This place was fun and the food was great! We stopped by for muffins, coffee, and mochas. I love the easy ordering.

Pardon my eaten half way bagel, only remember taking picture halfway. Anyway i didnt want to eat at the visitor centre where the tour bus drop us at, it’s a total rip off. So i went behind to look for food. This bagel is $5 which is so much cheaper than eating at the visitor centre, and it taste pretty fine so im giving 5star

Ordered the donuts and hot chocolate and despite the donuts being full of toppings they weren't overly sweet, just the right amount! Very delicious and good customer service!

It's all outside, but the service was friendly and the server at the till answered all questions we had. Good regular filter coffee to warm you up after being soaked by the falls. Quick and tasty cheesecake, served from the freezer (just incase you have sensitive teeth).

I got the peanut butter cups donut which was recommended to me by the very nice young man in the window and I enjoyed every single bite of it. My only complaint is the donut was gone too fast! The area is lovely obviously with the Falls being so close but the only reason I give the atmosphere a lower score is because of the multiple homeless gentleman asking me for money and the inconsiderate tourists leaving their mess behind.

Looks can be deceiving: donuts look great in the pictures and the display case, but donut bread itself was dry and crumbly and frosting was low quality and tasted bad. Also got a coffee with cream and as I approached the bottom of the cup felt something gritty in my mouth and thought it was coffee grounds. Nope, it was a drowned fly! The croissant sausage breakfast sandwich was good and I appreciated they opened before the other bakery store fronts, but it experience shows it would have been worth waiting an hour to go somewhere else.

Everything is great about Mackinali’s!! The sausage breakfast sandwich to every sandwich on the menu is delicious. However, the donuts cannot be beat. They are made fresh and you can personalize to your liking.

I tried the no meat no problem sandwich, avocado toast, s’mores donut and snickers donut. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. Loved this place, would definitely visit again!

The staff at the cafe were kind, generous, and helpful! We called in our orders and they were consistently prepared quickly and accurately! The baked goods are fun and delicious! Excellent quality food at fair prices, highly recommend you stop by while visiting Niagra Falls!

First I want to say the service was great! He didn't have the chicken salad and he made some up for me! The sandwich was so big I could only eat half. I also got a peanut butter and chocolate donut.. omg amazing!!

Delicious cheese cake. They do not have every drink on the menu. The coffee was okay and the cheese cake made up for it.

Nestled just off the back of the Comfort Inn and Suites at the Point Niagara Falls New York is not only the most flavorful Bakery but Two of the Nicest Sweetest people you could ever meet!! Owner Gina and Son Dillan have managed to take cookies, donuts, cheesecake and more to a whole new level creating amazing goodies to satisfy any sweet tooth! My husband and I returned to this little place daily during our 4 night stay in Niagara falls NY. They are only open till 3pm but are open every day and have great coffee and food. Highly recommend.

Food was okay…. Nothing out of this world. The lady in the front seemed bothered because we were ordering a lot of food (group of 6).

The customer service at this little spot is awesome! Additionally, the sandwiches are fresh and delicious while the custom doughnuts are azing!

This place has amazing food. The breakfast sandwich on a donut is to die for. If you're not on a restricted diet, ask for the glaze over it! Everything is made from scratch and cooked to order. Also one of the cheapest places around.

The different donuts available here are great. We have had just plain chocolate and white icing with sprinkles. We have also had a S'mores Donut and a Rice Krispy treat one. Both times we have ordered they were made fresh and were still nice and warm. These will be difficult to eat by hand with getting some on your hand. We used forks the first time and spoons the second since they were out of forks
