but for the price during high season still reasonable.

VERY CLEAN ! The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.
