Very nice toy store i meant huge collection from kids.i glad I took my niece there during my visit in Canada. Also very nice staff members. Bad part is covid 19.i hope everything will get back on track soon.i definitely recommend this place to my all friends and family in United States and suggest them to visit dufferin mall whenever they travel Canada.

The store has a huge variety of products for pregnant women, babies and children with as much variety as possible! As soon as you enter, you can find the section for pregnant women and babies, with items for births, bedrooms, and other activities, as well as car seats and items for introducing food. The store has a huge variety of toys, bicycles, protective items, scooters, games, Legos and electronics, as well as a small section with party items. The store is located on the ground floor and has parking in the shopping complex, including a space for the disabled. The shopping mall's doors are automatically operated for use by wheelchair users and other customers with disabilities and low mobility, and the store has no doors, access is open and with wide corridors for good circulation. They have toilets for customers, including toilets adapted for wheelchair users and a family area for children. They also have a drinking fountain and upon entering safety information regarding respiratory problems and alcohol gel for hand sanitization. They have excellent service from all employees. The store is located in the Dufferin Mall shopping complex, 5 minutes from the Dufferin metro and close to many bus stops.

My daughter favourite place……good collection….prices little high….. but for kids it’s ok……. You can get some good deals too….. overall good 👍

Employee takes all the hot wheels to the back and puts them aside for himself while on the clock and doesn’t let customers purchase them instead, he just takes them all for himself and is rude when you ask him about them. Very dismissive. Older guy with beard. Customers should be able to purchase and give your store sales. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

Nice store and lovely people but it seems like some of the employees are cannibalizing a lot of the collectible products leaving only the chaff for walk-in customers to buy. Specifically when I bought 10 Funko sodas in a row (6 of one type), I got no chase (for reference a chase is 1/6). When I asked about this other staff freely admitted that they have staff there that search their own products.. So yea disappointing

Can't thank them enough! I went there today and found some amazing deals! Besides the staff are extremely kind and very helpful, especially Elizabeth from the Lego section. She not only helped us choose the best gifts but was very patient when my card was giving us some problems. She also did a price match. I realized why the place was so well managed when I met the manager, Cyrilene! She displayed a high level of honesty and customer service when she canceled the transaction because she remembered that she had missed adjusting for the price match. I was blown away! Can't wait to visit again 😊

Nice store but a little messy. It feels like walmart after black friday - ransacked by little kids. Overall good place but just the messiness ruined the feeling.

The staff in this location are really friendly and very helpful. Sterling was AMAZING today when I was in the store. When I asked him for help he walked me right over to what I needed and made sure I was fully satisfied and answered all my questions before returning back to work. Mackenzie at the cash register was also very friendly, efficient and most importantly… She cared about customer service and you can tell right away she’s amazing at her job. Absolutely blown away with the level of service and cleanliness of the store! Great job!!

Usually is fine, except today I was accused of stealing. I was holding a toy to show to my friend, and was told that I was trying to open it (the product was completely taped shut, I hadn’t opened it or tried to). I told them I wasn’t trying to open it, showed the employee that it was closed and put it back on the shelf. Then, the employee proceeded to get who I assume was the manager, and they both stood and stared at my friend and I for multiple minutes. Incredibly uncomfortable and rude. My friend and I are 18, and would not be stealing from a toy store. Even if we had been, why would we open the toy beforehand? Incredibly frustrating.

Good location and big store but only negative part is there has always cashier line. They have many check out but only one is open. :/

Good selection of toys at fair prices. Barbie section always stocked with the latest arrivals. Store always clean and toy set up is easy to view and purchase. First time meeting Geoffrey and his charisma was spot on...lol!

Was looking for select items in a very large store & an employee named Sterling came & assisted me with them all! He was patient and thorough & genuinely cared to help. He also took the items to the front register. Thank you!

I’ve shopped here several times and have always received great customer service. The staff I’ve dealt with are very kind and helpful- in person and over the phone. Just recently, I called to check if a high demand item was in stock and they were kind enough to make an exception and hold the item for me.

I recently went to the Dufferin Mall location to exchange a gift that wasn't working. Owen, who was working on the floor was such an incredible help, once he had helped me he immediately went from from person to person asking if they needed assistance. Following Owen I was assisted by Shelly at the cash, who was so wonderful and quick! Given the business of this time of year I imagine the staff feel burnt-out which you'd never know from being assisted by Owen and Shelly.

I had purchased a bike from this store for my son but it was not functioning fine plus the air in tires was empty. Derrek (apologies for the spelling mistake) was very kind to help us and fixed all the issues with a smile. We felt quite valued. Thank you.

I came in today looking for the Masters Of The Universe (MOTU) Origins line. The young man (my receipt says "Harsh") in electronics/video games was friendly and helpful. I saw another guy, Owen all over the store stocking and going out of his way to engage customers, seeing if they need assistance. We talked about the MOTU world and also price difference refunds, and he even offered me an item in question for a lesser price, but I already owned it, so I declined. I spent perhaps one hour there looking at all the wonderful toys and excellent retail prices (outside of retail is riddled with scalpers), and found the staff to be quite helpful and pleasant.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience at BabiesRus had Great help from babies Associate named Claudia she helped me find everything i need and more always positive i am also 8 months pregnant so instead of having me follow her getting my items she asked if i would like to have a seat and asked which items i was looking for and came and interacted with me as she found the items.... Also i am in Love with the new FOOTIES and the new brand you carry 1000 Stars keep up the good work

Very friendly staff .Can not visit that often live very close to the no longer Yonge and Eglinton store visited at least 6 times a week.

Staff are all super nice. The store is super clean and organized. Sometimes they even have a giraffe character walking around playing with the kids which is super cute. Prices are a little high. Sometimes I can find the stuff at Walmart or Amazon cheaper. But over all great location. Great selection. Great job team !

I would say store and staff is really good but sad thing is that I stopped going to this store as I realised that one of the staff employee takes all good stuff for him and don’t put it on store for sale. I usually collect hotwheels and many a times there are some good cars and treasure hunt which people like to buy and collect, collecting hotwheels is a hobby, excitement’s and fun for collectors. If employees takes for themselves then people would loose interest so I would like to request store manager to take strict action against those employees who are doing it. I am pretty much sure that store is aware of this and they already know the employee who is doing such activities and I don’t want to take his name. Me and many of friend’s have already complained several times in past but no action was taken. I hope senior management would look into this matter. Thanks

Amazing customer service! One time my friend and I came and we didn't have enough money for a water gun but almost so the cashier took what we had and we got the product!

Last experience was disappointing to say the least I was going to cheak out & the man in front of me inquired about a current deal that he qualified for but since it was already rung through the staff refused to give him the item he was entitled to after spending over 150$ so after about 5 minutes of both of us arguing with the staff who had no idea about there department & should not be working there I put my items on the counter & said if this is what your doing imagine how you’d treat a kid on they’re special day so I won’t be making a purchase today and walked out I will not be going back to this location or recommending it

The staff are super helpful and polite, ensuring that I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Shelly, one of the supervisors at this location, was extremely pleasant and exceeded my expectations while assisting me with a customer service matter. It's a nice store, however didn't have pokemon cards......my girlfriend was not impressed :( They have alot of other things tho great for Christmas shopping or birthdays

All of the staff were so helpful but a very special thank you to Geeta who was a rock star. I came in with a list of 15 items and she helped me find everything and made amazing recommendations. I walked away with everything I needed in about 30 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

As one of the cusyomer experience on this location. I complained bout the same issue before as Deffinitely an employee or employees are haording rhe most desired collectibles from a set or set leaving only the bad ones for customera or collectors.. Not only this lication but 2 locations i go to. Never tries ro waste to even try to ho there anymore becaise of this. Not alwats true on customers satisfaction area thats for sure.

Do not shop at this store if you care about children with disabilities. My 6 year old with autism and a syndrome was mocked by the store supervisor today while trying to exchange a product. Incredibly heartbreaking as a parent to see my child treated this way. Won't be shopping here any further.
