Personally sharing my experience. The staff is so irresponsive. They didn’t provide water even when ordered something. The time they give is when your order arrives. Talking about the taste i’d give 1.5 star of 5. Not good taste at all. And last but the worst thing, they haven’t mentioned about “Gratuity” (forced tip one has to pay) which is 15%, either on the menu, or on the table. That’s the most disgusting thing one can serve. There are a bunch of restaurants charging like 5-10% but haven’t seen any with 15% forced tip.

Ordered Idli, Mysore masala dosa, Uttappam and lassi. I must say - it was one of the worst sambhar and Lassi i had in my life. Got the order changed twice but no improvement at all with Idli and lassi. Over pricy food. Quality and quantity is not at all worth for what you pay. 3/5 for Uttappam 2/5 for Mysore masala dosa 2/5 idli 1/5 for lassi Fyi, they add 15% Gratuity for table for 6 and more.

The Chole bhature was good. But-considering the restaurant name, my expectation on dosa was bit high. So the sambhar doesn’t taste south India neither the aloo bhaji/the masala. Dosa wasn’t crispy also I wasn’t happy with tea!. The price we paid overall was 40$ which was bit pricy of course! It was nothing like South Indian. They need to define taste, between south n north !!

I can’t even express how pleased I was with the food. The dosa was absolutely delicious. It was crispy. The flavor was amazing. The only thing I would like them to fix is bigger portions for the sambar, chutney and tomato chutney. The sambar and both chutney was flavorful. The service could have been better. I’m definitely going back here

Before coming here i saw loads of feedbacks that the service is not good neither is their food. Trust me the service is really good. It was a good experience with food as well. Loved the food. Service by Gurpinder was so good and so quick which actually made me write this review. She is a brilliant server.

I have never been so impressed by the sheer quality and authenticity of the food served. Brought my parents with me who were visiting from India and they were happy to have found something that reminds them of the pure flavours from India. Came here first thing in the morning the staff was extremely polite they guided me with directions to the parking lot. The ambience is amazing unlike most other restaurants the warm welcome with the Ganapati Aarti playing in the background took the experience to a whole another level. Coming to this restaurant feels like coming to home. The food was made with loved must try the Paratha and Uthappam. The chutneys were tasty, the sambar can be improved but no complaints as such it was good.

Awesome people and Delicious food .. Pure Veg Restaurant and clean and Hygenic We enjoyed the Dosa Menu and Paratha .. they have so many variety of Dosa on Menu.. will try each in every visit Enjoy Indian Food in Niagara

Delicious! I have never tried South Indian food, I always pass by the restaurant on my way to work, so I finally gave it a try. I had the podi masala dosa and gulab jamun. It was spicy for me but I am not accustomed to it. Overall it was delicious & I'd definitely return! The owner is very friendly also.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We saw the 4 star reviews and went there. We had a very bad experience with this restaurant. It was on our visit to Niagara. We 3 families including 6 adults and 3 kids went to have breakfast here. The staffs here have a very bad attitude. Even though it was almost empty there, the server girl told us, they cannot even take our order until they finish their online orders. We requested them to give something since the kids were hungry. The food quality was bad. Once we asked for the bill they gave a bill for around $210. Then we observed a 15% gratuity. We politely asked them if there is a gratuity they should've let us know so that we could split in two groups and sit. Instead of explaining to us, they started shouting at us saying that its their policy. They kept a board inside the counter and expect us to go and check there to see if they have any rules. The manager itself doesn't care. The food was over priced. The same people had a more lavish dinner and which cost us around $140 only. The 4 and 5 star reviews doesn't seem to be genuine. If you are ready to get some bad attitude from some girls for your hard earned money, this is the best place.

Really greasy and oily food but service is very good and server was attentive. Dosa (the highlight) is mediocre. So many Indian places in the area - do not recommend this one.

My experience here was good. The parking is hidden, so walk around and find it. We parked in front of big bee, and then walked around and found proper parking just besides the restaurant. It’s a tiny lane. Idli was perfect, very nice consistency and good taste. Dosa was crisp and nice. Amritsari potato masala was great. Had masala tea , had a very nice flavor. overall, food was great. coconut chutney can be improved a little bit. The ambience and atmosphere was very peaceful and spiritual, just my type. There was a photo of Swami Rama, very radiant bright personality, it set the tone for rest of my day. Glad to have had his darshana 🙏 Service was a bit slow but worth the time. When I visit Niagara, I will come here again. I will recommend to post more photos of swami rama and play his bhajans.

Food was pathetic, tried multiple items, dosa was burnt, sambar was nothing but water, Lassi was bad, vada felt like frozen and reheated. The lady who served was the only good experience, but the owner guy was rude (and didnoy allow) when we tried to trash the boxed takeaway (which spilled over and was not usable anyway) into their garbage bin.

Horrendous service, Average food, servers don't understand English, got unwashed glasses which literally had uncleaned food particles in it. Had to clean it with tissues. They forgot to bring an extra item that we ordered at the beginning, got it towards the very end when it made no sense. We went for dinner and breakfast. Really enjoyed the food. Mix veg Parantha and Mysore Masala Dosa was really tasty. Best customer service. The staff was really nice. We were welcomed with smile. Best place to eat South Indian food and restaurant is pure veg.

BEWARE ! RED FLAG!! This was our worst dine in experience ever in Canada. We ordered rava masala dosa and asked to make it crispy. After waiting for 40 mins we received a scrambled dosa and when asked why is it like this. The manager replied in a very rude way and didn’t accept that it was the fault of a restaurant. He kept insisting that as we ordered crispy and crispy dosa is like this. We didn’t eat anything here after this. Just horrible, mood spoiler and a Must Avoid ! ***Any review with more than 1 star (as 1 star is the lowest, doesnt allow 0 stars) for this place cannot be organic and must have been paid for.

We went this morning. Dosa weren't as per our expectations. Sambhar didn't had any taste. Masala Dosa stuffing was bland. Red chutney was spoiled and smelling bad. The only thing we like was filter coffee and service of the lady and of course there was parking facility back side of the restaurant. Disappointed ☹️

Visited Royal Dosa Hut and was pretty impressed by the food. The Aloo Paratha and Gobhi Paratha were on point—flavorful and authentic. However, the service left much to be desired. There was a sign at the counter offering a free dish for posting a review, but even after asking multiple times, it felt like pulling teeth to actually get it. Definitely room for improvement in the service department. Would come back for the food, but they need to step up their game when it comes to customer service.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant which I was unaware of and loved each item. Ravi was very kind and humble to take our orders and provide us excellent service. You can find free parking behind the restaurant. Fo not park in front of big bee.

They have a wonderful hardworking staff. They are very polite and friendly. Hats off to all their work. We felt very welcomed in the restaurant by all the Hindi Bajans playing. The food was top tier and fresh. Will definitely be coming back every time we visit. Amazing food💯

NOT WORTH THE MONEY BY ANY MEANS. We ordered chole bhature and the chhole was stale. She offered to change and brought it from a new batch. Again it was stale. Then we ordered paneer paratha. It had no salt and hardly we could see paneer in it as you can see in the picture. So we had to order extra pickle (which was not even fresh)to compensate the taste for which they charged $1 for literally 3 small piece of mango (again not worth it) The idli sambhar we ordered, I could see rice in idli and the taste of sambhar was raw and uncooked. They offered no discount for offering worst food for the amount they are charging. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will personally never visit this place ever again. Highly disappointed.

One of the worst service and they gave normal masala dosa instead of Mysore masala dosa and when we pointed that out, one of there employee Arnav was one of the customer handler and he gave a explanation in a very rude manner that there is few pinch of orange paste at the corner of that dosa that’s why its Mysore masala dosa and for this they are charging 3$ extra. Idli was also uncooked and raw. Even uttapam was also burnt and black in colour. One of the worst south Indian restaurant in Canada.

The worst service. If you wanna have food from this restaurant, it’s costly but tastes good, you can have it. But the service is the WORST I’ve ever had. They don’t have an option for picking up by calling them. They will start cooking your order once you reach there. The WORST staff no manners and seems like no customer service experience. It’s better to order online or just go to other better restaurants. You won’t even be greeted if you enter this restaurant. The staff won’t even smile. They will be like ready to fire on us and feels like customers are their enemies. They are never happy to serve their customers.They deserve $0 tip because they might have counted in the food cost as it’s so costly. If there I any option for 0 stars I’ll go for that just because the food was not that bad, else I’ll look for negative stars option not even 0. In nutshell, if you select this restaurant, order ONLINE, don’t go for pickup or dine-in and the MOST IMPORTANT THING “ They don’t have option to order for pickup by call they say yes but will make your order once you reach there so no use to call them.”

The food and service was good. The mysore masala dosa tasted really great and spicy. Chutneys and sambar were great.

One of the best indian cuisine around Niagara. Authentic taste with great service. Really enjoyed time with friends. The sweet is also fresh and up to the mark. If you like south indian food then you must stop by and try different varieties.

The food was nice and tasty. I had Masala Panner Dosa which was the best. Also has Vada, Pani poori, Sambar Idly and mango lessy that are also great.

My husband and I came here for supper on a Thursday night. The wait staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Our waitress helpfully suggested which menu items we would like, and we were very pleased with her suggestions. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. There were quite a few other people here, which leads me to believe it's well-liked among locals.

Excellent food taste and quantity both were good. Price was also reasonable with compare to other places in Niagara Falls. We mostly visit this Restaurant whenever we go to Niagara falls.

This is the place where I used to go during my every trip to Niagara. They were so nice before for food, service and everything. But now they don’t care about service just they want to earn only. Taste of food has started going down day by day. They started gratuity with 6 people and now they are applying on 4 person. SERIOUSLY? Why you are charging that when you are not even providing proper service.

Prompt and efficient service. Food came quickly - hot and fresh dosa (yum!). The green pepper dosa was quite salty but the masala dosa was well balanced. 🔔 Perhaps it was nearing their closing time, I felt rushed to order and then to pay (there was still a big table where their food hasn’t even come out so it’s not like we were the last table or anything that we were holding back).

Food taste was good. Madras coffee was very good. However, the quantity of food was inadequate. They gave so little coconut chutney and when we asked for some more, we were offered to pay for extra for such little quantity. At least the first serving should be adequate. In addition, we had to wait for very long for service and the poor waitresses were doing their best. The sanitizer was also missing and seemed to be diluted. It should be properly filled.

As a vegetarian, I was so happy to see this place pop on search but the reviews left me apprehensive about visiting it. However I wanted to give it a try for dinner as there are no other pure vegetarian hotels close to Niagara. Ordered Idly vada combo and trust me it is the tastiest I had eaten in Canada. The vada was crispy and fresh with a tasty green chutney, also got utthappam which was okayish but definitely not bad. Was so happy with food that I went again next day for breakfast and got Jain paneer paratha and idly Vada combo. They were absolutely delicious. The coffee was average but the overall experience was great. Anyone like me looking for pure vegetarian hotel around Niagara should definitely visit. Also this review is not for getting a free sweet as many might think. It’s common to compare the food to what we get in India especially as a South Indian but we should not forget that this is Canada and drop our expectations accordingly but this place did a justice. This is my genuine review and would definitely visit next time!
