I had seen the havens brothers several times about five years ago and thought they were one of the best dentists I had ever seen. They were fairly gentle and gave me pain meds afterwards . Two years ago I had a tooth pulled and unbeknownst to me, my insurance didn't cover it. I recently received a forwarded letter threatening to take me to small claims court over two hundred dollars that wasn't covered. Mind you, I haven't received any phone calls or bills until I received the letter. I am recently divorced and a single mother so to receive such a letter threatening legal action over a couple hundred dollars from YEARS ago was in my opinion, poor taste. Since then I've seen a different dentist that makes sure its very clear what the out of pocket costs are so there's no confusion afterward. Make sure you know what the costs are before having ANYTHING done 😉

I had unexpectedly chipped my front tooth on a fork. Dr. John was great to fix as they professionally do. He was able file, a little fill and polish and my tooth was back to normal with no pain at all. He was able to do so with no need of needles or Novocain and done efficiently, it looks and feels back to normal. For someone that never like going to the dentist, Dr. John and Dr. Todd and their staff make my visits feel comfortable and at ease for my appointments all these years. Excellents dentists and office service!

They answer all questions and treat us in a caring manner using up to date skills and equipment. They are fair with charges and do not try to sell unnecessary procedures. Hygienist Carol was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr Todd was able to book me in 2 wks to fix cavity in old back molar.

Modern dentistry with outstanding dentists and staff. Besides operating their dental office, the Havens brothers are also senior commissioned officers in the Army Reserve / US Army Dental Corps. The highly competent dental technicians and office staff are the best - always making you feel like you are their only patient that day. I've been their patient ever since they opened their practice and I give the the highest recommendation to Havens Family Dentistry. It's not the largest dental office in Niagara Falls- only the very best.

I went to see Dr. Havens because I couldn’t get in at my regular Medicare dentist. They did such a great job. I am happy to pay the portion that my insurance does not cover. their work is top quality. You will find the staff very friendly. They are very accommodating to your schedule. You will be in safe hands with Dr. Jenkins or Dr. Havens..

I am a reluctant dental patient. Haven’s Dental was friendly, non-judgmental and provided excellent care. I don’t think I will ever be excited to go, but am no longer fearful thanks to their attitudes and actions. For someone without dental insurance I was also pleased with their prices (and they were up front about it before doing anything).

Lynda did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Jenkins did a very thorough exam..Great office!

Extremely well-run, professional office. The dental hygienist, Linda, is superb and both dentists are thorough and never rushed. I have been going to this practice for over 15 years and the service I get there is well worth the 30 minute drive.
