I would give them no star if I had the chance! I received The Protein hair treatment and after the second wash my hair started to become wavy and somehow it was losing the strength and this treatment left me with a massive hair loss, as well as having dull unhealthy hair! 17 days before the treatment they highlighted my hair and I was under the bleaching mix that they prepared for about 2 hours and 50 minutes. I’m not a hairstylist but for sure if you count minutes it’s a lot for someone whose hair has been highlighted before. When it comes to payment let me be honest with you they don’t follow a fixed fee for their services. They just give a number and they accept only cash! I feel really indignant and frustrated with their services and it’s really annoying to lose my hair after this Unprofessional treatment!

I got my hair highlighted and cut by Zahra. She is smart, professional, and easy to communicate with. She lets you know what you can and cannot do with your hair ahead of time so you would have a picture of what you should expect. I absolutely loved the fact that, during the whole session which was quite long (5 hrs ish), she was not distracted by her phone, other customers, chit-chatting with her co-workers, etc. She was all focused on my hair, and it gave me a great peace of mind!

Visited the salon on January and I got a horrible haircut and want to leave a review to warn anybody to not use this salon. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering til this day over the mockery they made of my hair. How can you correct a hair style when they have already F'd it up. They throw you on anybody that is willing to take you and certain stylists think they’re too boujee to take on certain clients because I came with an offer . Bahar refused to do my haircut due to the fact she didn’t want do the offer. Never go back to this place and do not recommend any body to trust them

I recently visited Giva Bahar Salon yesterday to get my eyebrows done and tinted. However, my experience was not satisfactory, and I would not recommend this place. According to their website, the tinting service was listed at $10. However, when I arrived, the lady named Fataneh informed me that the tinting would actually cost $50. This was a significant price difference and caught me off guard. When I mentioned that the website stated the tinting price as $10, Fataneh explained that she used a different product without my permission. I was disappointed because she should have informed me beforehand about the alternative product and its associated cost. It felt as though they were looking at my appearance and arbitrarily assigning a price based on that. I believe it is essential for businesses to be transparent about their services and pricing. Customers should be informed of any changes or additional charges before proceeding with a service. Unfortunately, my experience at Giva Bahar Salon did not meet these expectations, leaving me dissatisfied. Therefore, based on my experience, I do not recommend this salon

If you go to this salon, please do not book your services with Maryam. I booked an appointment with her for 3:30pm, I came on time but I still had to wait and hour and a half to get my hair done. When she finally got to me, I requested a balayage but she suggested I get an ombré style done which I agreed to. After consulting elsewhere, I was told she started colour so low, and only two months after I am having to pay more to fix what she did. I had reached out to her and asked if she could fix my hair for a slightly discounted price, and she straight up refused and caught an attitude and was extremely rude. DO NOT BOOK WITH MARYAM unless you wanna pay $400+ to have your hair messed up, and be spoken to disrespectfully. I had supported her when she was working out of her apartment for the past two years and even recommended 5 others to go to her (which I should add, 4 of them were not satisfied). I am extremely disappointed.

Afsaneh is an absolute wizard when it comes to makeup! She made me feel like a princess on my wedding day, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Her calm and friendly attitude during the trial sessions put me at ease, making the entire process a joy. The way Bahar worked her magic on my hair was nothing short of remarkable. We experimented with different styles to find the perfect one that complemented my makeup, and the result was stunning. Bahar is an experti in balayage and highlight. I had curly brown hair and Bahar gave me a haircut with a balayage that I’d always dreamed about it. She is experienced and knowledgeable.

I come here as my stylist Lang works out of here. It is such a lovely, fun filled salon. You can see the many faces of happy clients enjoying their time in this studio. Great vibe and loving atmosphere.

I have been to this place recently for hair treatment and hair root color with SHAHNAZ. Unfortunately, she put color on my neck, which is very weird. The root color should be on hair, not on the neck. And whatever I am doing, this color is not going away from my neck. Also, after she washed my hair she was in rush that i asked her to style my hair with blow dry she did not do it. Once I wash my hair, then I will update my review about the hair treatment as well. Overall, I am not satisfied at all.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get a quick haircut, passed this place a few times and looked nice inside. Had my appointment with Lang for a trim. She did a great job, cut off just the right amount and made my hair look and feel healthy again. Was friendly and professional. Will definitely return next time I need my hair done. I noticed they also have a station for nails- if they provide nail extensions I would try that out here as well. Good experience.
