I love this Michaels location! It’s a big store with all sorts of stuff. Their knitting and embroidery section is very large and has a diverse choice of products. They’re getting even more new brands like Anchor in! Items are always in stock and employees are very nice and help out quickly. The store is clean and well organized.

No staff, no product, way too high priced. What staff they do have know absolutely nothing and do not care to help. I will never go in that store again. The N.F. is even worse Such a shame !! You won't be in business long. 24.99 for knitting needles - not going to happen.

The staff is regularly pleasant but lacks some knowledge every now and then. The new self checkout is absolutely useless. It is a good store for your crafting and specialty holiday needs. I have found that stock on several regular crafting items has been spotty at best lately. All in all, it is a decent store.

Staff were mostly not wearing their masks, which I find extremely disrespectful to their customers and to each other. I also did not find most of the items I was looking for, as their inventory was less than impressive. Will not return.

The Michaels art store has everything you can think of i have been visiting a store for years as a client. They have everything you can think of from all different art materials, different colors or the Rainbow clay, paints, resins & so many others to full fill your artistic style in you. { Without the kitchen sink 🤣🤣🤣🤣 } With using their coupons from 30 to 50% off over time when they come available. They offer custom frame work for any art project that needs to be commition & artsy all seasons changes. They do Curbside pick up - iv done it many times it's So Easy!!! - Place a order on their main website. - You get a confirmation email when your order is ready. - Print out that sheet. - When you arrive call the number of who you are + the items. - They will bring it to your vehicle wearing a protective mask during this Pandemic - for No contact. We went to Michaels today and when I went to checkout, I simply asked please disinfectant the pay machine but the lady got angry and said "I already did... I always do it after each customer " but I never see them do it. Then I asked again and she said no because the disinfectant liquid destroys the machine. They rather save their machines than protecting people from this virus.

Just went in for specific things, found what I was looking for on my own. Not asked once for assistance. But clean and organized given the product line. Will be back.

If I could put 0/5 stars I would for the St. Catharines location I would. Went in at about 730 today (Sunday). Store closes at 8 pm saw they had a sale in the section I was looking in. "Buy 2 items get third free " had my three items went to the cash and was given attitude because I had Cash and couldn't use the self check out. And the employee had to cash me out. Didn't realize they frowned upon using Cash. And I'll mention this is a 7:55 so I'm not keeping the store open past closing. The sale I was told didn't apply to the items I had and I said then why is the sign hanging from one of the items I have ? "Who knows" I'm told. I was hoping the employee might have the answer... I wanted to return to look but was told no because they were closed. Then was told the 3 items must be all the same SKU # . I ended up not taking any because I was getting the run around by someone who wanted to be at home already. As it stands now I'll be calling the store and letting them know about this But I will not be going back. I'll go back to ordering the things I go to Michael's for online and at other stores. I don't want anymore employees to be inconvenienced by a customer expecting to make a purchase. Lost a regular customer today !

Lots of stock and good stuff to look at. Check for coupons on their website. Everyone I asked for help was so helpful and everyone excited to chat weddings at the checkout with my wedding decor. Made it a nice experience. Bought some awesome wreaths. Also had a mix up in bogo but they rectified it!

Unexpectedly, I found a couple of items that are selling - at this location only - for the In-fricken -credible discount of 75% off! (Regular: $15.99, Bought for: $5.00) ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Store is stocked pretty well even when there is a large sale running. The staff helped me find the right isle to go to which was nice. Overall not bad. The cash out part is slow though.

I completely regret placing an order for delivery. I ordered 7 items and paid extra for delivery. I received one item out of 7. I asked for the rest of the order and now my order is stuck until a delivery driver "chooses" to deliver. I mean what? So, when will I get my order? Their reply was "Don't know" I asked if I could pick it up but then I would lose my delivery fee...AND the delivery company is a separate company!!! I have huge regrets.

Michael's has a broad selection of supplies for both amateur and seasoned artists. Some of the products are seemingly overpriced relative to their quantity. We were able to find quite a few supplies for our wedding including a chalkboard easel, gift card box, place card holders, and table numbers. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful without being pushy.

Although you can find a lot of material, economically speaking it leaves a lot to be desired in some products, but if you want not to waste time going from one place to another, it should surely be your first option. On the other hand, the attention is perfect and this makes you want to come back.

Called and asked about there puralator program. When I arrived someone was at the door ready to grab my package, not sure if that was a coincidence or planned but either way it was very helpful and they were very kind! I recommend them for all your puralator shipping needs.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help/answer any questions. Store is always clean and organized. My only issue is that I end up finding too much I love lol! Store layout is great, easy to find items.

Hi, was just there August 30. 2021.. the young men in the store was amazingly nice... as far as the cash because we did bought 2 pillows.. they have a cash money cash register where nobody was in line for it euh? We were 6 in line for the credit cash register.. which she clean after every customer 😆 just a funny way of operating..

Had an amazing experience here! This wonderful employee helped me find string for my African waist beads I was making and we had a lovely conversation that brightened my day. Everyone here was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This was my first in person shopping visit. The aisles have been widened. What a great improvement. I hope it never reverts back. This would be five stars if they had tap.

Wonderful options for crafting, crocheting and holiday decorating. A staff named Tia was super helpful with questions on the floor and again when cashing us out (there was a process). Genuinely lifted our holiday spirit!

So if your buying a can of Krylon Clear Varnish for your artwork its 18.99 pre tax at this Micheals .....across the street at Walmart its 10 bucks ...even if you get a 40 percent coupon on line its still way more expensive to buy at Micheals . Can't believe Walmart makes money at 10 bucks a can and micheals makes an added 10 bucks on their can. We are being hosed people.

Great store. Well organized. Helpful staff to help you find anything for all your crazy craft ideas. There is usually a deal or a coupon so you don't have to pay full price.

Excellent place to go to, for what ever you want if you can't find just ask an employee but I like to look around and find on my own, then if I can't I ask for help.

I purchased an original painting in Cuba and brought it home in my suitcase rolled. I tried to stretch it on a canvas that I purchased and it did not go well. I brought it into the framing dept at Michaels and they were fantastic. They re-stretched it, framed it and returned my old frame all for under$200. It is perfection!❤️❤️

Love shopping here so many new projects I can create. I am doing a large diamond painting started it May 14th and I should be finished it my this Friday June 9th...

Great store, never been there and there is sooo much stuff lol just looks great could be in there for hours. As well all the service was amazing every person in there was super willing to help with the order I was waiting for. I forget the cashier's name, however, he even went over and searched for a few mins to make sure my package for sure wasn't there. So it's an amazing store through and through. Imo for my first experience.

Because I love creating, I often go to Michael's to find everything in one location. The product availability has become an increasing problem and the prices!?! The worst thing though is that all product ordering is done from the southern United States. Try finding hockey craft things ever!

Michael's has loads of selection in unique and tasteful Christmas decorations. Also lots to choose from in the way of children's paint sets and crafts. Always a sale in one department or another and their picture frame section has just about every size and style that you would need. Loose frames, diy or a framing section in the back.

Michaels is an amazing craft store. I personally do not like to buy items from here unless I can't find it in other stores because their stuff is really expensive. For instance, canvases for painting can br found at the dollar store for $2, abd at Michael's they will be way more expensive.

Nice well stocked craft store. Prices are higher than places like walmart but the quality is usually better. The back has nice displays for sports memorabilia as well.

I love this store! But even more than I love this store I love the people that work here, they're helpful if they can't help you find something to help you look for it and make you laugh the whole time so it just ends up being a good time anyways. Except for I always say I'm going in for one thing and walk out with 100 like I just did today.. I really do enjoy going to the store

Good store, friendly, had to wait in line at cashier for awhile but other wise they where helpful and pleasant.

Usually pretty good. However today i went in for model supplies and found they were selling multiple bottles of worthless completly dried out glue, so i bring them to the back counter and inform them. The attendant didnt thank me and gave me an annoyed look, cant be my mohawk i was wearin a hat today. I guess I messed up their plans to rip people off. Sorry not sorry.

Michaels has a very good selection of craft products and ideas. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. They have very good sales from time to time. Some are advised on line others are in store. If you need craft supplies or framing check this place out.

There are very few craft stores in the region, as a practicing artist without Michaels I would not be able to produce my art. Thank you for being part of my community.

Purchased the Recollections Embossing Pad with Refill today. WHAT a mistake! It wouldn’t work and when I used the refill it turned the pad dirty brown. The refill came out in a big glop of goo which was very sticky. I would not recommend purchasing this item. Taking it back.

We ordered 2 wood boxes for pick up. We received our order and when we got home we realized they had given us 2 different boxes. One of them was the wrong colour, BROKEN, and had dried spilt coffee on it!!! So not only was it the wrong product, it was broken and there was spilt coffee on it WHO WOULD SEND A BROKEN PRODUCT THATS NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ONE! That’s disgusting and especially during a pandemic whos coffee was it!?... check your orders because clearly the employees are clueless here.

Shopped online, and did a curbside pickup. The order was ready and available for pickup in no time at all. Parking for curbside is right out front, and the pickup process from the link on the email was so simple...better experience than other curbside services! I will definitely be using michaels again for online shopping and curbside.

The store is fine its just the customer care that could use a revamp. However this is a huge location they have alot if not everything for your crafty needs. More on the pricey side though.

Pretty disappointed so far .. I've been to the store twice when online said they had the product .. they did not ... got told to call back 2 Fridays ago cause they would be getting more so I called and visited the store to be told they didn't get it in stock(online it says they do )so I waited about 2 weeks for nothing then to call them today and be told they don't have anyone to go and check for the item and that i should check online to see if its even available... pathetic and lazy

I had a very frustrating issue with another location unfortunately. The St. Catherines staff contacted me, even though not being there fault, they went above and beyond to fix my issue and ensured I left happy. The store manager dealt with me personally, listened to me and then took care of me. The framing dept is outstanding and I would highly recommend!!!

This Michaels is very clean, the staff are super friendly, and they almost always have a good stock available. Their aisles are well marked with social distancing in mind. They always have some sort of coupons available (usually 30-50% off one regular item), and seasonal sales as well.

Very little yar . looking for 100% wool and closest they had was 50% wool and there was very little of that. Was looking for a felting project so wasn't able to get anything

If you're a crafter, there's no store like Michaels. As well as crafts, I dabble in oils and acrylics and find all the supplies I need and more at Michaels. I enjoy the coupons that give you a big percentage off one full priced item and their assortment of artificial flowers is so tempting it's hard to resist!

Visit the stores. The staff are friendly and were very helpful. Also although the web store looks great, the prices were quite higher then what I saw in the actual store. Also in a large order I put in 3 items were nevered delivered. The coupons are also awesome I saved $66 on one visit that I was expecting to spend $145. Go to Michaels, you will be very happy !

Couldn't find what I was looking for, and there was no one available to ask.

Found what I needed. Was having a good experience until I got to the registers. They are all self serve! I always enjoyed a smiley face to talk to but this poor employee was run ragged. Everyone needed help and a few of us asked if we could have our purchases rang through by a person. I'm retired and it seems like I'm doing the work. The employee said this new system allows for more workers on the floor. I'd love to see the run down on hours for workers. I worked in retail management a lot of years and will bet the hours are just being cut to make more profit. The remaining workers just do more and are told to feed this crock about more staff. Upper management should know that even when a customer has a good experience on the floor, the last impression shoppers get is at the cash and that can turn a good experience into bad real quick. P.S. still no one one the floor, but a nice customer helped me.
