Awesome food and great service. Very clean. I think some people need to learn how to give a review. It’s about the food and the service. Not about how much money the staff get paid, or where they come from, or how well they speak English. If you don’t like the price, then eat at home. Make your own food. The cost you pay covers more than just the employees wages. There are a lot of other expenses to owning a business, including rent, utilities, and supplies. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub and it was absolutely delicious. The bun was toasted but still soft, real shaved meat was a nice surprise and the use of real cheese (none of that processed sliced cheese) melted on top was amazing! The staff were also great and very friendly and to top it off the prices are actually much lower than I expected. Our whole experience was exceptional and this was my first time trying Firehouse Subs but I already can't wait until I go back.

Awesome subs !!! U looking for a real sub ? Look no farther as this place is the real deal. It's a little pricey but u get what u pay for and u will not be disappointed. My wife and I have ate here a few times now and the food is incredible for a sub shop..when u go your better off to est in as they steam there meat and if it sits to long serten subs will go soggy. My husband loves the hero sub from here. Unfortunately we no longer order from them since the prices are way too high. We always ordered on skip the dishes and just the large hero sub alone comes to $16.40 + tax. It’s insane to spend $20 on a sub.

This place was awesome. They even have gluten free buns. The guy that served us was really nice and attentive. Pretty sure he was the owner. If not this man needs a promotion 😉

First time trying Firehouse Subs and it didn't disappoint. Had the New York Steamer with pickles on the side and wish I didn't have to share it. :) Restaurant was clean (no dine in, but that was OK for us), loved the decor and would definitely go back and try the other items.

Had the pastrami sub. Amazingly yummy! More expensive than most sub shops but worth it. Very generous helpings of pastrami and slaw.

I got the steak and cheese sub and it was very tasty and filled me up. Great location conveniently located right on the main drag of Lundys Lane in small strip mall. You pay a little more money than other sub shops but it's worth it. Fresh and flavorful.

Great sub tasted great, but beware i ordered a gluten free medium it was terrible price just over 14$ for a medium and it was clearly the size of a small sub if you ask me. Gluten free purchases get screwed while everyone else get to enjoy a normal size sub for the same price.

The best fast food chain sub place. Never been disappointed with a sub from here. Always super full, and made just the way I request it. The turkey bacon ranch has become an absolute all time favorite of mine. A little pricier then some other places, but it’s definitely worth it!

Good afternoon. Hope all is well. I was at a recent function that had a nice variety of your Firehouse subs. In my opinion they were all very excellent and the crowd seemed to enjoy them as well. They were certainly a hit at the gathering. I did notice something odd on your website. You have no prices posted on their. Is there a reason why you don't post your prices on your menu? Please give me a good reason why you don't. Thank you in adavnce for your reply back as it is appreciated.

Use to be good service. Now they just rush through. Ordered a Philly steak and asked for no onions only. They never told me about what sauces were on it. When I called to get it fixed they told me it's my fault for not being more specific. Then refused a redo order and hung up on me.

One of the friendliest experiences I've had. Staff greeted us as we came in, went over the menu options, brought the food right to our table, came over to see how the food was, and offered to help us clean up. Sit down dining experience in a fast food restaurant.

Windows/door are dirty. The table had crumbs. She cleaned the other table but not the one i was at. Had classic meatball sub, it was really good. Definitely going back to try other subs

Way over priced, Subway is half the cost, and u get to add more items. You get the standard lettuce and tomato, onions and cheees, everything else is considered a Add on.. 1 )The steak on the steak and and cheese sub was very tender and tasty. 2) The Turkey sub usually comes with bacon, do to dietary restriction l could not eat the bacon. Instead they gave me extra meat on my sub, but forgot the deli mustard. With a water an a vitamin water, the bill came to $ 39.00 bucks .

Passed by this place right before crossing the border and it hit the spot. The employees were very nice, the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. I ordered a turkey blt and it was perfect.

Have had very good food and services in the past. But this time I ordered a meat ball Sub that was tough and tasteless, absolutely will never order this again. Will not be coming back anytime soon 👎

The subs are amazing! I love the bread. Staff was friendly. Tables were clean. Order was correct. Happy that there was parking available. The subs at Firehouse are generally more expensive than Subway or Mr. Sub, but the quality is much better.

Tried it for the first time. Ordered 3 subs , all delicious. I had the steak which i was hesitant with the mustard sauce ...but actually was delicious. Good portion of meat and the bun is the best I've had on a sub. Clean atmosphere. Only gave 4 stars because the pop machine was out of most flavors. It was 23 dollars and change for the large steak sub combo with chip and pop. Definitely will be the go to for steak sub cravings.

First time ever ordering. My husband and I had the Club and Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, Italian with Pulled Chicken Breast Salad. They were delicious and definitely I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you
