A nice, cozy place to call home away from home. Stayed in the Blue Room for 3 nights. Fireplace was a nice touch, with a nice big bathroom and closet. Staff was friendly, attentive and personable! Breakfast was good! Loved the homemade apple french toast and blueberry pancakes! Enjoyed my birthday surprise getaway! Thank you!

Wow what a beautiful place to stay. They have wonderful personality. They go out there way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. That breakfast was off the chain all hand prepared no frozen, all fresh.

Barb (new girl;) Robin, and Susan were excellent! Great team with very welcoming vibes. Assisted me with any issues I had and had no problem accessing my room even when arriving after 9pm. Lovely stay! Thanks girls! Be back soon!

Stayed here while visiting Niagara. They made the check in process nice and easy and were very accommodating in general. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was a bit high and the mattress was on the firmer side. Still allowed for some good sleep. The power outlets were a bit lacking but we were able to make do. Fairly close by to the Clifton Hill area, just a quick drive down one street. The breakfast in the morning was quite nice with a large spread and some fantastic French toast. Since the inn can only accommodate a few people it allowed for some nice conversations with a very international crowd. Would definitely like to visit again.

The rooms were super cozy and the house is rich in history. Love the colour choices, furniture and the service. Our hostesses were fun, responsive and our breakfast was so cute but very tasty. Nice food and stay. I recommend staying here vs any of the big hotel businesses. It's also right on the gorge so very cool lookout and easy access to everything.

Nice room, and decent service, but the fireplace wasn’t working, the surrounding area’s a bit sketchy, and the charge ended up being about $60 more than what their website said. Also, the owner asked me to pay additional money for a third guest, despite that my reservation was made for three people already. I wouldn’t be willing to come again until they address some of these issues. Don’t trust the prices you see on their website; you need to call and speak to the owner to be sure of what the price will be.

Yes we stay here and the staff did not turn up when they said they would! And they gave our room to another family and the room that we got was terrible! My wife had to sleep 😴 on a day bed that was to short for her! And the bed I got was hard and I could not sleep! The breakfast was great but to much sugar and lots of sweet things I would not stay here again ! The place is well situated to walk to the Falls if you like to have a walk ! And in the morning I asked a young nurse from New York what her room was like and she said good! So we stayed in that room the next night but the bed was worse they had a piece of chipboard under the bed 🛌 terrible 😢🍁so if you don’t like sleeping 💤 stay here! They should take a leaf 🍁 out of the AA in England for the star rating

Booked this B&B (Grey room) for 2 nights in a row for my wedding. Loved the stay everything was perfect with Victorian look as expected. The first night, I stayed with my girls and got ready for my wedding there!! They went over and beyond for us, their hospitality was out standing, we felt so comfortable and at home. Their breakfast was so yummy!! On our wedding night they had a bottle of champagne as a surprise for us!! We will be back!! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place, each room had a private balcony/ deck. Rooms are clean beautiful quaint and spacious. There was 3 of us and we had the loft. So private, just perfect. Breakfast was excellent, the sunroom was nice to have our tea in. Robin our hostess was amazing and attentive and very helpful. Would definitely go back again.

Our sister trip at the Chestnut Inn was everything we hoped it would be! Our hostess Robin was the best. Wonderful breakfast and felt like “ladies of the manor” in the beautiful home environment. Location close to our day trips. Hope we can return for the Festival of Lights again some day!

We stayed here for our wedding. The rooms were really nice. I loved the loft room on the top floor. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The grounds are gorgeous to take photos. It’s close enough to town as well. Lovely stay.
