One of the best breweries in Toronto. I love their beers. They have some nice IPAs. I tried their Rainforest a few times and that doesn’t disappoint. They also have some good food. The food is more sophisticated than an average brewery, so it’s awesome. I tried their fried octopus and burger and both were amazing. The staff are friendly and the food is reasonably priced. They also have a very nice romantic patio and can accommodate big parties.

Loved the vibe and ambience of this place. They have a beer package with eight craft beers each tasting differently than the others. They have their distillery gallons right on the spot (not sure if they are original or just for show 😅) that I loved. Their open kitchen idea space was also something I appreciate very much, more so because of the good-looking chefs working there. Their waiters are very humble and will suggest you good and drinks if you ask them. When we arrived there, it was bustling with weekenders. We barely got a table for 4. But I loved it. Will visit again.

This place seems really solid, the octopus dish I had was good, I had some of my friends fries and they were quality. The beer flight was very reasonably priced and there was a good variety. I will 100% go back in the summer so I can take advantage of the outdoor seating.

Visiting family in Toronto and stopped hear for a snack and beverage. The cheese curds were awesome. Our server was fantastic. Made some great recommendations on appetizers.

Delicious beer. Great non fussy food. Amazing service. Patio is so lovely and spacious. Bandit never disappoints. And is always a great time out.

Inspired by the German beer gardens Bandit Brewery evokes an airy, relaxed atmosphere serving hoppy sours, to IPAs and funky ales. They serve delicious food to go along with their craft beers. Mind you, the food is not the run of the mill typical bar food, it’s carefully prepared, innovative dishes which cater to all dietary choices. Their beer battered cheese curds are light, crisp and amazingly gooey from inside. Loved their charred broccoli served with Mariana sauce. And their labneh is silky smooth creamy and delicious. Love coming here as one is always pleasantly surprised to find new craft beers to try out. Wonderful place to hang out in a chilled welcoming atmosphere.

Tagged along for a friend bday party. Couldn’t drink as I am pregnant. Would have loved to try some of their beer options. Beautiful place!

Amongst the best breweries around! The smoothie sours and NEIPAs were excellent, tasteful and well executed. The service was really good and careful, and the food is tasty! Had a blast, and even brought some cans home.

Really nice brewery at Dundas. My friends tried the tasters with some Korean cauliflower dish and a sandwich and I had a steak. The service was a bit slow coz it looked busy. Most of the beers are great, but my friends didn't finish 1-2 beers that felt a little thick in consistency.

Great beers and food! Love the atmosphere. Definitely a place to try. Parking is limited though, so just beware of that as there wasnt any designated parking for them

This is an excellent place. Every aspect was great. The space itself is beautiful with a glassed in and heated patio. Which I assume opens up in summer. Very nice beers and very good food. Service was also really good. There are some really good breweries in toronto but overall, I think this one might be the best. Highly recommend the labneh food wise but everything was good.

Good food and great beer! Some very interesting and tasty varieties of beers on tap, I had the smash burger with fries. Both cooked perfectly. The sauce on the burger was incredible. The staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere, and loved the style of the restaurant

We came to Bandit Brewery for an early lunch. The menu was short but, the food was quite tasty and the portions were actually decent. It was mostly appetizers and shareables but, it paired well with the beers which, by the way, weren’t too many to choose from either (based on our preferences) but, we all found one or two that we enjoyed. The big covered patio was cosy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bandit Brewery is a must-visit spot for beer lovers in Toronto. The selection of beers is impressive and caters to a variety of tastes. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for catching up with friends or a casual date night. The highlight of the menu has to be the deep fried cheese curds, which are absolutely delicious and pair perfectly with the beers. The staff is friendly and kind, always ready to help with recommendations. Overall, Bandit Brewery is a great spot for a night out and I highly recommend giving it a try.

I love the atmosphere at Bandit Brewery. We love to stop by during on bike rides through the west end of the city. They have great beers, ciders and wines on the menu. Unfortunately on my previous visit the food took extremely long to come out, we ended up waiting over an hour. Tables that were seated and served after us, left after having their meals before we even received ours.

Rediscovering Bandit Brewery after years proved to be a delightful experience. The recent renovation, transforming the once-patio into an intimate interior dining space, was a pleasant surprise. The interior, adorned with lights along the trees, created a charming ambiance. The service was noteworthy—quick, friendly, and efficient. For starters, we enjoyed the bread and olives, a decent appetizer featuring generously sized olives. The mains stole the show. My friend’s smash burger was a juicy flavour delight, while my choice of the Korean Short Ribs was nothing short of outstanding. The tenderness of the beef combined with their house sauce and kimchi resulted in a mouthwatering and delicious dish. Overall, Bandit Brewery offers a fantastic dining experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

A strong 5/5!! This was honestly one of the best brewery experiences I’ve ever had. Their hostess was extremely friendly, the patio had immaculate vibes, good beer and every time we encountered a “problem” (pretty late to take our order, beers out of stock etc) the staff were genuinely apologetic and extremely empathetic - I know this should always be the case but the girls working here were top notch. Their food menu is amazing - so often breweries treat their food menu as an afterthought, but Bandits menu was innovative and had great variety! We got Deep fried cheese curds, a fried mushroom bahn mi, and the chicken sandwich. All of it was 10/10. I will be back - hopefully quite a few times 🥰

We have been enjoying good beer and food at Bandit Brewery since it’s inception. It evolved a former derelict space with baby steps into one of the best brewpubs in the neighbourhood. The patio with its glass surround, for those chilly months, is breath of spring in winter. During the summer it’s opened up and combined with the main bar area a spacious cool space is created. Everything has remained consistent, including the quick service with a warm smile. We always love coming here. Tonight we were both looking for something light, crisp and refreshing to drink. My partner chose the Hoppelganger Pilsner and I had another delicious beer that fit the bill, an IPA called Cloud. To start we shared the Caesar Salad. It’s layered with many flavours and is very satisfying. For our mains she enjoyed the Smash Burger and I had the Honey Garlic Chicken Sandwich. Both were exceptional and come with a side.

Would love to give higher rating, and will visit again to give it another chance! We arrived just before kitchen closing time, ordered chicken wings and unfortunately it was cold and something about the taste was just not right. It was a mix of jerk chicken and cocoa?! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, she also noticed we didn’t enjoy the food much. Beer tastes strong here, bold hazy IPAs. Absolutely love the ambiance, the decoration is warm and welcoming. Perfect for summer!

Great beers, great seating, sweet vibes. Food was flowing, looked amazing. I got a thing for fried chicken sandwiches. Didn't have a chance to get it down the hatch. We had beeriorities. Hard working staff pumping out the goodness. Sorry it took so long to visit. We had a blast!

I didn't dine or drink on site but purchased a set of their beer cans and as a craft beer enthusiast I'm deeply impressed! The freshness is unreal - they don't taste like anything else available at the LCBO. The taste is so well blended, flavorful with fantastic depth and fruitiness. What a joy to sip - it's something I'd want to drink all evening! (All their beers are equally impressive!)

Enjoyed some new flavoured beer...fried chicken is delicious along with their French fries...enclosed patio is charming but can be a little cool so dress for it. Service was wonderful. Location easy to get to. Great for date night or hanging out with friends....forgot to add...love these little masked faces on my glasses....

We went here very spontaneously as we were planning to go to another brewery in the area. The glass covered patio is beautiful and the place was packed. We got to sit on a shared bench/table with other people, but it didn’t bother us. We loved the beer & we enjoyed the food. I’m not a beer drinker, but I ended up drinking 2 glasses of Beer Hive. It’s so delicious that I’m going to buy some online for delivery. We tried the cheese curds, rib steaks and buffalo ranch chicken burger. Everything was delicious. We’ll come back.

Been trying to end up here for a few years now. Well worth the wait. The food is incredible. The beer is delightful! We had 2 flights and were able to have most of their beers. According to the staff, they rotate them often enough that each season offers more variety. Mr. Pink was a treat! Their IPAs were juicy and hazy. The stouts were interesting. The ales and pilsners were updates on modern brews. Missed out on trying the sour or gose. Recommend getting the Bandit Caesar as a shareable between an intimate group of friends and family.

Yup, beer and solid food selection - perfect spot to hang out and have a good time. Love the huge open space to sit outside (greenery is nice). Beers are all solid. The food, I want to try everything it looks so good

Delicious beer, they make great hazy IPAs and their to-go cans are very reasonably priced. Their fruity beers are very good, too! The patio is stunning, and is enclosed in the winter. I haven't had their food since last summer but I recall it being very tasty! Love this place!

Today was an exceptional time at bandit brewery overall the space is exceptional but most importantly the service was beyond. The next time that you at Bandit Brewery make sure you look for Beck as your server as director of customer success her attitude and attitude was beyond also she was so great to create a charging station for us in the entire team if you're looking for a brewery in the west side make sure you check the bandit Bandit and be sure to get Beck as your survivor.

Love it here! We don't live in DT but everytime we're in the area, we make sure to pop in! Absolutely love their patio (which is functional in both summer and heated in the winter!) and they have plenty of space :) Tried their YOYO smoothie sour drink today and I normally hate sours but believe me when I say this drink was delicious. Tasted nothing like a sour, more like an alcoholic mango Lassi with a touch of sparkling water. So good and refreshing on a hot day (we even got 4 cans of it to take home). And if you haven't had them before, the fried cheese curds are 🔥🔥🔥. Like little bite sized mozzarella sticks...but better! Definitely check this place out for a chill vibe, wife selection of drinks and tasty dishes. You won't be disappointed!

Great Patio& atmosphere, delicious beers and very friendly service staff. Last time the beer battered cheese curds blew me away, this time there were served cold (we were offered a new portion but I did not want the food to go in the waste bin) besides that the food was amazing! We had the cold noodles and the peach&goat. Big recommendation!

This place is exactly what all small brewery’s should be like. Great quaint location, memorable unique beers and a small yet delicious menu to top it off. I would say Bandit sets the example for what beer and food lovers should expect from a business. Very little room to improve because this place really hits the spot!

  • 3/5 Viran D. 1 year ago on Google
The beer menu was mostly IPAs or hoppy beers. I expected a more well rounded set of options. I tried one of the cellar beers which I didn't really like. The fried cheese curds were really great though and it had nice vibes. Definitely could be a really good place for a date though if you're looking.

👍 Good food as always! Convenient. Kids friendly. One star less because in the men’s washrooms there is no arrangement for baby diapers change. I managed it somehow but for a single dad with baby it is not convenient. I hope management would put up something to resolve it. Thank you.
