The staff are terrible the manager is accountable for everyone else. Ordered a build your own omelette that comes with a side and pancakes the waitress told me that it’s not free and she would charge me I had to pull it up online and she still didn’t want to.Turns out I was right. After that my husband asked for his same meal every-time the bourbon skillets because of the good portion size it comes with at every other Denny’s, When the skillet came the chicken breast was for a baby it comes with two but it looked like one cut in half it was incredible he asked for a different one the manager came out and told him thats how they are they are not bigger and that she won’t make the whole meal again but brought another piece of meat basically not her problem and the people behind us their chicken was big lol I think she could’ve handled it better he didn’t want everything re done just the chicken. If I was a manager I would never serve any customer a size of chicken like that.

We're on vacation but after trying a few local places who only took cash, we had to settle for Denny's. Everything was good except the cook must have seen my Juventus jersey and he must be an Inter Milan fan. My omelette came out Burnt to a crisp, the meat also as well as my hash brown as well. Everyone else's food was perfect tho. Deducting a star for that. Otherwise everyone was good and helpful there. The waitress was good as well. Great coffee for the regular brew.

Expensive, unclean, and extremely busy. Was my first time going to Denny's (had to see what the hype was all about). Needless to say the hype did not live up to expectations... we didn't order anything - sat down, opened the menu, got sauce or something on our hands from the dirty menus, saw the prices, and left. There are much better options for breakfast very close by.

Stephanie has been so hospitable at Denny's. It's her warm service even at such odd hours of the evening that's makes for such a wonderful experience here. She offered us the most popular options and even offered to pack the food for us and keep it for later. Thank you again

Shared a dining experience with a good friend. The country fried steak was superlative, as were the side vegetable dish of zucchini and broccoli. Buttered garlic toast spears and raspberry iced tea topped off the dinner. Wait staff was friendly and efficient and the food was served fairly promptly after the order was placed.

Good food but be patient getting it. Like most places seemed under staffed and took awhile to get our food and beverages. I don't blame the waitress because she was always moving. Interior of restaurant is starting to show age and could use a face lift. Overall good place.

Location of this Denny's is right on the Niagara Falls Blvd strip. Sharing the corner with Sonic, back road in to Walmart and hop and skip from the main strip of Niagara Falls. Employees, staff, waitress and Management are all pretty impressive and enjoy the service they provide. Handicap and wheelchair accessible? Surprised, I was not only one in this restaurant that was handicapped. Ask for a booth, since don't like being in wheelchair when dinning. That wasn't a problem with the establishment. The waitress was pleasant. Needs a renovation asap. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Fruit flies all over our food. Couldn't eat in peace. Furniture was sticky. Food was not as good as it looks.

So, I usually leave only good reviews because most business can have an off day , BUT, when you are stuck in a hotel in a new city and it’s night and this is the only option for food, and you always get good results from that company well then you feel a bit compelled to do something about the awful service. So, here it is. Dennys employees , managers included, at this location, must think that they are feeding animals or something close to it. It was so bad that I even called them and they blamed the Uber delivery guy on my burnt potatoes and hard overcooked fish. No Dennys , you are to blame for my sick kid not having dinner tonight. Your employees must not have any empathy for other humans since they let such awfulness leave their kitchen. The food was burnt and hard, the corn was stale and you could count the kernels on the plate. Oh, and, they must eat with their hands because they saw the place of delivery was to a hotel but included no utensils or napkins. Florida Dennys are so much better.

As delicious their food is, their service is one of the slowest! Three times I went there, every time they were 10-15 mins delayed. Don’t think they are short stuffed, they are just roaming around. Won’t recommend if you are in a hurry!!

Stopped out for a late night bite to eat, food was average or below average, and really pricey for a chain to get breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm. It was nice of her to put on a fresh pot. Or server was very very nice. But the rest I can pass on for the rest of my life.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak omelette. It was done well , no complaints and delicious. Service professional and polite. Recommend.

Took my Grandson here, Ordered an appetizer of boneless wings plain that took over 20 min to get to the table , Server which was very very nice she asked if she could take it back and give us plain Grandson said no because it took to long for the other , So he ate it got a stomach, Meanwhile our food that we ordered took 45 min . It wasn't even busy ,But the waitress said it was the Managers that were cooking, I laughed because it was like this two months ago, I won't be coming here for a long time.

This location has recently updated their interior, and it turned out quite nice. The parking lot was packed when we arrived, so we expected to wait. We must have been lucky, because we were seated almost immediately. Our server was fantastic, she was friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to our liking, and everyone was pleased. Overall, it was a great meal.

Great service and food was quick. Great to stop by if crossing the border this way.

wonderful breakfast! couldn't finish is because the servings were large. The cook must have been in a really good mood! Wait staff was exceptionally friendly too. We dined in and had a filling experience in a good way.

Annemarie was my waitress. She was so friendly and attentive. They’re short staffed and she kept on apologizing but she did a great job!

We visited Denny‘s as a Partie of 4 (2 adults 2 teens). We have been greeted friendly and could choose our table. Between us we shared 3 mains and a side salad, the food arrived in a timely manor and was of good quality. Everything was fresh. In our opinion we cannot agree with the negative comments and will return.

I have eaten at Denys and never disappointed but this review is about the staff at Denys on Niagara Falls Blvd. Me and my wife who are from Ontario Canada were in the are and unfortunately our car broke down across the street. We walked over to Denys and the staff were incredible. They were so kind and generous and especially Michelle, she helped us find a tow truck company to come out and help us and did everything she could to ensure we found help. She was waiting tables and continuously helping us. Being stranded in another country with no car or friends is an uneasy feeling but thanks to her and the staff they helped us feel comfortable and we were able to get some help and make it home that night. Thank you all so much and may God bless you kind hearts.

Visited for breakfast. Expect the delay to get food on table ~40 min. The place was very crowded and we had to wait 10 min to get seated and another 40min to get food. The food was fresh and well made.

I can't remember exact name of my waitress. I'll tell you this you'll know when you get her because she is cool and sassy as you know what!!! Her coolness will bring me back to Denny's every single time!! I asked about another awesome waitress friend of mine Angela 🧡 (Shout out to Oak Ridge- Orlando, Florida) and she said what's your name again?! Matt. I called at 11:30pm to confirm what time this Denny's closes at. I was told that they stop seating at 1am. I asked if we came at 12:30pm, are we able to still be seated? The gentleman at Denny's told me "yes". We came to the establishment at 12:25pm and the doors were locked. We called to see if they're still open, and the girl on the other end said no, they closed early. We asked for a reason why they closed early and she told us she didn't have a reason. We confirmed what time this Denny's closed at, and she then confirmed at 1am. We are visiting from out of town so this was really a mess because we didn't have a back up plan - we called and confirmed for a reason. I love Denny's, but this was such a disappointment. 10/10 would not reccommend, very unreliable for late night dining, even when confirmed by staff. If closing time is 1am, why is the establishment closed BEFORE 12:30pm??? Change your hours on google and advise your staff. Please and thank you!

I guess they serve customers that sit in better than those that order take . This is so skimpy and not to mention took forever. I remember why I DO NOT come here anymore.

We always eat at Denny's when we visit Niagara Falls, NY. The service is top notch, always friendly and very helpful. I love the Ultimate omelet, absolutely the best around. Top it off with Country Gravy and there is nothing like it. The prices are really good, great value all round.

Taking into consideration that different times of day and staffing...our most recent visit was great albeit one dish newly tried wasn't to my partner's liking, he ate it anyhow. We go to this location periodically and sometimes the wait staff is short staffed and we are there for hours, no joke. Other times, no problems and super quick service. My advice is just go, when they're on their game...they're on their game!

Terrible experience. Took an hour to place order and then another hour for it to be ready. Definitely not going to this location again. (This was on a weekday)

Service was awesome!!! Our server had over 8 tables going and made us feel as if we were her only customers. Our omelettes were so good they were big and fluffy had tons of the chosen ingredients, they were made with experience & love!!!

Good service. The breakfast portions were pretty large but they let me order off the smaller kids menu which was a perfect portion for myself, 3 smaller chocolate chip pancakes and a side of grapes! Yummy and fresh

So I’ve sort of learned this place is a hit or miss and I know it’s my fault for ordering on a holiday but they were also open and I was certain to tip well even for a takeout order. Was feeling the season so did the turkey dinner, seeing the picture looked acceptable and knew full well it wouldn’t be AS spot on but did not expect the strange concoction I got instead. Also, forgot to include the cranberry sauce. Boo. Should’ve just have went for the leftovers in the fridge.

The waitress Mya, was extremely disrespectful. Heard her talking to staff about how she knows one of her tables aren’t going to tip because they are using a gift card, and that they were so called “broke”. Very disrespectful, I am a waitress myself and I would never act like that. Pure disrespect. She also had an attitude the entire time serving me and my family, she needs to be trained better. She ruined my entire experience with my family. I felt like she kept giving me and my family dirty looks. I’m not even from the area, I can’t believe how disrespectful the service is here

Good place to go when in the area. The staff is helpful. The food was definitely cooked well! The prices are fair. The do off an AARP discount. They have Door dash delivery. The restaurant is clean. I would recommend this location.

Had a wonderful waitress like always. They are all so amazing there. Food was great exactly what I expected. Only complaint is I had to use flavored cream with my coffee because the dairy creamers were all lumpy. Even when I requested more. Denny's coffee is my favorite so it was a bit disappointing, but it was still pretty great coffee. 🥰☕️

Our waitress and our food were very good. The only issue was the one young waitress that was constantly complaining about other employees and not getting large tips. She was also the only one wearing her mask around her chin instead of in place. Her complaining was so loud everyone in the restaurant could hear. She looked to be in her twenties while the others were significantly older. They were also much nicer. It really wasn't a pleasant experience.
