I visited this place 3 times. After visiting the trail, you can enjoy some performances like the parrot show, elephant show etc. Book your ticket in advance or you can get the tickets at the counter there. Avoid going there on extreme hot days. If you have umbrellas that will help you to get some shade as you watch the shows.

Very nice safari trails with variety of animals to spot during our visit to the African lion safari. We went on a weekend to the safari around 3 pm and was able to view most of the animals in the area. Rhino is most gigantic animal in the safari trails along with zebra camel giraffe bison deer’s and many more. #parksexplorer

The Safari Trail at Hamilton was a great way to see the animals while not having to walk around. My husband and I went because I couldn't walk, so we were limited to activities that we could do by car. The animals were all very well taken care of and there was a good variety to see. We even got to see a couple of baby animals, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a wonderful place to visit, though I always suggest spring or fall (the animals are more active). This place is better than a typical Zoo because they have properly large sized properties for each animal. The guides are very informative, the staff is very friendly. My only other major advice is Bring Sunscreen! It is so easy to burn up during one of the very entertaining and informative presentations that are available throughout the day.

Still love this place after 35 years. The baboons aren't out because of the covid. But that's the only down side

It is a great 3 hour fun activity near Toronto and Hamilton. The drive is an awesome experience to watch lions and other animals from windshields of your car will thrill you. They have ferry ride and train ride too and number of shows as well. The area itself is beautiful and there are a lot many options to enjoy your day trip. Kids will definitely have a blast as there are a lot of attractions. Kindly book online to get discounted price.

Good place for fun and picnic. The only thing I don’t like about this place that they don’t have sheds for all presentation. We have to keep seated on hot seats in hot weather.

The park rangers are useless. You have teenage girls driving around too scared to tell people to keep driving, and there is 0 enforcement. They litterally park at a spot, rest their arms on a padded rest, and just wave their arms out the window while playing on their cellphones. The price is crazy just to sit in traffic.

Animals are clearly visible, the staff will rotate the animals from time to time. Monkeys aren't available on the trail due to vehicle damages, but can be view on the boat tour. Had a great time!

Great experience...COVID complicated the visit. But I guess that’s the norm now.

Expected more lions. Are the present ones are under sedation. Found them clustered in one place without any energy to roam.

Safari trail was an excellent experience, it was a lot of fun seeing all the wildlife out in the open. A Giraffe and an Ostrich walked right by the car, that was super cool! Reason behind the 4 star is that the traffic when on the trail is not controlled properly.

Really exotic experience! A driving trail through a large field just like African plain. You can see a lot of wild animals, like giraffes, ostriches, zebras, etc. wandering around and even crossing the trail right in front of your car. Fun place for the whole family.
