I'm not exactly sure why someone would complain about this place. Place is great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food is great. Small menu but that's ok because they have perfected all of it. Coffee is super hot and delicious. The Pastrami Melt was recommended and did not disappoint. Shout out to Bill at The Craft Kitchen and Bar for recommending. Hot, delicious and thick cut. Hands down the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. My wife dropped her sandwich and they immediately made a new one. This is my first time in Niagara Falls and I have been here every single day. Please do not change your company culture, service or menu because your place is AMAZING. We will definitely be back!

I’m convinced the smaller a restaurant’s menu, the better the food. This place confirms it. Hoping this place is around for many years to come, will definitely be looking forward to another Niagara trip with PCE on our list of places to eat. Lunch was so good we had to stop on the way out of town the next morning to grab coffees and a bagel. Some places slap the sandwiches together as quick as possible just to get you out the door, PCE takes their time to make it right and the little extra wait makes a huge difference. So just keep in mind, especially if it’s peak hours, you may be waiting a bit longer than you’re used to for a sandwich but it’s worth it.

Wow. The homemade bagels are top shelf. Excellent quality food. We ate breakfast and enjoyed it greatly. The painting was also gorgeous.

Stopped in for breakfast based on other reviews. It did not disappoint!! Our bagel sandwiches were outstanding. Also ordered drinks and they were just as good. Staff was friendly and you can tell they know their regular customers. It is a quaint little place and would go back if I find myself in the area again.

The food was lovely and tasted good! Customer service was excellent. The price was reasonable. Less crowded, perhaps due to the off-season at Niagra Falls. Street Parking was available without any issues.

Probably the best sandwiches my wife and I have ever had (Reuben and cataract classic). The homemade chips were delicious dipped in ketchup too! The coffee was delicious as well. We'll be coming back next time we're in the area!

Shea and the other employees here are fantastic! The food is delicious, the space is clean and open and has a touch of vintage while feeling modern and approachable. Thank you Power City Eatery!

Staff was amazing, ordered 2 Manhattan bagels, they were so good, we got 1/2 a dozen to go. Coffee was great as well. Bought a brownie to go, and it was one of the best brownies I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place.

We picked up 2 breakfast sandwiches, an iced coffee and an iced latte, $21. The sandwiches were good, not amazing but good! They gave you two eggs per bagel which is a great ratio, I would have hoped for a bit more pastrami. The atmosphere in this place was a 10/10, all about women’s suffrage with an industrial vibe. They had lots of options for lunch! I would stop again, especially to sit on the patio.

Stopped in on a rainy Friday for a late lunch. Wife had a turkey sandwich with chili and real iced tea, and I had the Reuben sandwich and coffee. Everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommend this place!!

Got the pastrami melt with corned beef, the Reuben, and the 4 cheese grilled cheese and they were all delicious! The grilled cheese had an epic cheese pull. The caramelized onions on the melt was so sweet, yet savoury. The 1000 island dressing on the Reuben was a very nice touch. All the sandwiches come with a pickle and some chips. There was a round chess table near the entrance and we enjoyed a quick game of chess after our lunch. Very cool spot, would highly recommend.

Great vibe, very accommodating staff team, nice and welcoming. Food was good, would love to go back for breakfast. Homemade potato chips are a must, but beware of limited parking.

Excellent food. The pastrami was melt in your mouth good, and the bread is home made.

Totally not what I expected, but in a good way. Food was amazing and tasty! Staff was friendly and a plus the locals and fire department eat there. To me, that’s how you know it’s a hit. Try the cream cheese! Everything is very good and you will be treated like royalty.

This place was awesome. Everything that we had was homemade. Had tried 2 delicious sandwiches one being the Reuben made with house made corned beef house made sourdough bread and one being the pastrami made with house made pastrami and house made sourdough. Definitely get here early this place is very popular now and the lines are long but it's well worth the wait. I wish we got there early enough to try the homemade bagels but going to have to try that next time.

Their coffee was pretty good but bagels were not good. It was hard rock on the bottom and very hard to eat. Edited: We visited Oct 4th around noon. Other than bagels, everything was great!

Awesome sandwich spot at Niagara Falls! Stopped by with my husband for a quick bite for lunch and Power City Eatery didn’t disappoint. Shared the hummus&red pepper and „the veggie“ sandwich. Both was delicious!! Comes with a side of homemade chips-so good! We had to wait quite long for the food and were getting a little impatient but one of the employees then came over and thanked all guests for their patience which I found honorable. Really appreciated it. Definitely check this spot out!

Great place to eat! Excellent quality food with a great atmosphere. Pastrami melt was amazing, and they have a great option to make your own sandwich. It is WORTH THE WAIT! Sometimes it gets busy and there's a line...

The vibes here are very casual, and the staff is pleasant. It was busy when I went around lunch time, but the speed of service was great! I did not really care for the chips and found them to be quite bland, but the sandwich was great! Their bread tastes very fresh, and I really enjoyed it.

What a cute and underrated find!!! Food was delicious, one of the rare places with a great veggie sandwich. The baristas were also excellent. Must visit for lunch and coffee!

  • 5/5 Scott V. 2 years ago on Google
Coffee shop / cafe vibe. Got ‘the veggie’ sandwich and it was top notch. Their homemade potato chips were also amazing. The menu had lots of deli sandwiches and a bunch of coffee options.

  • 5/5 Matt H. 2 years ago on Google
I walked in for coffee but then saw the amazing sandwiches they were turning out. After a couple dad jokes, the fella behind the counter told me the pastrami melt was one of their best and so I got one to go. This was seriously some of the best pastrami I've ever had in my life. They are either making it in house or getting it from someone who really knows what they are doing. So good -- and it was spilling out all over the sides of the sandwich. Highly recommended and while pricey more than worth every penny.

I ordered at 1040 am Saturday. The place was about 30% full. My order was ready at. 11:15 am. They lost my ticket. Just 1 cook and couple of people running orders. They have no hood over the grill, you can see the fog all over the place. $34 for 3 Bagels, a hot cocoa, juice and toast. Flavor was great.

Honestly, it is okay. Says it has pastries but it really doesn't. The bagel looked good but was chewy. The front display case had old vegetables in it: kinda gross. The people were nice and the coffee was very good

Great HOT coffee, breakfast sandwiches made to order until 11am open until 2 pm with sandwiches and BEER! All Bagels & Breads are made in house & are VEGAN You won't be disappointed, staff cares about the quality! Indoor & outdoor seating

Pleasant, friendly staff; great art and suffragette history displays. Enjoyed watching my Manhattan breakfast bagel prepared fresh, saw the eggs & bacon cook. Delicious! They also serve lunch, desserts, beer and wine.

Cute cafe centrally located. The best place for breakfast or lunch in Power City. The healthiest option for dining you will find in Niagara Falls USA. Have vegetarian breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Good coffee and they have oat milk and almond milk available. This is the only place I could find in Niagara Falls in March that had healthy-ish food.

This place has excellent food! I got a turkey sandwich and my wife got the Ruben. The turkey sandwich was good, but I wish I had gotten the Ruben. Sometimes, I avoid getting a Ruben for fear of disappointment. This Ruben does not disappoint. The breads are homemade, as are most things in the cafe. The desserts were good and the coffee was better than average (not as good as a specialty coffee shop but better than most of the coffee shops I've tried). Glad I stopped here for a meal.

  • 5/5 Christina H. 8 months ago on Google
I've been wanting to stop here for a while now, and today, we had the chance. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and omg it was delicious 😋 The decor is really nice, and it's way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. I was told everything is all freshly made there and by the taste, it showed. Really good food!!

  • 4/5 Sebastian C. 8 months ago on Google
This place was unique. Food was a little bit expensive for the quality but it was still pretty decent. I would come back here and the chess board was awesome! If it was cheaper this place would have gotten a five star.

Went with a friend, he had “one of the best Pastrami” sandwiches on a really good everything bagel- Very cool space- music open and clean… casual deli- Reminds me of a city deli- re: fresh made salads. Not many good places in area- this was worth the trip

Had the turkey w spicy mayo & a bowl of soup. Delicious! PERFECT! The service was great and the people are very friendly and attentive. Nice, chill atmosphere, plenty of free parking in their parking lot. I can't wait to come again.

I really enjoyed it at the Power City Eatery. The food was good and it was quick, the place was clean and fixed up, and there was a beautiful mural about the suffragist movement that I loved.

Great atmosphere, excellent food, and above all most accommodating and friendly service. Our party of four came in close to closing time and not only did they serve us but it was with a smile. They even encourage us to stay while they cleaned up. The whole experience was enjoyable and I look forward to going there again...kudos to those employees who gave 100+%

A relaxing atmosphere, great food and beverages, and friendly employees make Power City Eatery an outstanding place to go for coffee, breakfast, or lunch. I love the homemade bagels (especially with their jalapeno cream cheese). Power City Eatery is very child friendly with a kid's menu, spacious tables, high chairs, and changing tables in the bathrooms.

Power City Eatery is a must if you are visiting Niagara Falls, N.Y. Conveniently located, Power City is a stone's throw from Rainbow Bridge and the Canadian/U.S. border! Pleasant/helpful staff, inviting atmosphere and a wide selection to choose from are only a few reasons why Power City is the place to be!

So its fine. Its like any bagel place in any other state. I was excited to come get bagels in NY. But they are thin and notthe puffy glorious flavor of NY. The place is cute and the girls seem nice working here but its honestly not worth being more expensive than getting just a panera bagel. Panera isnt the best but its better.

Very nice place! Food is freshly made and the price is well worth the quality. This is not a fast food place but they are relatively quick - pending on how busy they are. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself is clean and well kept.
