For the most part the staff are really nice people, on the other hand there is one staff member who has used the bathroom multiple time and blatantly doesn’t wash their hands. Who knows what he is touching afterwards, It’s gross.

Just a little crowded at the start of the new year, but could easily use all the equipment I wanted.

This is the first time I'm rating a planet fitness BUT when someone stands out for their excellent customer service, it should be noted. We are traveling across the country and have been to many, many, more than I can count PF's. This is the FIRST time someone has given us direction to the lockers, specialty rooms. That someone, is the lovely lady at the front desk, with a winning smile, by the name of Tasha. Because of Tasha, I'm giving my first PF review and 5 star!!Thank you for simply being better than the rest we've encountered. Much appreciated!

It is what u expect of planet fitness, overall good staff I actually love Kenny but the manager is a huge unprofessional c*nt. Made me so uncomfortable I’m going to fully switch to esporta or crunch if I ever come into contact with her again

Limited equipment feels like it's for kids. Unable to challenge my self. Most people in there are just sitting there taking up equipment not actually exercising. Looking for a better gym.

This is a good gym that has the potential to be a great gym. Positives: - Good staff that keeps the gym clean and orderly - Good atmosphere - Reasonable price Negatives: - The gym does NOT have a rowing machine or row erg. An indoor rowing machine is a must for any gym today, as it provides a full-body workout. Not having one is a big negative--ideally they should have two Concept 2 rowing machines - The gym's hours are very limited; it closes too early, as it closes at 7pm on the weekends and at 10pm M-Th - They have an odd assortment of equipment. For example, they have an unusually high number of ab machines, when the best exercises for abs involve a mat and the floor - They don't have any physio balls/yoga balls or any bosu balls for balancing exercises

Niagara falls GYM visited to workout. And just like all the other gyms in Western New York loaded with state-of-the-art equipment.

Love working out here! The staff is friendly, the other members are nice the equipment is great. What more can one chubby lady ask for!

Just joined 2 weeks ago. So far so good.

Clean bathrooms. Paper towels and spray provided to clean machines. Older crowd. Much laid back. Staff is super friendly!

Great gym for all young or wise Beginners to Professional experience. Plus no more spending money on massage chairs at the mall. No more spending money at tanning salons for females !! And to top it off the hydro massage bed is like the chair's big brother...

Clean equipment/locker rooms, helpful and supportive staff. Zero judgements while working out. There are specific areas if you want to get in a quick workout for legs and abs. Or if you want to do a 30 min circuit. However you can still use the other machines up front for a more diverse workout and free weights as well. Plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment, never crowed when I go in the early afternoon.

Staff is absolutely amazing, gym is very clean & equipment is very new!

A giant open gym with all the machines and an app that shows how to use them for $10/mo. Small price for the potential.

The monthly fee is very affordable and has several different options, and when I signed up I didn't have to pay an initiation fee

I will say... it is a good place to go and work out. But... some of the staff that use to work there and that are currently employed.... don't know much about your individual contacts. Granted, you should read it yourself. I have been asking since January to cancel my account because I was in a vehicular accident. I was told... "No, you have a year's contract. " other people said "ok, you're removed. " 8 months in and I finally got people who told the truth and said I could have been unenrolled at anytime. It's fixed niw... but the owner still wants me charged.

Had a great time! Definitely better experience than my previous gyms. Lots of equipment to plan your daily workout regime. Affordable membership prices. Black card is totally worth it! Hydro massage was great! Friendly staff! P.S.- In case anyone is wondering, bring your own padlocks for the locker room.

When I became a new member of PF in Niagara Falls, I immediately felt a positive vibe with the facility & staff. I asked for a quick tour & Kim did not hesitate to show me around. She was extremely knowledgeable & made me feel comfortable. There is tons of equipment & the staff is constantly cleaning. I'm very happy with my choice of this gym. Thank you Kim!

I have been going to this location for over 2 years and never had a problem. I always recommended Planet Fitness because I loved the atmosphere and how welcoming the staff was. Unfortunately since the pandemic hit I have been through countless billing issues with them, some which were resolved, some that were not. The managers could care less about what happens and pretty much hung up on me every time I called. Jaclyn was the only one who was actually helpful but it came down to there was nothing left they could do and so I just canceled my membership. Sad because I actually liked this gym
