Chateau Le Jardin is an amazing place to book a wedding venue. The staff are very professional and polite. There is a lot of parking available for guests. The sales consultant Eugene did a wonderful job helping us book my wedding. My fiancee is very happy with choosing Le Jardin for our wedding. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a chic and posh wedding venue.

One of the best and most elegant places to host any event! Linda was a great manager to work with. Food by their Pakistani chef was awesome - he knows how to cook. My niece got married here and everything went perfect! Thank you!!!!

This place looks like a Rome Paris palace that has beautiful interiors. They have ample amount of space to park around and the staff is amazing and helpful. They have clean washroom and huge dining area. They serve amazing food too I have been here for corporate events and this place has always surprised me. I think it’s great over all but it’s just located a little far from Vaughn mill station

I’ve been to numerous events here and every single time it never fails to impress! I especially love the staff and the amazing care they take with each element of the event and the attention they give to their clientele. They really make you feel like you are part of their family! Don’t even get me started on the food - INCREDIBLE!! It’s like nonna made it herself, just wholesome delicious food made with love and IT SHOWS!! The decor company we used for our event was also TOP NOTCH such a pleasant experience I could go on for days. Thank you Le Jardin staff for all of the memorable events, I look forward to many many more!

Great venue. Five stars and more for service. Sham and Liza and the rest of the team were spectacular. The night would not have been as nice without them! Four stars because I would check with the hall what you are receiving for the wedding. Our stage was much smaller than expected and did not receive the podium that I agreed on wanting to have. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend this hall to anyone planning a wedding or event!

We had previously planned an event for February at a different venue, but had to change the venue location due to unforeseen circumstances. This was a very stressful time and I had called Eugene at Chateau Le Jardin to see if they might by any chance be able to accommodate us. Eugene was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help accommodate all of our requests within weeks of our event and everything went very smoothly in terms of the booking process. We’re still awaiting our event in another two weeks but so far, our experience with this venue and Eugene, especially, has been incredible. Would definitely recommend !

I had an event at Chateau Le Jardin and Susan who was the coordinator did an incredible job! She was always there to assist me and go above and beyond! Whenever I needed something like the podium was missing, I informed her and within minutes she got me the podium I requested. She's super easy to work with and made the event so smooth and effortless! Isabella did an incredible job too by responding to all my emails, giving the site tour, answering all my questions and ensuring a great event. I highly recommend the employees at Chateau Le Jardin, they were really nice and their customer service is definitely above and beyond! Thank you!

Had my bridal shower this Saturday at Chateau Le Jardin and it was booked and planned in 1 week! Eugene was very pleasant and responsive when booking the venue and went through everything in detail. He was able to accommodate all our last minute requests. I am very happy with the customer service he provided to ensure this event was booked and executed exactly the way we discussed. Nima also did an excellent job as the event coordinator and ensured the room was set up exactly the way we envisioned and everything was on time. Overall, it was a great experience.

After hosting my event this past Sunday, I have edited my review and split it into 2 sections: Wedding day: The staff that was responsible for the ballroom on the day of the wedding was amazing. Extremely courteous understanding and helpful. Our day had turned into a nightmare around 3:30 PM when my decorator arrived to the venue on the day of the wedding and found out that the room was actually double booked. There was another event in our hall but it was supposed to end at 3:30 to 4 PM or so that is what was communicated to us for the last 3 to 4 weeks. On Sunday we found out that the event ends at 5:30. This was an extreme disappointment and shock to myself and my family who had high hopes from the venue after I had told them great things about it. To make matters worse the event coordinator, stopped responding to my calls and texts and actually disappeared on us. If it wasn’t for the staff we would not have gotten our wedding favours from her office and distributed them on the tables. In addition to that, we had asked multiple times via email, and in in-person meetings that dessert should not be put out at the same time as dinner, however unfortunately it was and it was quite chaotic and because of that our program did not go as planned. The worst thing however was that the lamb roast we had ordered was not served and we were actually charged five dollars per person for that which we had already paid for as well. Overall our experience started off as excellent but because of poor event coordination, poor behaviour and attitude of the event coordinator, our whole experience got ruined so much so that I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 star review. Booking process: Eugene has been a great person to work with. He is truly a breath of fresh air in this stressful time, when everyone is scrimmaging to book venues with the government changing and imposing different rules and regulations on a weekly basis. He is extremely respectful, understanding, and most importantly accommodating. What I appreciate the most about him is that he understands that the venue is hosting social events, and despite the COVID regulations and all the stress that comes with them, he makes your experience a lot smoother and bearable. While he does ensure all rules and safety measures are being observed appropriately, he does take a more manageable approach in relaying those requirements to his clients which is truly appreciated. So far the booking process has been seamless and we look forward to our event soon. Thanks Eugene.

Great food and great service (both day of and prior to)! A big thank you to Alessia for all her hard work in turning our dream wedding reception into reality. From day one, Alessia and the staff at Chateau Le Jardin were incredible. We can only say good things about the venue, and our guests were in awe! 10/10!

We had our wedding at Chateau Le Jardin and it was the best experience. All staff were very professional and polite to deal with from beginning to end in all departments; especially Angela, our event coordinator was super kind and helpful at all times. Huge thanks to our event managers Sham & Linda who did an phenomenal job at managing the hall on our big day and making sure everything was running smoothly as planned and even better with high quality service. I attended my friend's wedding at Château le Jardin today and the venue was INCREDIBLE. From start to finish, Suzan and her team were attending to our every whim and they really went above and beyond with their service. The food, the building, the service... just a 10/10. If you have or are planning an event or wedding reception, I don't know a better place to have it happen. Honestly, I am from Manitoba and I would even consider having my wedding reception happen here! Really great place, and couldn't be more satisfied!

We hosted our wedding ceremony & reception at Chateau Le Jardin and were blown away by the wonderful service we received from the start of the planning process all the way to the end of our event. Everyone at the venue was friendly, kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Kirsten and Angela were amazing through the booking & planning process and were always available to answer my questions. On the day of the event, Susan and the team made sure we were happy with everything and checked on us throughout the event. The menu had so many options to choose from and we were able to customize it to our liking- the food was absolutely delicious and the team made sure we (the bride and groom) actually got to eat! I'm really happy we chose Chateau Le Jardin for our event!!

It was such a pleasure working with Eugene. He truly took the time to review things with us. He was patient and understanding and very flexible. We were very content with the pricing that was provided to us and the service he provided was impeccable. We have our wedding set to May 2022, so this was just the initial meeting that went by so smooth. I am reassured that Eugene along with his staff will be even better moving forward as we proceed with the wedding plans. EUGENE YOU'RE THE BEST!

Beautiful gold decor for South Asian weddings. The staff were friendly and efficient. The little garden outside will work for portraits if your photographer is creative and experienced otherwise. No cars or garbage bins in my photos....LOL

I photographed Sarah & Sammy's wedding day at this venue. I highly recommend it, the staff were helpful, communicative, and wonderful to work with. The venue has large rooms, with great lighting. I would suggest doing the bride and groom portraits near the venue; we went to the nearby town of Kleinburg for photos. :) I can't wait to come back to photograph another wedding! ig lovingcorephoto.

Firstly we would like to thank Eugene for walking us through the initial setup for our Daughters Quinceneara. This was our 1st time with no experience organizing an event of this caliber. My daughter wanted a memorable evening and boy did Le Jardin staff live up to that. Secondly, we were then introduced to the event co-ordinator Isabella DiLauro. Who exceeded our expectations. She took us by the hand and was there from day 1 to the following day after event. Any questions I had, sent via email or phone, they were quick to respond. Incredible work done by the entire staff for setting up the room, including the wait staff. Leader Susan made sure throughout the night special meal requests were placed at the correct table, even they went all out to accommodate my close friends daughters meal was swapped with nuggets, it was the 1st time they all went out together and travelled 1 entire day from the USA just for this special event. Also keeping in mind people from South America, USA and Europe to attend the event. It was a big deal for us as we spent 1 year planning the event. Safi the bartender was friendly and amazing service. Made sure the kids did not have alcoholic drinks. Big applause to the entire staff at Chateau Le Jardin, most especially to Isabella, you brighten my daughters day. By the way the room was amazing, dinner service was on point and food very delicious...and decorators along with your staff made it night to never forget, and always remember in our hearts. Please note, this special event was broadcasted in a city of Argentina where my father in law runs the newspaper. They mentioned your hall on TV. I have attached some pics as we await the professional pics and videos. I would definitely recommend this place for all your event needs.

Best venue around! We just had our wedding at Chateau Le Jardin this past weekend. Ecstatic is an understatement! Isabella was our coordinator, nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Isabella was so kind, diligent, helpful and honest. She helped us with everything, in any way that she could, and made sure we were happy. Isabella helped make our wedding day perfect. Also, Paolo. He helped us on the day of our wedding, making sure everything was taken care of and ran smoothly. He introduced himself to everyone with such a welcoming smile. He made sure all of our guests were taken care of at all times. He took care of things I didn't even know needed taking care of. Our whole family was talking about how wonderful Paolo was all evening. A huge thank you to all the staff at Le Jardin. You were all absolutely amazing!

Recently my cousin had a wedding here and everything was superb!! The food was amazing, the venue was a dream come true for the bride and the service was impeccable! Staff member Susan asked us at the end of the event if we enjoyed the wedding which was super thoughtful of her. The entire staff was very helpful, wholesome and patient with all the families which I know personally can be very overwhelming. Thank you so much for a wonderful event :) Definitely going to be recommending this venue to more families!

Chateau Le Jardin is an amazing venue with so many beautiful rooms to choose from. The quality of service is AA+, the staff are so polite, accommodating and extremely professional. From the first moment I met with Kirsten she put my mind at ease and made sure our event was well taken care of from start to finish. We were amazed by the quality and quantity of food served. From the antipasto bar, to all the different courses throughout our evening, including the desserts and late night stations, everything was absolutely delicious. Presentation is key and Chateau Le Jardin knocked it out of the park. All we can say is that seeing our guests rave about the food made us feel wonderful about the choice we made. I highly recommend Chateau Le Jardin to host any event you have in the future.

Just had my graduation party here and it could not have gone any more perfect. All of the staff members were so sweet and helpful. Linda and her crew are absolutely wonderful. The suite given to guests upstairs was gorgeous, spacious and clean as well. Thank you for such a wonderful event. Will definitely be coming back.

The location is magical. The staff are so easy to deal with. They work with you to get your event done however you imagine . Highly recommended for anyone who wants to hold a luxurious, grand event.

I've had the absolute pleasure of photographing weddings at this venue on several occasions, and all I can say is - WOW. I love this place!! First things first - it's a really beautiful venue inside, with big arched windows and elegant tablecloths, chairs, and other details. It strikes a balance between being classy without being overly fancy. The outdoor area is also beautifully landscaped, with a classic Gazebo that is perfect for wedding photos. I love every single outdoor and indoor spot as a photographer. The staff are also some of the best I've ever experienced. They always ask guests if they need anything and are super prompt with food delivery and clearing dirty dishes. My clients have always had amazing things to say about their experience with their wedding coordinator, who ensures that everything is just right for their special day. I really can't wait to work at Chateau Le Jardin Event Venue again because I know it'll be an easy-going day, and the photo sessions around the grounds will look fabulous!

I had my sons wedding reception on August 2021. The venue was amazing and bright for photography. The most important thing is that the upper management especially Julian was a very pleasant person to deal with, available to listen the customer voice and be able to provide a excellent resolution to the customer satisfaction. Strongly recommended, for sure will book it again.

Hall is beautiful and location is amazing. The staff is great, and the food is even better. BE CAREFUL!!! When it comes to sales, they will try to surcharge you at the last minute, and change details when it comes to payment. May have been due to miscommunication but if we didn’t catch it, we would of paid. Make sure you get what you paid for, our wedding was missing a few things including a second bar, we paid for the two bars to be operational but the night of the wedding there was only one open. Read your contract VERY CAREFULLY !!!!
