I shouldn't go here only place I can get a quick bite to eat on my way to work. I think it was the manager. First of all they left me standing there for at least 5 minutes with no one else at the counter before anyone served me. I knew it was 11 when they finally took my order but menu hadn't changed and was still showing breakfast. I ordered a bagel with egg and bacon sandwich. I had to repeat everything to her first she said you want an egg Mc muffin I said yes on a bagel she goes so you want an egg.( Like what did you not here me? Does an egg Mc muffin not come with an egg?). She then goes so you want it on a English muffin. Umm do you speak English a bagel. She then asked what kind I said plain bagel. She asked again you want an egg. Now I give her a dirty look and said yes with bacon. Now she's giving me attitude. I'm sorry I repeated everything that you put on it. What more do you want. So order was placed. I see young boy say something about bacon and she screams out it's after 11 breakfast is over. Gives me a look but doesn't say anything I tried to say to her is my breakfast sandwich not coming? She was out of there. I get my sandwich get to my car this is what I got An egg on a bagel with cheese, mayo, tomato and lettuce not on sandwich but in wrapper slapped together. Boy obviously told her they have no bacon instead of saying Anything to me she just yelled at him and still charged me for the bacon. She shouldn't be there. If she is the manager she needs to be let go. I'm sorry she should not be there at all terrible worker or manager. Will not go here anymore I will starve before I step foot in here.

Good Service fast and the correct order! But if you want salt, pepper, vinegar or ketchup be sure to ask!

Clean facility and washrooms. Can get very busy. Friendly staff. Decent amount of seating inside. Patio available. Too many people are using the drive thru for this store and the coffee shop next door. Parking to go inside is your best bet when you see traffic before you even get close. Kiosk order available. Free WiFi. Dual Drive-Thru.

Ordered some cookies through the app. Their cookies are hard as rocks nearly broke my tooth. I had to run back inside and ask to change it and I was offered a muffin which was a lower cost than the cookie but what can I do I was rushing. She then told me a fresh batch was made and she can go grab it. I ask okay sure but can I also get the muffin for the inconvenience because I had to wait an extra 5 mins and she said no.... nearly called her manager but once again I didn't have time. Just disappointed at the service, I'm sure it wouldn't had hurt her to give me the muffin instead of telling me either or for my choice...

A regular McDonald with an uncommon friendly staff. The lady was so nice to serve every customer who came to place their orders. No matter how good of the food quality, a great staff is worthy of 5 stars.

McDonald's in general, like most quick service restaurants (QSRs) have morphed into the same value for your dollar as pretty much every other restaurant, except the fine dining locations. That aside, myself and 4-guests decided to eat at this location. For $60, we had 2-Big Mac combos, Quarter cheese combo, 6-nugget combo, and a cheeseburger kids-meal. I was particularly surprised to see the $0.50 charge for the added shredded lettuce on the kids meal cheeseburger, given that this item is already shredded when it arrives at the restaurant. I was even more surprised by the amount...see photo with review. Service at this location was passable, despite forgetting to give us an order of french fries and the dipping sauce for nuggets. Cleanliness is about what McDonald's seems to accept as appropriate... meaning a cluttered drink station, and some mysterious sauce under the trays that was handed to us with our food. Will we be back? I'm not sure.

Not a location I will order food from again. I ordered two big Mac meals Beef on both buggers was dry/old and flavourless hardly any proper amoun of toppings AND my fries came half empty. Employees lack/ have little in the way of manners and didn't interact kindly. All those except for the manager. On top of our horrible burgers and lack of fries we waited 10 min for our food

I was enticed with the offer of collecting double rewards points. The team member didn’t tell me that there’s an up charge to make it a large. The Bacon (I thought it meant plural, but I guess I got fractional… not even singular) Egg McMuffin describes it to be accurate. I’m not sure if it’s an “isolated “ thing but would probably spend my money elsewhere.

There were at least 7/10 crew members and only two customers ordered food including myself but it took long to get the food and I found the ice-cream was not there. I was waiting at the counter to ask for the ice Ceram but nobody was there and after a minute someone came in and asked what I need. I told him about the missing ice cream; he requested to another crew member and it took at least 3/4 minutes to get the ice cream. One of the pop dispenser was out of service and on another one there is a sign "no refill please" which surprised me because I haven't see that in any MacDonald's before. The bins were almost full and floor and multiple tables were not cleaned at all. I hope the management will look after the tidiness.

Came in here on my bike ride to Niagara hoping to grab a coffee, a muffin, and a cup of water for my water bottle. The iced coffee I got was somehow lighter in colour than me and tasted like someone on’y brewed a cup of coffee next to the giant cup of cream they served me. All I could get for a cup of water was a small cup that filled up about 1/3 of one of my bottles. When asked if I could get a large cup of water they said I’d need to pay. I understand that packaging costs money, but for someone who’s already purchased a couple things, I’m sure McDonalds could eat that cost to keep customers happy.

This is the only McDonald's I've been to that has a no refills sign on the self-serve pop machine. The service is bad. They will just ignore you when you try to get someone's attention. And don't bother asking for changes to your food they will ruin it. I asked for light mayo on my burger and it was swimming in mayo.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Bacon Chicken McCrispy, no tomato, when I got to the window she said spicy bacon McCrispy, I said no. I can’t have spices, I ordered the regular one. At no point did I mention spicy when ordering. When I went to pay, I confirmed- this isn’t the spicy they gave me and she said no. It’s not. She didn’t even look in the bag she just handed it to me. I though odd. I drove away and pulled over taking a bite without looking at the sticker - it was the spicy. I turned around and went back and they gave me another one. Bun wasn’t fresh, and they literally seemed like they scraped the sauce off of another one as it had No sauce. The attendant- she took the one I had bitten, back and she gave me a new one - Chicken or something was still very very spicy. Now my heart is racing and lips swelling. I don’t know what spices they use but I CAN’T have them. Thinking of filing a lawsuit now because I am having reactions- seriously- my hard earned money goes to order what I desire. I work in customer service and If I don’t have happy clients that are paying for products then we deal with it. My entire mouth is on fire. They literally just put my life at risk. There’s a reason people don’t order certain things- sometimes it is NOT preference but life threatening situations. My entire throat and mouth are burning and swelling. Because In the end they still gave me a spicy chicken or with spicy sauce. Learned my lesson. Won’t be supporting McDonalds again.

I've noticed there's a Poutine supply issue in Toronto, and decided to call and check if this location by Outlet Collection at Niagara were serving it. The gentleman who picked up the phone confirmed they did, and was very polite & helpful. We ended up having lunch here and despite this being a very busy location, the staff we encountered were great - excellent customer service experience.

Went here after a late night shopping at the Niagara Outlet mall nearby. The young lady at the counter was very nice, friendly and polite. Likewise the manager/supervisor who personally prepared a perfectly shaped vanilla ice cream in a cone for my son and handed it to him. Order ready in a jiffy. Clean area and washroom. Service with a smile. This is one true happy McDonalds place! Keep up the good job.

Tiny mcchicken for $12 it's like 3 nuggets OMG Mcdonald!
