When you walk in no one greets you. You wait Infront of the cash with 4 employees Infront of you for 5 minutes and no one acknowledges you. You ask if you can place an order and they say with a lot of attitude as if I did something wrong “give me a minute” no apology, no sense of urgency. If I managed this team I would fire them all with out question! As I will now never go to second cup! #BeBetter

There’s a female staff (May be owner?) at the cashier doing fantastic job and very energetically engaging with customer. It’s a rather small store so when there’s line up, you will be stuck at the doors. The drinks are made just the way it should be made. If you choose to dine in, have to show vaccination proof.

I'd give it a zero if I could. The staff (very unhappy) told my wife we cannot nurse our 1 month old in there while we were buying our beverages. Just WOW, what an absolute joke.

Usually there was a very nice smiling lady. Came here 2 months later and the lady today at 16:20 . Waited 5 minutes for her to wash dishes until i complained and asked if anyone is going to serve the clients? Looks like she needs a coffee and more motivation.

Grachel stays over charging me for my drinks and gets super defensive when I question her about why the same exact drink I normally get for $5 is $8 when she’s punching in the orders. Her attitude is off putting and so unnecessary. and she’s stuper stingy

Visited during covid-19 era so store wasn’t busy at all and also there was only take out policy. Store was clean as always. They didn’t had french vanilla so employee suggested me vanilla bean latte which was quite good in taste specially with whipping cream. With the hectic busy shopping schedule and hustling in line to get inside favourite store, I don’t mind extra coffee. Good place for coffee.

We ordered the Blue Butterfly Tea with Oat milk. It tasted familiar, yet different. We really liked it, and maybe next time, would hope to add something that gives the tea a bit of a kick in its taste. Tables and the floor aren't always too clean, thanks to some of its unruly customers.

Perfect taste of chai tea latte ..also number of chairs to sit and enjoy sip of your drink....

Took a while to get a simple cappuccino order. The store is somewhat clean and the chairs need reupholstering badly. It's a small location so don't expect a lot of seating inside. Asked one of the barista's a simple question and got sass back in return.

Rude and unfriendly staff, after buying drinks for my family and sitting with our drinks, my mom wanted to use the washroom 8:10. PM we was told they are closing at 9:00 and they are allowed to close the washroom early. I then ask if my mom an elderly (82 years old) can please be allowed and I got a very rude “she can go use any other washroom. All this while the rain was pouring. Don’t think any of those girls has a mother or grandmother.

Horrible coffee here. I don’t think the barista’s here know how to make an Americano. Saw them grounding beans and mixing them with hot water using a spoon. The coffee wasn’t filtered and we could taste the coffee powder in ever sip. Absolutely horrible experience.

Fruit flies buzz in the air as the store's service remains sluggish, even during quiet times.

Usually very unfriendly service. No one smiles or seems happy to be working there. Some of their food and beverages are better than Starbucks....but the quality of service and the attitude of the staff....unbearable. No one smiles and they always look like they're doing you a favor. Service stinks do bad. May be they're all terribly underpaid or its just an organization level culture problem 🤷 Everyone rolls their eyes....
