Ordered a large, the entire center was empty. Went back to ask them to fill up the center and the sales rep claimed this is how the large is supposed to be. So essentially I paid for a large and got half the ice cream...

First time visiting the location and tried Mango Ice Tea. Very delicious. Comes in 2 sizes. A rewards program of the company or joining another program which is popular will definitely attract more customers, increase customer satisfaction loyalty and boost sales. Highly recommended visiting the location!

This is an independent franchise of presotea. There are wide variety of frozen yogurts and different types of drinks on offer. Most of them is bubble tea. I tried their mango milk slush with bubbles and it was good. Many types of bubble tea's and frozen slushes.

Sometimes they don’t fill your cup or leave empty spaces, but overall good! I wish they added more toppings as well. Also, they do not specialize in bubble tea so don’t expect it to be good lol. There are plenty of bubble tea spots in the mall!

I ordered a large chocolate almond in Uber eats but when I received it and had some I found out that the middle of the ice cream is empty! The taste is good and the mini mochies that I got on it goes good with it though. But I will get a small one from now on I hope they will not be like this.

Not a fan. Unfortunately the Aloe I got in my Presotea drink wasn’t very fresh: it was soft. It is supposed to be fruit-like and more chewy like the downtown location

This is my all time favorite place for frozen yogurt!! You should try their watermelon flavor and key lime pie flavor. Staff are always friendly. I would say price is reasonable too. Also, their tea and slushes are very good! Give it a try!

One of my favourite frozen yogurt places and has bubble tea, making it an amazing 2 in 1! Amazing prices and great flavours. Customer service is excellent and very fast in serving. We bought the mango slush, milk tea and taro and it was just 2 for $10! Definitely coming back again.

This used to be our favorite stop everytime we visited STC. For the past two weeks the quality has really gone down. Looks like some top level people have decided to find every minute area to do cost cutting 1. No more beautiful lids with hearts. Just plastic covering 2. Low quality Boba 3. Low quality soda 4. Add a lot of ice 5. Add a lot water. Boom, the revenue increasing and cost cutting target reached. There goes another one of our favorite places where we wouldn't be spending our money anymore.

The frozen yogurt is tasty but the staff barely fill up the cup, last time I visited the cup was about 1/3 full. Fv mall is better.

Some of the tapioca balls were barely cooked (hard), and the remainder were soft on the outside but hard on the inside. Comon people, its just bubble tea, not rocket science. If you can't do something so simple properly, then you might as well just pack it in...

Just had a medium mint chocolate fro yo. For $8 I felt I was getting ripped off and thought I'd be disappointed as I normally get Baskin Robbins mint chocolate ice cream. However, it was worth every bit and the perfect size.

You will find this small speciality food kiosk on the upper floor of the Scarborough Town Centre near the TTC entrance. My friend and I decided to order the special of 2 regular-sized Bubble Teas for $10; black milk tea, taro milk tea with tapioca. Service was quick.

This location has certain workers who purposely do not fill your cup up. When I went with my sister, I bought her and I two smalls. They were literally filled half way. My sister went with her friend and she said this time they filled it up. Not sure if this matters but I’m 14 and she is 12. Just be careful if you’re a child, they might try to take advantage of that. Have a parent with you.

I ordered a non dairy frozen strawberry yogurt. It was really bland and watery. I expected better quality. It was really disappointing!!
