Used to be one of my favorite places in the falls but after 3 visits and 3 low quality food orders, I’m done wasting money there. These were the char broiled wings, sad. Very weak wings.

I wish I could alter the laws of the universe itself in order to give this establishment a 10 out of 5. I have been in the Buffalo area most of my life, and I've eaten my fair share of wings, but I have yet to find a restaurant on the planet that makes them better. Service is always bright and relatable, and the atmosphere is clean while retaining some character. I have been to Buzzy's dozens of times and the experience has always been consistent. That is rare for me - not just in a pizza place, but with all restaurants in general. Do yourself a favor, march in there and order 50 hot wings and make sure you tell them "extra crispy". Get some extra Bleu cheese. If you don't like Bleu cheese with your wings, you're already a lost soul and I cannot help you.

Loved the taste. We ordered a veggie pizza with jalapeño poppers and fried ravioli as sides and each dish blew my mind with flavor. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Kudos

So happy to return to Buzzy's, haven't been there in atleast 3 years. It's a must stop, classic delicious pizza. Such a favourite of my husband and I!

Was recommended this location because of the chicken wings. Glad I came for myself. Had a good experience. The wings are huge and the flavours are tasty. The star of the night for me was the spaghetti. Their homemade sauce was delicious and the meatballs were amazing. Only problem is that the meatballs are too small. The bread was great as well! Service was good but the server seemed tired. Will definitely return!

This is family owned business.Been in this location since the 70's and been handed down to the children. Entering this place, quickly approach by the hostess and direct to table. My wheelchair was no problem with this restaurant. Main dish being pizza. But the menu includes alot more, even wine. What I like, was the hostess and waitress didn't not hang over me or keep pestering " ready to order" like alot other restaurants I been to. This was a Friday, and. Business was buzzing, yet still had at home feeling. Watch orders coming in and out fast. Not a typical pizza shop this is real family setting restaurant. The Hostess being Amanda, very different from being professional, meaning more as making feel welcome and special. From what I had gather, they also have a good relationship with the local hotels on the boulevard, even the staff and employees come here to eat . Very impressive. As I ate I watch the kitchen staff at work from where I was seated. They also were very impressive. No bickering, no lazy shenanigans. If your looking for great Italian dinning this is number one in Niagara Falls. Better place than find near the Falls or Casino.

I’m not usually a pizza and wing person, but my sister insisted I go (especially for the wings) and it didn’t disappoint. We did have to a wait a little long for our food, but our server was super apologetic. I actually enjoyed the pizza more than the wings (and I’m not a pizza fan). The pizza had a nice crispy crust, it wasn’t too cheesy and the sauce wasn’t overwhelming. We chose our own toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, spinach) and got the charbroiled wings. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Food was good, the girl who answered the phone and gave me my food was probably the rudest employee I’ve ever delt with, while calling in our order she thought she put me on hold and was making fun of the person on the other line the whole time she was putting her order in, once she finally took our order she had a bad attitude and scoffed when we were telling her what we wanted. When I came to pick up my food she was sitting in the chair for 5 minutes on her phone when a cook finally told her there was someone at the register. We probably won’t be back here for a while do to the customer service

Wonderful place Great food awesome service 😀 I absolutely love it here its clean ,comfortable and lovely patio! My compliments to the chef 😋 If you are looking for pizza well anything in their menu it's delicious. I. Order from here 2 or 3 times a week look no further than here! I do have just one little issue they need to expand the delivery area .

The food was good but the lady who answered our call, and the lady who served my food to me at the register (99% sure it was the same person, but who knows) was RUDE AS H E L L. We ordered a half tray and fingers for our family as a thank you because they volunteered to help us move that day. It wasn't a lot of food, but it was over $50. The food itself was okay, but they did mess up our sauces. But I can't get over this lady. She turned and was snickering about me to a line cook as I'm right there, then acted all stuck up and prissy to me at the register, as if it was my honor to be in her presence. I always tip (usually exceptionally well, former server here) but I only tipped a fraction of what I usually would have due to the attitude. I guess that wasn't good enough because when she picked up my slip, she laughed and slammed it down on the counter. I either left five or six dollars, I don't remember. But I regret even doing that.

We really love the wings. We even bought 30 more wings to take back to Ontario for our kids to try. The Calzone was as great as the wings.

My wife and I stopped into Buzzy's for dinner on our way to a concert. Great food and service. The pizza was true New York style. The wings were true Buffalo style. My wife had the pasta fagiole. True Italian style. Salad and drinks were good. Our server was Dawn. It was her birthday. She was attentive and friendly. I would hire 10 people like her. We even told the manager what a great job she did. Try this place. You will be glad you did!

Amazing food, friendly staff, great service. I tried their buffalo wings with spicy sauce (suicide) that was good also got pepperoni pizza

My family loves the pizza here! Always our preferred place to go! Their French fries, Salads, and soups are the best too! Service is always fast no matter how busy they are! Their also very well staffed!

The pizza was very good & the wings were fantastic! It's clean & an easy walk from the hotel we stayed in. Our waitress was very good also

Parking lot is a mess, needs resurfaced but restaurant is a nice place. Mozarella sticks were cold. Our boneless honey garlic wings had bones and no garlic. It's a shame because they were the perfect crisp so I would not have minded the bones but needed the garlic. The pizza was delicious, one of my favorite ones ever so the rest of the order being a mess wasn't so bad after the first bite.

Loved their wings and pizza! Wings were a nice size and cooked crispy just the way we like. Friendly servers, plenty of parking and good seating. We ordered beer so it increased the price per person, but overall it was good quality and quantity for what we paid for. Conveniently located and decent hours of operation.

Delicious fries. Good wings. Booth seats were duct-taped. The waitress was minimally polite and barely made eye contact with us.

Great Italian restaurant pizzeria, its beautiful inside but casual. Both the square pepperoni pizza and the Tomato pie were so delicious and the flavors were so good!! Sorry I had to try both before I needed to do a review. I could seriously go back and get another lunch right now.

Had buzzys the first time when I was younger and it was so good. First time coming back after years, and it’s still good. Best pizza in Buffalo Niagara area. Highly recommend going here.

Absolutely great wings!!! Best I've had so far in Buffalo. Pizza wasn't the best but the wings definitely made up for it.

The lunch special looked fairly priced, but the dinner prices for what you get are less than desirable. Waited a while to be served, but they looked understaffed that evening. The servers were friendly and nice. The pizza was good, but expensive.

Celebrating birthdays are always great. My first time at this place and it was nice going across to America too. The place is a bit shabby but the food was good and decent amount for the price.

We ordered the traditional pizza with wings. The pizza was delicious. It was a great crust. Wings were the best we had in the area , we ordered wings four days straight . Nice and crispy, not over sauced. I would recommend this to anyone who likes pizza and wings. I saw a bunch of sandwiches being made and served that looked good as well.

Buzzy's is such a fun place to eat. This is our 2nd visit; we would return more often if we lived in- town. It's an excellent atmosphere and the service was superior. In fact, today was Dawn, our server's birthday and she worked a double today. Nice to be young! We highly recommend this restaurant; great pizza, great wings and you can see by the picture I really enjoyed the soup.

The cheese pizza with mushrooms and onions and the hot wings were sooo good!! I love all of your salads with the homemade dressing. We'll be coming back soon. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

If we had only gotten the pizza, it would have been 5 stars but the calamari was not very fresh and the breading on it was way too much. It tasted okay but next time - and there will be a next time! - we will stick with the pizza. This old NYer gives it a thumbs up!

If you enjoy wings drenched in honey ( no garlic) and tasteless hot wings Buzzy has you covered. I question the standards of those who gave this place a positive review. Canadians need to avoid this tourist trap.

The food was the BEST in the area. We got the pizza and wings. Totally made to mouth watering taste. I wish we had Buzzys near us. Two thumbs up 👍

Their calamari was OK. Too much breading (which was really flavorful), but the squid fillings were extremely thin. New York style vegetarian pizza was good. Service was nice and fast.

Really good NY Style Pizza. The Antipasto salad was also great. Staff was very helpful even though they were working short staffed due to stimulus money. I admire the great work ethic of those there snd the hospitality was not minimized.
