This month I completed four years in the Place Royal The Apartment, the Landlord, the neighbours are all wonderful and friendly, as well as the building, very nice, clean and well maintained. The building is one of the best in the area, starting from the apartment size which you can not find anywhere else to the amenities. I take my hat off to the security and management in the building. To be able to maintain a very high standard of sincerity, dedication, and loyalty. I saw many buildings in the city centre no one has this devotion to their work. My thanks to Mr. Harsha for the way he knows everything and everyone, for being here in the morning before anyone. I thank God for blessing me and my family with this building.

Have lived here for 11 years. A middle scale condominium, with a few rental units. No balconies, no common rooms - used to be one but it's been under renovation as another rental suite for 3 years. Gym, pool, tennis/badminton courts etc. Consierge 24 hours a day receives parcels - much appreciated.

This is our building where I have been staying for almost 16 years. For the last 5 years we have had no increase in maintenance and our building is in top shape and is very much in demand. Our management board maintaining is excellent.

Location is OK, but the construction on Main/Hurontario/Highway 10 makes getting to and from a challenge now.

Been living here since 2003, an overall beautiful experience, what a great place to be living in for so many years. Thank you
