Wanted to write a review on Google as most of the reviews are a few years old, and re-affirm that a high rating is still justified. Its "new" owners, Barbara and Sam started running it during the 2014 season, and bring a lot to the table - literally and figuratively! The property itself is a traditional century home - large and mansion-like with all modern conveniences. We stayed in the Pearl room, which as a separate bathroom directly across the hall, which we knew in advance and wasn't a problem. Other rooms have en-suites. There was a small fridge in the room - and an air conditioner as well. The bed was queen and very comfortable. The house and room perhaps warrants 4 stars on its own. It's location is close enough to Clifton Hill, but not too close as to have crowds and a lot of street noise. It took us perhaps 15 minutes walking to get there, which was actually welcome physical activity in our case. The breakfasts go beyond typical morning fare at the typical B&B though I can't speak for them all. We stayed for 2 nights and were treated to a top-notch breakfast each morning, which probably would cost $20-25 per person in Toronto and not taste as delicious! The coffee is excellent; tea and cookies or cake are laid our during the day, The value proposition, along with the host's excellent company and guidance makes this an excellent choice for your Niagara Falls visit, and we highly recommend it.

Lovely house and room, but the staff doesn't seem to care much. The house cleaner was somewhat rude and wasn't very welcoming. Heather, the cook, was the only half pleasant staff member. There are no options for breakfast, you eat what you're served and they won't give you seconds. The have no vegetarian options, and all they serve is small fruit plates, yogurt, Apple crumble (which is a dessert.. what even,) sunny side up eggs with carrots and other veggies fried around it, and small little sausages (they were the only good thing beside the yogurt.) the suite we rented was the diamond suite, and it was worth every dollar (300 dollars to be exact when we were told it would cost 250$, and besides the bathroom door locking me in the bathroom and unhinging!) Overall, the experience wasn't horrible, the weather was beautiful so we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee (that we had to smuggle upstairs because we aren't allowed to even bring our breakfast upstairs, what the he'll is that about?) but we will definitely not be returning.

Our first time at a B & B and I know the bar has been set high. Barbara, the owner, has provided a lovely, comfortable and delicious experience with her 3 course breakfast and wonderful hospitality. She makes you feel as though you're a friend visiting her home. We spent four nights and would love to have stayed longer. I would love to return someday.

This is very much a bed and breakfast not to be missed. My wife and I stayed here for one night. First thing you'll notice is the excellent antique furnishings which give the Greystone an elegant overall appearance, which fits in well with the architecture. Barabara and all the staff go far above to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They are are all very friendly and easy to talk with. The breakfast is far and away one of the best I've ever had. The food was all locally sourced and well curated. This is where I will stay whenever I go to Niagara Falls

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have stayed at Greystone Manor B&B on a few different occasions. The staff and host are very friendly & accommodating. I have special dietary needs and they were able to provide me with an awesome breakfast, all I had to do was ask! The room was TOP NOTCH. It was very clean & cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I noticed that one of these reviews were not so favourable and that surprises me... I wonder if they were reviewing the right B&B?! Everything I requested, they happily provided. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Greystone Manor B&B to all! Wonderful home with charm and great location with beautiful views, walking distance to the Falls!

Not sure what I can say that hasn't already been said. We stayed in the "budget" room (The Pearl) and it was fantastic. We had a view of the gorge. Very friendly staff that went out of their way to help (finding a substitute for baby oil to remove a race number tattoo and breaking out the first-aid kit for a razor accident). The house is full of character. The living room common area has all sorts of musical instruments. It'd be a blast to be cooped up here on a cold winter day or a rainy summer day. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a great chat about the chef's experiences. You can expect to find us here again in the future.

Beautiful, well-kept Victorian manor with spacious, private rooms and excellent hospitality. Breakfast is exceptional - several courses, made with homegrown ingredients straight from Barbara's own hobby farm. Barbara was happy to accommodate my gluten intolerance by making me gluten free pancakes, toast, and macaroons. Greystone Manor was a perfect romantic getaway for our 10th wedding anniversary.

This is our 6th trip To Greystone Manor. We love it here. The rooms are beautiful; the food is good and good for you; however, the biggest reason for our returning to Greystone Manor is the proprietor Barbara. Her hospitality is so warm and inviting it's like we are family.

We recently stayed at Greystone Manor Ged and Breakfast and we could not have been happier. The Bed and Breakfast is very lovely with lots of charm and surprisingly quiet. The rooms were very tidy. Breakfast was outstanding and the owner, Barbara, and her staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The location is absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed the river walk to the Niagara Falls very much. To top it all off, after a long day of walking and sightseeing, my husband and I received a fantastic massage from Jörg, the in-house massage therapist. We could not believe our luck! The massage was excellent! Jörg really knows his stuff and the atmosphere was just amazing. We would recommend Greystone Manor Bed and Breakfast in a heartbeat to anybody visiting Niagara Falls. You don’t need to look anywhere else!
