Super nice in here! Tons of selection and fresh fruit is great too! They have tap to pay as an option which is helpful!

First time trying this place. The menu has a selection of salads, bowls, smoothies, juices and more. My review is based on trying smoothies. We tried the Mamba and a banana/strawberry with almond milk smoothie. The mamba was ok, low on flavor and tasted watery. My friend liked the strawberry banana shake. Prices are slightly above average. Indoor and limited outdoor seating available. Street parking is limited out front.

Excellent smoothie bowls. Perfect amount of crunch to the base. Parking is rough on weekdays, make sure you do not put quarters in meters but at the paystation. Service was very good.

The best new addition to the area! I’m a bowl fanatic and can confirm the Purple Banana base is so delicious. The place itself is so well done and the neon sign really won my instagram heart over. Make this a definite stop and part of your daily routine!

This place quickly became one of my favorite eateries in Syracuse! Their açai bowls are hands down the best that I have ever had. Huge selection of toppings to choose from and always fresh ingredients. Their granola is seriously amazing and that coconut base gets me EVERY time because it is total bliss! Super cool inside. Friendly and helpful staff make the whole experience just that much better!

LOVE your smoothie bowls! 🩷 My old lady tendencies wish it didn't feel like a nightclub.. the music is too loud, and too much rap. 🎶 But, I'm sure the students dig it.. 🤷‍♀️ Later hours would also be awesome so I could get to you after work! But, overall, we love your smoothies and are grateful to have a healthy, delicious, and local option!

Purple Banana is a perfect spot to start your morning! The store is very clean and the staff were very friendly. I had never had an Acai bowl before and the cashier walked me through the entire process step by step. I would definitely recommend the purple banana base. The amount of toppings was impressive, even more impressive was the price!

This place is amazing. I get the acai bowl with strawberries, blackberries, pineapple and peanut butter chocolate drizzle on top. That combo is elite, definitely come here for breakfast or lunch when I can.

I got The Surge which was absolutely perfect. I don't get to enjoy this place during my work week because they don't deliver in my area. But the surge had cold brew ice cubes with Nutella & Banana with almond milk. Absolutely all of my fav flavors blended into a cup. I'm destined to try more of their menu. It made me smile so thank you for the delicious treat!

Pro: Place appeared clean and nice atmosphere other than the horrible rap music that was playing... all the swearing in the music was completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! Im not saying play elevator music, but if your clientele is catered toward basically everyone who likes "health conscience options/ smoothies that clientele includes customers with kids... No parents want to walk into an establishment where everyother word is a vulgarity in a song. Ordered The Lava and Torrent smoothie... absolutely terrible...! Watered down, no flavor, they used some kind of horrible oatmilk or something for a base. Yea it was bad... they got my money this time... ill give this place a second chance and hopefully my experience will be much better.

The Purple Banana is exactly what the Cuse needed. I have loved everything I got so far, the cold brew is amazing, I've had bowls, smoothies & salads and loved each one. I can't believe the portion size either, I can never finish my acai bowls, so those are two meals for me! The staff was great, they were working fast during a rush, pleasant and I loved the "voting" style tip jars! Give it a shot! You won't be sorry!

If National Treasure were to get a reboot or remake, it would star Daniel Kaluuya, and instead of stealing the Declaration of Independence, they would steal items from Purple Banana because in this weird future those items are just as valuable. Honestly, I don't remember the plot of the movie, but I am willing to assume they steal the Declaration of Independence because it has a map to some treasure. But the only treasure you'll ever need is the sweet, delicious taste of Purple Banana. The staff is remarkable, the food is incredible, the atmosphere is astonishing. It's what the kids call "a vibe." This is a real review.

My twin and I got their Mystic Smoothie while my younger sister got their Legend smoothie. All of the smoothies were decent but not the best we’ve had. My twin sister’s smoothie was a bit chunky. With that said, if it was an extremely hot day outside and I happen to be nearby this place I would get myself one of their smoothies.

Purple banana is such a great idea for marshal! Had a great salad “The Crown” and paired it with the Colette and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile in Syracuse. Props to the owner! Very clean and has a fun environment. Everyone who I’ve encountered there was very nice and laid back! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Jake is the man!
