BEWARE. My friend and I have previously gotten massages at this place and it was a 5-star experience. Every single time, we were able to claim it through our insurance. This time, however, they did NOT book us with an RMT and did not disclose this fact at the time of booking - they also didn't tell us this when we arrived for our appointment. When our massages were over, before we had even paid, they immediately pointed out that the ladies who did our massages were NOT RMTs and that they won't have a registration number for us to use for our claims. They were adamant that they disclosed this fact at the time of booking - unlikely as we 100% would not have booked it if we couldn't claim it on our insurance. We mentioned that we never had a problem before, and they said they used to provide invoices with an RMT's # but they don't do that anymore. Unfortunate experience and we will never be back again.

I did a lot of research on fat freezing and spoke to my doctor as well about the procedure. My doctor advised me to try it. I scheduled an appointment at Fresh Touch Med Spa due to the highly recommended reviews I read on-line for September 1, 2023 and met with Nancy whom I found to be very knowledgeable and friendly. After my first procedure on both my stomach and arms there was a noticeable difference. I lost approximately 2 inches off my stomach and about 1/2 an inch off my arms. At one point I was only able to put to put both my hands behind my back with my hands touching. Now I can put both my hands behind my back and grasp both wrists. I would highly recommend the fat freezing procedure to anyone wanting to lose unwanted fat that is difficult to lose through diet and exercise at Fresh Touch Med Spa in Ajax, Ontario.

Really amazing experience! I have really bad shoulder and back pain and she made that the main focus of the whole massage which was amazing. Very intuitive with the pressure I needed which was the best! This was my first ever massage and I’m really happy with the experience!

I am always on my feet for my work and don’t work in an ergonomic-friendly workplace so my upper back is always tense. I came in for my first massage today at Fresh Touch and it was phenomenal. I felt my tension decrease, I even bought a package because this place is amazing! Highly recommend.

This massage was amazing. Kibian was wonderful. She always listen to my needs and goes above and beyond to ensure that I have the best experience. Th overall atmosphere was fabulous I even brought more people in. They treat you so well in there. It’s a most book massage parlor.

Got a package for my wife and there were some issues. Let me start by saying the customer service was great. They're friendly etc. Now the problems were: 1) they had my wife lying on her stomach for about an hour getting a massage with no abdomen support which can cause alot of issues . 2) they used cold water to wash off the scrub in a cold room. Not great. 3) the actual massage wasn't great apparently

I went in to Fresh Touch and did 4 series of the 3D Facelift . My skin has been looking tired and the texture of my skin not very smooth. I am sooooo pleased with the results . My skin is glowing and no need for foundation as the texture so smooth and my skin plump and lifted . This is the first time I have done a laser series but it was well worth the investment. Nancy also recommended the 75-15 home care which took the results to another level .

My girlfriend referred me to Fresh Touch and I have been coming here for over a year now for RMT massage and they have been just amazing!! Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff and they offer great spa packages. I‘ll be recommending this place to all my family and friends!

Thank you Fresh Touch Med Spa for a wonderful treatment and experience I've received here. Nancy and staff were not only friendly but very well knowledgeable with their work. I've had carbon laser peel and laser toning done and I could see a big difference with my skin. I would definitely recommend this place because of the nice and calm ambiance, the quietness and from each room, and the instruments/machines are brand new.

I have been coming to fresh touch spa for full body massage and I love my experience everytime. Kibian always makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I recommend this spa to anyone looking to feeling amazing. And definitely ask for Kibian, she's amazing at what she does!!!

I received the absolute best massage from Kevin today at Fresh Touch MEd Spa! I have been all over the world getting some of the best massages, but hands down today a local spa gave me the best massage I ever had! I highly recommend this spa!

I visit the spa for massage treatments and I would say that Kibian is excellent. Her skills are the best she makes you feel relaxed while she uses her well skillful hands to remove tight tissue buildup. I’ve had deep tissue and the hot stone massage by her and was pleasantly satisfied with how well she handled both. The spa is very nicely done up and there are a lot of different types of services provided. I would try some of the other services in the future. The owner is a beautiful lady. I’m not sure what her name is, she seems very knowledgeable and professional. They also have a lovely receptionist who makes you feel welcome and knows her clients. This one place will provide any type of spa service you are looking for. I would suggest that you visit and experience it yourself.

Discovered this spot through a promo. Had a massage, and ended up buying massages for my parents. They loved it too! The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve been back a few times. My last massage was with Kevin. He is amazing. He knows his craft, and is very knowledgeable. If you like Fresh Touch I recommend you get the multi massage package as it’s worth it, and includes a bunch of massage types you can get during your sessions. They also offer other services, including mani/ pedis, facials, cool sculpting, laser removal, etc.

This is a fantatic place to go to feel refreshed and renewed. I got a deep tissue massage and I can say with all the stress we all endure each day.besides prayer this is the next best thing . The stafff here are amazing and have the gift of making you feel like a brand new person . Highly recommend Frsh Touch!!!!

I would never thought of doing laser hair because of stories i heard that people had scars after and its so painful. However, my sister recommended this place for me she done laser hair removal and she told me it's pain free. I couldn't believe it at first but my sister convinced me and I can't believe there's actually NO PAIN at all. I will recommend fresh touch to everyone. They are doing an amazing job here.

I had an amazing experience here. I got a 3 in one carbon peel, laser toning toning done. And I was amazed with the results. I have gotten facials done before but I never saw such a significant difference in my skin before. My pores were clean, all blackheads were gone, and the skin was overall plumped and glowing. I was immediately beyond satisfied and happy with the treatment. I will definitely recommend this this place as well as the treatment. Friendly staff and amazing customer service!

Got skin tightening treatment (exilis) and i am quite happy with my results. i went in to slim my jaw and saw immediate results right after the treatment. the service here is excellent and the employees go above and beyond! 10/10 would recommend fresh touch med spa :)

I had the fat freezing first and exiils skin tighting it was great and dropped 3 pants sizes doesn't hurt just a little uncomfortable at first but it works I'm so happy with my results and would recommend this to friends and family ect.
