My first ever motel. I'm giving three based on my experience with front desk. Very friendly and kind, which is uncommon here. The carpet was extremely dirty. But the bathroom was clean room was clean. My first motel not sure if it will be my last. The vibe was good so thumbs up.

We Woke up to find 2 large cockroaches on the wall. Room was dirty. There were blood stains in the bathroom. My wife had bed bug bites on her. Cleaning people were EXTREMELY rude. There was no heat on until late into the night and you can not control it from your room. If bugs dirty rooms and rude people are what you are looking for then this is the place for you. If not I would stay away...

Room was clean and as expected. Price was great. I am an electrician and the electrical work was unsafe (not grounded.) Be careful with the appliances. Staff interrupted myself and my partner during intimacy by unlocking and opening our door, despite us both yelling "do not come in" repeatedly. (They were asking if we needed anything.) I would stay here again however, because I am not picky.

It is the worst motel I found in the entire United States. never go to this place because the photo it shows on the internet is fake. I arrived with my family to spend one night and I was surprised that it smelled horrible of cigarettes, the bed was dirty and the floor with cockroaches that I had to run because I could not bear the smell. They did not refund my money apologizing that I did not stay a minute in that place

Mixed review: Fabulous owners, great price. Rooms are very outdated and motel advertises wifi but it doesn't work😞. Please don't get me wrong: I'm not trying to bash the establishment. With a little bit of tlc, this place could be something special🙂

Awesome place. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home. We stayed here for my sons graduation trip to Niagara and the owners went above and beyond. They came to our room with a card and cakes and cupcakes for our son. This completely made our trip! Nicest people out there with that extra special treatment that will keep us coming back. Thank you!

I'm only giving it a 3 out of 5 because one the pictures on the internet are fake!! My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we found a broken bathroom door doesn't even have a doorknob on it the sink is ducked taped, the shower looks disgusting fills up the tub in like 5 mins or less, the water pipes in this place are just trashed can't even turn the water in the sink on with out getting a shower from it, the heat control does not work at all. We have a lightswitch the goes to nothing. Our lamp is half way broken, the floor looks disgusting, outlit is halfway out the wall. Other than that the only thing me and him actually liked about this place was the good TV and that we can just step outside of the room to smoke cigs. So if your looking for a good motel this place is not one I recommend!

I am strongly suggesting that you do not stay at this roach infested place...I tried to tell the office the night of the incident and not one responded...so I mentioned some sort of compensation and I was told that because I didn't say anything last night that I am owed nothing...tried to upload pictures but it wouldn't allow me to do so...but feel free to go to my Facebook page and you will clearly see what I saw...share it to everyone...

It’s good for the money, pretty clean, Air conditioning works well. There was a little smell in the room

Easy and quick access! Worm and friendly stuff (i sink it was manager or owner) everything what need was gotten.

BAD SMELL and BED BUGS under the mattress. Also didn’t pay attention to cleaning. The property owner was rude when asked for a cleaning service.

Stayed here while on a drug bender, owners are very nice people.

WE stayed here Valentine's night and it was very dirty. There was splatter on the wall that looked like blood, gross!! The room looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Sorry, but I rate this place a big ZERO! This review also made me give it 1 star or it wouldn't post.

I got stuck in the falls and I had to stay here for awhile and they helped with the price and I have not seen a bed bug anywhere I don't agree I like the reviews

So I came here because falls motel didn't answer their door after I had booked online. Anyway if you are looking for something for the price and convenience, if all you're doing is sleeping for the night the room is great. Also, I did get a room that was non-smoking but it smells very badly of smoke and he was very kind about moving me to a different one

Let’s talk location and price, being a FIVE STAR on that. The price was GREAT, compared to the other hotels, but you get what you pay for. We paid cash & found a cobweb hanging in the corner of the room. The beds were more like a hard futon feel, but we weren’t looking to sleep all day. There were no bedbugs (my cousin has a thing with that…as do all humans, right?) The interaction I had with the gentleman that checked us in, was kind and quick. Being a key drop box I was not able to tell him thank you. It being a place to rest was fine enough, but luxury should not be expected.
