Excellent restaurant and highly recommended. The steaks were with very high-quality meats and made to the same degree of roasting as we requested. Beyond that, we received professional and friendly service. When the bill arrived, we saw that the value for money was great.

No strangers to keg, but first time at this location. We really just went for a pre-dinner around 4ish pm. Cons: Compared to GTA's Kegs, this place's prices are insane jacked up. Tourism area I guess. The main reason I wanted to write this review, is really to praise our server Jenna. Best attitude, always smiley and lovely, always trying her best. She is the kind of server I'd hunt for if I owned a restaurant. This Keg is lucky to have found her. Services in the Niagara area is generally bad.

Food was very disappointing. No where near what we expect from The Keg brand. My steak was overcooked and had almost no taste. The veggies we were given were some burnt broccoli and cubed squash. Very different than the typical asparagus and peppers that we normally get at a Keg back in the GTA. The rice was very dry and lacked the usual taste/fragrance I've had at many Keg's before. Service was pretty much on par with what we expect (that's a good thing). Overall, not a good experience and would not return to this location.

During our anniversary dinner at The Keg Steak and Bar at Niagara Falls, we were fortunate to be served by an exceptional young waiter named Caleb. His attentiveness and professionalism greatly enhanced our dining experience. He was not only knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, but also had a warm and engaging demeanor that made us feel truly special. The highlight of the evening was the delightful surprise of an ice cream cake on the house, a thoughtful gesture that added a sweet touch to our celebration. His outstanding service and kindness are a testament to the wonderful staff at The Keg. We look forward to returning and hope to be served by this remarkable young man again.

We visited The Keg's for our Date Anniversary and was very happy for the great service provided by Paulette! She remembered that our booking was to celebrate our Anniversary and even went above and beyond to wish us and treated us with a yummy dessert! The food was also very delicious. Our steak was prepared exactly how we liked. We enjoyed the food!

Had a beautiful Saturday night out on the town and decided on The Keg for dinner. Bacon wrapped scallops, pina coladas and New York/Filet Mignon steaks were all amazing. The Keg has yet to disappoint!

It was very pricy, but the food: fillet mignon and lobster tails was delicious. Amazing view for Niagara Falls from the 9 floor. Servise - fast. Thank you, Taylor W, for doing your work with a smile on your face.

AMAZING STEAKS!! They were so juicy and flavourful. The Rib steak is definitely the best steak I have ever eaten at The Keg. Also got the New York Strip and the Filet Mignon. Started with calamari and a Cesar salad which were also good! Very big portions. I wish I had room for dessert. The server, Rodolfo, was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is quite dim but has a very elegant atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! What a great way to end the long weekend. Cheers!

When going to Niagara Falls on a weekend, I highly recommend going to this restaurant for excellent tasting top sirloin. We ordered the Top Sirloin with Lobster Tail. My daughters ordered the Blue Cheese Filet. We also tried their Lobster Bisque and their very famous Ceasar Salad. We like our steaks medium rare, and they also do it right! Super friendly service and very nice ambiance. It's always a good spot to go to when visiting Niagara Falls.

Had our Valentines dinner there last night. We both found that the food was good. For an fine dining experience though. The staff had no class. Reaching over us for silly utensils. (Leave them). Insisting on stacking every dish in front of us like we were in an cafeteria. The way she delivered the bill and processed any gift cards in front of us. To yelling. Do you want change from 10-15 feet away. (Yes. Give people their changes & don’t ask. Lazy or greedy?). I was embarrassed. You use to get you bill in a leather wallet. Then they would take it away with cards or money in it & bring it back. You use to get butter warmers. Surprised they had zero crab on menu. The place was not as classy as it use to be. Or our waitress should back to maybe working at Swiss Chalet. For an $200 dinner. I shouldn’t leave embarrassed.

Superb service and food!! The best meal I had during my entire stay at Niagara. Greeting server checked my vaccination card and ID when I first walked in and she saw it was almost my birthday so she told the other servers and they surprised me with free cake at the end of my meal! Such detail oriented servers! Thank you! Food was cooked well and super yummy! Warm complimentary sour dough bread was a nice touch! The white sangria was well balanced and tasty! Steak was juicy and cooked just like I asked! I’d go back again for sure!

The Keg Steakhouse has always been good in every location I've been to so far. Quality cuts, perfectly cooked to your liking, and a luxury-feel to the environment are all the things you can expect when you visit. However, even with those expectations this location genuinely surprised me. Service was superb and the steak was amazing. I feel that even though this location doesn't have the view over the falls like the other Keg Steakhouse in Niagara does, the food is ever so slightly more refine in this spot. Definitely worth the visit.

We went for our 12 year anniversary and it was THE BEST food and service we have EVER had! We arrived quite late and even at closing never felt rushed. Veronica T was so professional and sweet! We chatted and it was like we were talking to an old friend. Veronica T paid attention to the details and made us not only feel special but also feel at home. The chef and kitchen staff cooked our meal to PERFECTION! Gordon Ramsey would have been proud! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. For the price we felt we got great value with such a high quality fresh food. The atmosphere was CLEAN, classy and elegant. We would highly recommend this Keg! Please make sure you ask for Veronica T, she is second to none! We will definitely be back next year on our anniversary...or maybe before. 😉

Very nice evening out with views overlooking the falls. Service was 3.5/5. Food 4/5. Prices $$$ a little pricey for the size of the plate and the offerings (side dishes) The calamari was good and the escargot also good. We went on a Wednesday night and even though it was busy we still had our privacy. Not a window table but ok. The only thing that would be add tremendously to the dining experience would be if they added a live piano or some other soft playing entertainment. @travellingjeannie

I am always a huge fan of The Keg as the food has been consistently good throughout my years of going. We went for dinner last night with my family of 4 - two adults and two young kids. It can be tough to go for dinner at a nicer restaurant with young kids, but Erica our server was super kind, friendly and made the experience great. As an allergy parent, I was absolutely blown away by their dedicated allergy program and how Erica our server went above and beyond to ensure my 3 year old was safe and still was able to enjoy her meal. My daughter wanted fries, but the fryer oil had potential cross contamination, so the kitchen was able to bake fries for her instead. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this! Our food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly!

i was surprised to be able to get a reservation at around 6 when the available times at nearby locations were at least 2 hours later, not surprised after dining. least favourite keg experience, crumbs on the table when we arrived, dirty knife, steak not medium well based on their menu and weirdly overcooked, dry broccoli.

Our meal and waitress were exceptional. Food was hot, full of flavor and exactly as requested. The only reason I deducted one start is that the initial experience of being seated was quite hectic and crowded. We waited about 15 minutes past our reservation time at a bar, and then were messaged that our table was ready; we proceeded up to the 9th floor to stand outside a very crowded elevator for another 15 minutes before being seated. It was very busy; just felt very disorganized. Keg is always worth the money spent. Don't think just go!

Love this place. I literally fell in love with this place. The food , the service and especially the view is amazing. Staff is so friendly and helped us to chose some of the best options. Definitely will visit again.

Went there with my bestie to see someone I know that was suppose to work Friday night. She was not there as she was sent home as the place wasn’t busy. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and some appetizers. Great cocktails. The server Newa was great and very helpful. Escargot was not good, too oily, wrong spices and no parsley. Other dishes were fabulous. The place is big but too dark. Chains are not my thing but it was overall a good experience. Need to improve on the escargot and send orders in a timely fashion as they missed one item we ordered the service is what is making me give this place a 5 star

Title: "Mixed Experience at The Keg Steakhouse with a View" Review: My recent visit to The Keg Steakhouse was a journey of highs and lows. This restaurant, known for its upscale ambiance, set high expectations for an exceptional dining experience. However, the service, particularly at the beginning, fell short of these expectations. On arrival, despite having a confirmed reservation and a notification that our table was ready, we faced a disappointing start. The hostess couldn't find our reservation and rather unceremoniously set us aside, attending to several other groups who arrived later. This oversight in service was not in keeping with the restaurant's upscale image. The culinary experience was mixed. The prime rib, a highlight of The Keg, was well-cooked but marred by gristle, which was unexpected considering the restaurant's reputation and pricing. On a brighter note, the shrimp cocktail was a standout, delivering a burst of freshness and flavor that was truly memorable. The dessert also impressed, offering a satisfying conclusion to our meal. It partially made up for the earlier shortcomings in service and the main course. A unique feature of The Keg Steakhouse is its view, which is a treat for those lucky enough to be seated by the window. Unfortunately, this is a pleasure that seems reserved for a select few, as not all guests get to enjoy this aspect of the dining experience. The view adds a special touch to the atmosphere, but its limited availability is a drawback. In conclusion, while The Keg Steakhouse boasts some commendable dishes and a potentially stunning view, the overall experience was inconsistent. The service, particularly from the hostess, and the hit-or-miss quality of the dishes, need improvement to truly reflect the upscale status and pricing of the establishment. Nonetheless, the excellent shrimp cocktail and enjoyable dessert are worth noting.

The front desk staff couldn't find my reservation made through Open Table. They don't know how to listen and need better training. Once I showed them the email confirmation, they found it and said our guests were already sat. We waited almost 10 for the waitress to come after we were seated. The restaurant was almost empty. Once Alex came, she was really tentative and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a great dinner with our friends. I was surprised at how expensive the Keg has become! 2 bottles of wine, 4 steak dinners (keg classics) and 3 desserts was $500.00!!! I guess that's life living in Niagara Falls! Not sure it was worth that much $$ though! It was very busy by the time we finished which is nice to see after 3 yrs of nothing.

The Keg chain is pretty well consistent in atmosphere and service, however I find the food quality varies depending of location. We were at the Keg located inside the Courtyard by Marriott in Niagara Falls on Victoria St. We order prime rib steak and lobster tail. We enjoy how the meat Wes cooked and in general the food was good.

The service wasn’t the best in my opinion that night. There was many issues. However, it was a busy Satruday night at the falls so I can make an exception. (It may have been a different story if I was the one paying! 😂) it was a treat from my inlaws. You can’t go wrong with a steak paired with baranase sauce!

The Reception could have been more receptive ,seemed tired out. However, our server Rae was very high spirited. Gave us good suggestions from their Menu French Onion was amazing ,however the Mushroom Neptune was so so . Both ,the Pistachio crusted Salmon and the Peppercorn New Yorker were great . Degree of doneness wasn't upto perfection ,but that's OK. They should look into their Reservations properly. I had mentioned, it was our 10th Anniversary, however, noone greeted nothing ,leave alone offer a dessert. Overall experience was a Nice quiet evening with some good quality food. Thank you Rae ,keep up the good work

Short walk from Sterling Inn. The staff from the front door to the servers were absolutely awesome. Food was cooked to perfection. We were a group of 4. Started with the mushroom dip, first time ordering. I am hooked! It was creamy and delicious. Ordered the baseball sirloin. It was thick and juicy. The double baked potato was tasty.

First day into our vacation, we came in for dinner at this restaurant. We didn’t have a reservation and were told that the wait will be 20minutes. We were sat earlier by the hostess. We had to wait awhile for the waiter to stop by our table. One of the wine glasses had a crack on the rim; we gave it to a waitress who was passing by our table. The food was ok and pricey. The free bread was warm and good. My family member had the vegetable meatloaf. I had a bite; it was very spicy and salty for my taste. Overall the food was ok . The best part for me was the break and dessert “crème brûlée.
