My partner and I travel often and enjoy discovering new little gems. I have not left a negative review before and try to be very fair. The building itself would have been spectacular in it's day but would be a huge undertaking now. It is, and apparently has been, under renovations for a long time but the website nor communications with staff indicate this. Parts of it are a construction site that we had to pass through to access or room. Our second day there a crew was installing tile upstairs, the banging, sawing and audible conversations drove us out of our room. We ended up driving around for hours waiting for them to be done for the day. We booked a room from the website with a view of the falls and a Jacuzzi only to be told last minute we couldn't have that room and would be in a different building up the street. Our room had only a malfunctioning shower, not even a tub. I could pick the place apart but you will read all of those details in the next several dozen reviews. My main issue was the treatment we received from the staff, the worst being what we gathered was the owner. I was amazed at how we and other guests were treated. This place needs one of those reality makeover shows. It did have some nice features but the interactions will keep me from ever booking here again. Please do your research and read CURRENT reviews from multiple sources.

Let be start this off by saying that I don't typically leave negative reviews, but given the nature of this establishment, we really expected more. We went to a bed and breakfast last summer and it was amazing! We were hoping that was what this was going to be. It was not. Upon entering the room, it LOOKED great. We sat on the bed and you might as well have covered a box spring with sheets and blankets. Very hard and you could feel the individual springs in the mattress. That we could deal with. It happens. The room was extremely cold. The baseboard heaters had been turned right down. We were offered a space heater. This may have worked but the breaker blew... twice... so we were not able to use the heater and have light at the same time. Hours later the room warmed up to a semi-comfortable level with extra blankets from the front to keep warm. We did ask for a different room but the place was fully booked, so there were no other options for rooms. The walls and ceiling are paper thin so you can hear everything that's going on around you as well as the pipes screaming when someone turns on the shower at whatever time it is. Not an enjoyable stay at all. The only positive thing we could say about our stay here was that the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of great options. The cook does a great job and the people who work there or own the place do a great job in the breakfast room. Maybe it's just the room we were in, I don't know. But if I'm giving a recommendation on whether or not to go here based on our experience, I would definitely say no.

This place is awesome! My husband and I stated for a week. We had a room facing the gorge and the view was fantastic. The breakfast was super yummy. They had a menu for you to choose something from as well as fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, cereal, milk, and orange juice. The staff is polite warm and inviting. If I had questions they answered them for me. I will definitely stay here again.

We literally loved everything about this B&B, it’s a little bit of a walk from the main strip, Clifton Hill, which is what we wanted, nice big beautiful mansion with the best shower ever! Breakfast in the morning was beyond delicious, all the staff here was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this place if you’re planning on a trip to see Niagara Falls!

Newly renovated hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom decoration is exquisite. The management staff are warm and attentive. Breakfast needs to be booked in advance, and we still have to wait for a while after arriving at the scheduled time. The breakfast is delicious, I feel like I can't get enough. We were on the ground floor and couldn't see the lights of the falls, but were close enough to the falls. There are very few such exquisite hotels now, please cherish them. Next time I will stay in this hotel.

The service was very good. We were offered the house instead of the suite we booked, because we didn't realize what we booked was two separate rooms. The house is a bit dated but it was nice to have the entire space to ourselves. The breakfast was good but not outstanding. We liked the fruit and pastries that were offered prior to the main course. The main courses were above average. I appreciate the staff being helpful to us as well as very friendly.

The location was great. Short walk to the Falls. Free parking. The room was okay. We had an room on the second floor with a balcony. To get to our room we had to walk through an area that had some serious water leaks along the brick wall. They had placed pails and towels on the ground to soak up the water. The room was clean and comfortable. Light came through at the top of the drapes from the porch light outside so if you need a dark room to sleep you would have a problem. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all quite pleasant and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and beyond helpful. Check in is late but that's to be expected at a bed and breakfast like this. They let us park our car there early so we could walk down to the falls. The building is under construction while they expand, but you couldn't tell from inside. They have rooms inside the main house, but they also have rooms with their own entrances and bathrooms which was a huge plus. Very happy with our stay and will be coming back for sure

The customer service was great. They were helpful with food suggestions and let us leave our car in their lot after we checked out so we could explore a bit before heading home. Room was very clean, had a what looked like a newly renovated bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. I had the fresh fruit crepes. Short walking distance to restaurants and the falls. Great experience, would recommend.

Location, Location, Location! The Inn is within walking distance from shops and restaurants and Clifton Hill. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Room was exactly what was pictured, very clean and updated. Con - The building was under heavy construction which took away from the experience. I do wish they let us know prior. The room did not have a thermostat to adjust the temp so it was very uncomfortable sleeping the first night. Also, the king size bed was very hard, but a soft bed is our preference. Aside from the very very warm room and construction, it was a great place.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very delicious, and our room was beautiful!! I enjoyed the electric fireplace and the remodeled bath. I thought the room description said there would be a view of the gorge from the room, but the view is from the patio. When I re-read the description, I realized that is what it said, I misunderstood. Overall a lovely stay.

If you ever come to Canada, you need to check out this Bed & Breakfast as it has really great views and enough space to enjoy your alone time or to sit and relax at the breakfast room (or the front room). They serve breakfast that is made to order off their options (even for the picky eaters), fresh fruit, tasty pastries that are apart of breakfast, lots of tea options, and coffee. The room that we stayed in is really comfortable and you feel like you are rather grand for how gorgeous the room is. In room 402 which is the suite, the bed is very comfortable and a size king which is lovely if you’re sharing it with another person. The living room has a lovely couch and there is another section that has a desk where you can do work or other needs there. The window from the office area has a view of the hotels and you can see some of the fireworks from that window. It’s best to go to the park to see the fireworks but you can semi-see some even though the tree line blocks majority of the area. The room has 3 balconies which have different views of Niagara River which is really lovely if you want in on the action but don’t want to leave your bedroom. I highly recommend checking out this location as it’s more inclusive since there are 11 rooms and the staff are friendly and kind. It has a really nice homey feel without making you feel uncomfortable. If you have a car, they do offer parking but it is limited.

We came here after the grand reopening after 3 years of renovation. The staff were very committed to providing us that “classical bed and breakfast experience” through customer service and quality. The rooms had good amenities and appear recently renovated, and the personal chef who makes your breakfast to-order was a highlight. Easy to recommend this place to a family or couple looking to stay close to the falls.

During our visit to Niagara Falls, my car would not start, so we had to spend another night. Our first 2 nights were at the Hilton Fallsview. Hilton has nothing over this place. My daughter and I felt like royalty in our gorgeous, large suite. Everything is extremely clean and elegant. The staff are the nicest people you could ever meet. Breakfast is included and beyond delicious. The best food I had here in Niagara Falls. Without a doubt I would stay here again.

Loved this place! Super clean, bathroom was amazing! Best shower I ever experienced, bed was very comfy. Very relaxing atmosphere, we were very sad to leave here after the one night we had booked. Only a 15 minute walk to the first view of the falls/strip in Niagara. Breakfast was included with our stay, parking as well(one vehicle per room) which was huge pluses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Awesome..... One of the best places I've ever stayed at. Great customer service. Perfectly situated by Niagara Falls and all types of attractions. Joseph, Mr do it all, was the best. Suzanne made us feel at home. Definitely recommend it and most definitely going back.

This place is amazing! Newly renovated and beautiful. Kept it’s historical charm. Breakfast included by a personal chef. His pastries were delicious along with his breakfast specials. Staff is friendly, courteous, and hospitable especially Stella! Short scenic walk to the falls!!! Highly recommended!

Very beautiful bed and breakfast on Niagara River. The location and view is stunning. The staff is amazing and they have very nice patio with a view of Niagara River. They also serve hot breakfast in the morning and it's made by on site chef really great presentation and taste. Our room was just and average room. It was a bit cold and we were not happy with our room quality but everything else was superb.

I was blown away by the room's design and quality. The terrace showcased a breathtaking waterfall view—perfect for mornings. We had a blast taking photos around the hotel. Staff was great too. This place beautifully combines nature and luxury. Unforgettable.

My husband and I stayed here for for his 40th birthday. What a gem! So glad we stayed here. Super clean, great service, great food and such a beautiful space. We walked to Clifton Hills which took about a peaceful 15 minutes. Would recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you so much for the hospitality.
