Fantastic Engraving Job!!! A++ Had a custom engraving job for a difficult part of my favourite watch and they executed flawlessly. Very happy!

I got watch as a christmas gift from classic time. It was a bit large, so I brought it in to adjust the links. They resized it free of charge, and it only took about 10 minutes. Neil was very helpful and pleasant. The store also looks beautiful, with a stunning collection of jewellery to browse through while I waited.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and very accommodating. I bought a couple of gem stones bracelets and prices are very reasonable . The bracelets are lovely and they have lots of great products. Will definitely recommend this store 💯.

We happened to stumble across Classic Time before Christmas and stopped in to check it out. They have a very nice selection of products and their service is warm and personal. I was looking for a bracelet and was fortunate enough to find a few that I liked. I did purchase one and will return to purchase the other two at some point in the future. I was extremely pleased with the service and the price for the repair of my Pierre Laurent watch. It was a third of the price I was quoted elsewhere ! I also received a one year warranty. I appreciate their honesty too ! When I asked if I should bring in my 10 yr old Tag Heuer for cleaning , they said if it isn’t losing time it’s still ok. I’d definitely advise anyone in need of a watch repair or cleaning to come here !

Not the best experience...GO AT YOUR OWN RISK My watch needed the batteries replaced and I decided to give this store a try. The man replaced the batteries but when I came to pick it up he said something was wrong with the watch. He showed me my watch and started to wind it the wrong way and said in a huff that it stops and goes. He said he was willing to fix it but with the way he handled my watch I rather he didn't "TRY" to fix it again. The movement on my watch is more screwed up than when it went in, the date has stopped rolling over and when I try to wind it to the right time it's super sticky. Very disappointed the way he handled these delicate time pieces. I'll probably not go back again.

I went here for a battery exchange whilst visiting Toronto. One of the screws on my watch was very tight and they had to send the watch to a specialist which took some extra days. When I came back to pick up the watch they decided not to charge me. Very friendly service.
